We werden eerst ontvangen door een dame van de boerderij. Even later kwam een van de beheerders. Zij bracht alvast het door ons gevraagde ontbijt met een paar limonades en fruit. We spraken een tijd af voor het avondeten. Ook dat bezorgde zij, heerlijk en overvloedig. Verder konden we een lekkere avondwandeling maken langs de giant tank.

So happy to have found this gem in Jaffna! We were a group of 3 generations from Canada originally from Jaffna. From the beginning Hamilton and his house manager Lavan were extremely responsive and helpful with all our many questions and requests. The place met all our Canadian expectations- very comfortable and clean and set up like a North American home. Lavan was like a family member from the moment we arrived, gave good recommendations and always responsive whenever we had questions or needed help. We took advantage of the meal options he provided (as mentioned on the listing) - very delicious home cooked food at a very reasonable price. There are signs leading up to the house so was easy to locate. Laneway is narrow but that is the case for most streets in Jaffna so no fault to the property. My entire family young and old thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this place to our family and friends back home who are looking to come to Jaffna. Thank U Hamilton & Lavan!

This is a lovely villa with all modern amenities, great wifi, smart TV, ac in bedrooms, fans throughout, big fridge/freezer and washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped. The patio area at the front is a nice sit-out place day or night. The plot is lovely and is shared with a second property owned by a young family at the rear but separate to Earnest's place. They are friendly and helpful people, with a small-holding, pets etc. There are small kiosk type shops and a bakery within walking distance, Jaffna and restaurants etc are about 6km away, so a peaceful location which feels like being in the countryside. Pick-Me tuktuks /taxis available locally and good prices. We had a great stay here and wouldn't hesitate to chose this place again if staying in Jaffna.

My stay at Abi Villas was fantastic! The place was great, with excellent staff who made me feel welcome. The 24-hour security was a big plus, and the management was super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The house is located in a devine neighborhood near to a hindu temple. When you wake up and sit on the balcony you can feel the kovil vibes. The whole apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with new and high-quality furniture. The kitchen is big and has everything needed to cook dinner for a whole family. The scenery from the balcony is surreal. You are surrounded by palm, papaya, banana, and many other trees. There is also a rooftop floor that is large, but empty. So full potential of that rooftop floor has not been exploited, but it's still nice to hang out there after the sun has set. All-in-all great value for money.
