Dom jest przepiękny - czuć w nim dobrego ducha i dużo miłości. Bardzo przytulny i klimatyczny - podróżujemy często po świecie i z czystym sumieniem możemy powiedzieć, że był to jeden z najpiękniejszych domów, w którym mieliśmy możliwość mieszkać. Prawdziwa perełka! Gospodarz jest super komunikatywny, bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeżeli będziemy kiedykolwiek w pobliżu to na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić - dzięki temu domowi nasz pobyt w Chiang Mai zostanie niezapomniany do końca życia. Polecamy bardzo!

Sehr neues und super sauberes Haus. Geräumig mit einem kleinen Hof, in dem unser Kind spielen konnte. Betten bequem und Bettwäsche sauber. Weit ausserhalb der Stadt- das wussten wir. Mit dem Roller 30 Minuten. Ruhig und in der Natur. Gastgeberin Poy ist sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell. Wärmste Empfehlung an alle, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Je is a very wonderful and friendly host. She personally greet us during check in and make sure everything is in place for us to have comfortable place. In addition, she recommend us a few local tourist spots and food. Her aunty restaurant, Ban Noi is just right next to the homestay and foods are delicious. I highly recommend her house for homestay in Chiang Rai 👍🏻👍🏻

Pimrat was an incredibly gracious host and very kind. They made us feel at home during our stay. We had trouble using Grab from CNX, but were able to show one of the cab drivers the directions Pimrat provided and were able to get there without issue!

We recieved a very friendly welcome at the house by Je, the home is well set up & was a very comfortable stay for my family. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very usable with plenty of equipment to cook a meal. I especially liked the filter coffee machine. My 3 year old daughter loved the big garden & we found it very handy to have the washing machine. Walking distance to a couple of cafes & 5 minute drive into the centre of Chiang Rai. We would stay here again. Many thanks to Je 😊

We only stayed one night here. If we return to Chiang Mai, we would stay again. Sirisakul’s and her mother’s hospitality was top notch - super helpful and friendly. The description and photos are accurate. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The common space and kitchenette was well equipped. There are shops and eating places nearby. We 100% recommend.

2 Erwachsene und 1 Baby. Wir blieben 4 Nächte. Tolle Unterkunft, sehr ruhig, geräumig, modern eingerichtet. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markt und mit Grab 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Very close to One Nimman and MAYA mall. I can get what I need without moving far. Also the host is very friendly. If I stay in Chiang Mai again, I will stay here again.

Konumu ve çevresi güzel bir lokasyondaydı. Sadece koyterner ev olduğu için biraz dışarının gürültüsünü duyabilirsiniz. İki gün beni misafir ettiği için sirisakul’a teşekkür ederim. Ayrıca mutfak ortak olduğu için yeni arkadaşlar ile tanışabilirsiniz. Ka pun kap ✌️

Good value and well appointed apartment near enough to most places you'll want to access in Chiang Mai. Pool isn't that great (very small and crowded) but we we went next door to the Shangri La's pool for 400 Baht each.

A nice place to stay for a while right in the heart of Chiang Mai.

I’ve stayed in many Airbnb rooms in my time, but this condo had the most complete amenities ever. Everything you could need or want is provided. We didn’t have to buy anything! Location is also good, it’s off one of the main roads and has soo many night markets at walking distance. Swimming pool was nice too, good views. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Great location, good price, very easy and convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping centers

El dpto es muy lindo y cómodo. Estuvimos 3 días y la ubicación nos vino bien para poder llegar a todos lados a pie o en un grab en pocos minutos. Nubkhun nos respondió siempre rápidamente y nos ayudó con nuestras inquietudes.

I stayed here for one month while working remotely here in Chiang Mai! I really enjoy the area around Chang Khlan road too, it’s close enough to both local and more “touristy” things to do as well. The apartment is well equipped for working remotely too, the WiFi is fast and there’s a nice table to work at as well. Staying at the Astra is quite nice as well. I enjoy the pool here as well as the gym and used both often. A bit of noise here and there, as many people stay here for shorter durations, but nothing out of ordinary. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai!

Great host. Affordable price Excellent location Would stay again

This was the first time I have used Airbnb and it was a great introduction. Kate was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Kate's place is ideally situated halfway between Maya mall and my favourite restaurant (Food 4 thought). The only disadvantage about the apartmen's location is the aircraft noise which goes on until 1am and resumes again at 6am. However, this is common to all apartments in that area of Chiang Mai. I would gladly stay at Kate's place again.

The condo is lovely. It’s walkable both north gate and shopping malls. It’s quiet, balcony is nice to sit. The checking in time which was after 15:00 wasn’t good though. Considering the weather in Chiang Mai, it was a lot of waiting around in heat.
