院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

What a lovely place! It’s above a Chinese tea house and very private. It took us a bit to find it. The room is small but well organized for two people! You can tell that the host has excellent taste. He also recommended us things to do which is so helpful!!! Only downside is it’s not easy if you have a car and need to find parking.

A highly recommended place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location is excellent, away from the traffic jams of the old city, but not far from the old city, and the transportation is convenient. We drove by ourselves and spent four nights here. There is a convenient parking place in the yard. The house is very safe. There are several local families in the yard, and they are all very kind. Opposite the house is the river, and you can drink beer and eat hot pot in the restaurant opposite. Turn right and 1 km away is the famous local fruit and vegetable market, where you can buy cheap and good durian. There are many markets around, waiting for you to explore. I will stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai. Summer is a wonderful person, she gives us a lot of help.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

저희는 넷이서 치앙마이로 우정여행을 떠나게되어 이 숙소를 이용했습니다. *좋았던 점 1. 매우 예쁜 숙소 숙소가 정~~~말 예뻐요. 처음 들어갈 때부터 숙소가 정말 예뻐서 사진도 많이 찍었네요. 2. 독채 수영장 언제든지 수영장 이용이 가능하고 저희만 이용하는거리 신나게 놀 수 있었습니다. 3. 1인 1실 이용(4인 기준) 화장실도 방마다 있어서 매우 편했습니다!! 4. 친절한 호스트 문의에 대해 신속하고 친절하게 답변해주셨습니다. 요청사항도 바로 바로 들어주셨어요. 5. 각종 용품들이 충분히 구비되어 있음. 모기기피제부터 주방기구들까지 없는 게 없을 정도로 준비되어 있어서 편리하게 이용했습니다. *아쉬웠던 점 1. 숙소 위치 -골목 안쪽에 있어서 입구 찾기가 처음에 좀 어려웠습니다. 시내로 나가려면 골목을 꽤나 걸어서 나가야하고 골목이 어둡고 인적이 드뭅니다. => 여자 네 명이어도 밤에는 위험할 수 있어서 이동할 때에는 가까워도 항상 볼트 잡고 이동했습니다. 근데 볼트 타서 시내 구경하는 것도 투어 같고 나름 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ 2. 치안 -대문은 좌물쇠, 1,2층 현관은 도어락이었는데요. 경비가 따로 없으니 방문, 창문 다 잠그고 잤어요. 결과적으로는 아무 일 없었지만 조금 무섭긴 했네요. 3. 수영장 -깊이가 꽤 깊어요. 160cm 정도 되면 목까지 물이 차는 수심이에요. 그래도 재밌게 놀았네요! 다음에 또 치앙마이를 방문하게 되면 또 방문하고 싶을 정도로 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 저희가 숙소 예약할 때 후기가 많이 없어서 블로그 하나만 보고 갔는데 이제 꽤 올라왔더라구요. Cozy, Convenient, and Peaceful Stay I had the opportunity to stay here, and I must say I was truly impressed! The house is lovely and cozy, located in an incredibly convenient spot. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the village and a Lotus within walking distance, making it super easy to buy fresh groceries without any hassle. The house itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort. It also comes with both a Thai and a Western kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking in different styles. What makes this place even more special is the peaceful and quiet environment around the village, making it ideal for relaxation. On top of that, the host is incredibly kind and always willing to help, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I truly loved my time here and will definitely come back again!

아트팜에서 휴가를 보내려고 일년만에 빠이에 다시 돌아왔습니다. 맥주를 마시며 태닝을 하고, 심심하면 책을 읽거나, 그림을 그리거나, 뜨개질을 하기도 하고, 거북이가 산책하는 것을 구경하기도 해요. 그리고 카페에는 언제나 맛있는 커피와 음식이 있어요. 프라이버시가 존중되고 안전하며 사랑스럽고 평화로운 곳입니다.

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

After my stay at Utopai I feel grateful and deeply refreshed. Here I had the best sleep since a long time, accompanied by the quiet sound of a small creek flowing by.. It is a special and unique place and I wish to come back someday… Mon and Cliff are very kind, caring and helpful. I very much enjoyed talking to and meeting both of them. 总体来说比较推荐 位置不属于宁曼路附近 但是很安静 很舒适. 我们第一天来床单没有很干净 房东立马给买了新的 还送了啤酒 驱蚊水 拖鞋等礼物 是一个很帅的帅哥. 住在这里五天 每天都很舒适. 房屋整体都很好. 推荐！

Quite easy to check in,really suitable for family travel, also pet friendly! House host very nice, easy to communicate! Can walk to Tha Phae Gate and also Saturday night market. Near by temple so you will hear ring bell at 5:00am, but it’s not a problem for me. Anyway it’s quite nice place to stay!
