Beautiful clean comfy apartment, quiet neighborhood, excellent host, easy walk to restaurants & coffee shops.

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

This place was everything I needed. It was super clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The garage was clutch—it made coming and going so easy. The location worked perfectly, and everything was exactly as described. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay here! The space has everything you need and was perfect for my husband and I and our pup. The airbnb was actually roomier than we expected and easily accommodated my husband working remote, all our things, and cooking meals for a week long trip. The location is also amazing. You can walk/ run to trail heads and are a super short drive to all the things you would want in town. The hosts are super friendly and responsive as well. We would definitely book them again on a return trip!

Decorations/photos/pictures were wonderful. Also little bits of humor in the living room/kitchen/dining area. Caused us to smile--and think :} Felt very comfortable from the first. We were surprised/pleased by the amount of kitchen amenities. As we walked the neighborhood, it became clear it was safe with good neighbors and a great lake and park to walk in within just a few blocks. Would definitely recommend as an all around great place to stay. We would stay there again!!

I had such a great stay here! The hot tub is very nice, especially after a long day of driving, hiking, or walking around the city. It’s in a great location, and a very safe neighborhood (which can be tough to find in Denver for a good price). With the pull-out couch this place could easily sleep 3 or 4 but plenty of room for an air mattress if needed.

Julie’s place is so cozy and cute. I appreciated the coffee and oatmeal provided! It was very quiet, but so close to the Hill, campus, and Chautauqua Park. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future if possible!

The space was really cute! Mish put a lot of energy into making it what it was and it feels like staying in a little art museum. She was also lovely to interact with, very responsive, super kind, and great with local recommendations!

Great house in North Denver! House was super clean, had modern amenities, great fenced in outdoor space. Perfect for pets and spending time outside. House is directly across from a wonderful park. Easy to get to north river and highlands. Highly recommend.

It was easy to walk to the Colorado Convention Center from Raj's place. The home was really clean and Raj was so kind in providing a pack and play and high chair for our infant.

Great location and great home. The house is clean and modern. The location can’t be beat - walkable to lots of places, but tucked away from noise. Julie was quick to answer our questions. Next time we’re in Denver we’ll be renting here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Kari’s place. It’s handsome, with a great layout with plenty of space for me and my friend/work partner. The place was clean and the books on the shelves were terrific. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking. As many comments have indicated, the rooftop is a big plus. The bbq place next door is amazing. Plenty on street parking. Only downside is industrial night noise - not sure if it was temporary construction or ongoing highway/train noise, but I wished that I brought earplugs (which would’ve been an easy fix.) Recommended!

Great place for a group! We had four people in our group and had lots of space to spread out. Didn't get to use the patio because it was too cold but would've been nice. FYI, all four bedrooms are on the second floor next to each other. There isn't a lower level bedroom or basement. Very comfortable, inviting space. We hosted a brunch and had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The house is in a great location, you can walk to restaurants, lake and park. I loved the doggie door, and the house was comfortable. Communication with the hosts was nice and easy.

The beds were comfortable and the space very clean. We felt completely safe & access to the campus was easy. Communication was great. It has a table to seat our family of four. It was definitely suitable for a short trip to Boulder. At the time we booked we didn’t realize it was a structure shared with neighbors on the other side of the wall. The front yard was private but the back yard was shared or private for the other unit possibly. We stayed out of that area.

This apartment was just what we needed on our trip to Colorado. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Caden was kind and very responsive. Would recommend.

A small but very well appointed and very comfortable condo right in the heart of Boulder. Everything was modern and updated, with top-of-the-line appliances and features. It is easy to get anywhere by car from the location, and the edge of CU Boulder's campus is just a block away. I will definitely consider staying here again whenever I'm back in Boulder.

What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

Nataliya’s communication was proactive, prompt, clear, and courteous. The condo was clean and well appointed. There were many small thoughtful touches. The location was super convenient for my work trip to boulder, an 8 minute walk to my work site.

Kelly was a wonderful host. Responsive without being intrusive. Great recommendations for various things to do while in Golden. I would stay here again.

This Airbnb was a wonderful stay experience that had all the amenities needed. It was very clean and close to downtown Denver. Rick was extremely helpful and responsive. I would recommend this Airbnb and hope to book it again in the future.

Stacey and Christine were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed 9 days and felt totally at home. Quiet place, beds comfortable, walked to restaurants and grocery. Highly recommend!!
