Where do I start ???? I booked for my daughters 13th bday sleepover and we all fell in love with the place. Very spacious and nice. Seth is amazing. I plan on booking again !!! Oh and everything we needed was located really close by ! 10 out of 10 !!!

Exactly as advertised and a great spot for a football weekend with the boys. Extremely well stocked kitchen for cooking purposes. Thanks Josh!

It was the perfect house for girls weekend. The pool was perfect for our littles to swim after gym in the evening. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway! It was large (but not so big or fancy that it didn't feel homey) with beautiful views of Lake Tuscaloosa. Access to the lake was down a long set of stairs, we did not have any issues with it, but may be hard for others. We'll worth it to sit on the swing on the dock. Everything was as described, just wish we would of had longer to stay!

Five Stars--This place was the perfect location while in town for UA's graduation; and perfect accommodations for a large group. It had everything we needed as a family, very clean and spacious, and everything to make you feel right at home, especially the patio/pool. All in all, this place is beautiful!! We will book again for sure; it was one of the best Airbnb stays!!!

Martha was an excellent host from start to finish. Always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The space was perfect for a getaway gameday weekend with friends. Great host, great space, great times!

The Saban at Sherwood was a great location for us. Walking distance to the stadium and enough privacy and calmness away from all the game day activity.

Great rental house and perfect for what our family needed. It was so nice to have everyone under one roof. The games in the garage were really fun and we loved the popcorn machine!! The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and linens clean and fresh. We loved the extra large bedrooms with plenty of room for everyone. It was a quick drive to campus and restaurants/bars downtown. We would definitely recommend this rental house for future guests! Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a fun, family gathering and celebrating our daughter's graduation from The University of Alabama!! ROLL TIDE!!

Beautiful Home. I’ll Be Back There In The Summer

We had such a wonderful stay in this lovely home! The house is clean, tidy, and well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. There are lots of windows overlooking the lake and a screened in porch which was perfect for sipping morning coffee. It is close enough to Tuscaloosa and Northport to easily access shopping and restaurants. The owners recommended DePalma’s Italian kitchen which was fabulous and well worth the wait. We did a couple of local hikes, and the hilly, wooded landscape provided beautiful scenery. Even a brisk walk around the neighborhood was so peaceful and lovely. This home is large enough to comfortably accommodate a group with several bedrooms and a large bunkbed room. The beds and linens were cozy, and they provided more than enough bath towels and pillows! The owners of this place have gone above and beyond providing snacks, games, and recommendations on top of what would have already been a dreamy getaway! I can’t wait to return!!

Honestly the best experience ive had with airbnb. Mikes been such a great host and the home was comfortable,clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I’ll definitely be booking again when in town

This place is big and we had plenty of room to spread out. Bathrooms were great and had good water pressure. Huge kitchen and living/game room was so comfortable to hang out. It’s easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to and from university of Alabama campus, main square and just about anywhere in Tuscaloosa area quickly. Alex and team were great and always responded within 5-10 minutes even with a restaurant recommendation. It was perfect for our trip. We’ll be back again.

Becky's little house was awesome. If we come down here we will stay there for sure again. All her little extras that she thought of was exceptional. Her thoughtfulness far exceeds any other place that we have ever stayed. There was nothing that we could have wanted that we couldn't find there. The fenced yard was really nice for the puppy we had along with us. The beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Becky always answered in a very timely manner. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views that made every moment special. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even surprising us with delicious homemade muffins! Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We're regulars at this location around Christmas time. the house is always clean and ready for us and is a MUCH BETTER deal than hotel rooms for our bunch. We hope that we leave the house in as good of condition as we find it. AS always, thank you for the use of this house.

We had a great stay in this home. We were in town visiting friends, so we didn’t spend much time during the day at home. It was a very peaceful and comfortable place to sleep and we enjoyed the time in Alabama.

Talk about southern hospitality 😊 Lisa was superb! From the time of booking to our actual stay, Lisa made herself available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The home was sparkling clean and well equipped with anything we could have wanted. The pictures online doesn't do this gem any justice. The home is over 2200 sq ft and was more than enough space for my family of 10. Our favorite part of the home was the covered back deck ❤️ it's super relaxing and very inviting. We'll definitely be staying at Lisa's place the next time we're in town. Do yourself a favor and book now! The search is over! #RollTide

I really think that Cheryl and Beth thought of everything a guest would need! Definitely worth every penny. We were there for a reunion at UA and it was only 2 or so miles away, easy to get to. I really like the idea that they had new shower liners in the bathrooms! Seems insignificant, but I loved it! We would definitely stay there again!
