My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

We loved having a clean and organized place to stay during our visit to Disneyland. it was close enough for a quick Uber ride and far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely try to stay here again! The hot tub was amazing on our sore legs and feet, too.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Kaitlin’s cottage was a dream. Exactly as pictured/described—spacious, charming and so comfortable! The backyard was truly an oasis filled with gorgeous foliage, orange and avocado trees. The location couldn’t have been better (central to everything) and Kaitlin was an incredibly proactive host. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

This apartment was immaculate. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the covered off-street parking made getting in and out a breeze. We felt safe and secluded the entire time we were at the apartment. The location is close to Pasadena and Santa Anita, but is a bit of a haul from many of the tourist destinations in West LA. That said, the easy access to I-10 makes getting around easy, and if you are looking to stay in Northeast LA you could not ask for a better location. Cheng-Yin is a real pro. She was exceptionally communicative and made a better host than many 5-star hotel concierges. The house rules were provided well in advance in easy-to-read instructions. She had produced a booklet that included a tutorial for everything in the apartment, an overview of the complex and recommendations for local restaurants. The Ramen restaurant she recommended changed my life. She even left travel-size toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathrooms in case you forgot yours.

Honestly, it was such a cute and cozy place. Very quiet, felt like home. The bed outside by the pool was amazing as well were able to lay out and relax. The area was quiet and easy to find parking. Amara was a great host. Very responsive, checked in on us and was accommodating. Made everything so much easier and peaceful.

We had an amazing time—truly one of my favorite stays! The house was eclectic and beautiful, blending modern comfort with a stylish artsy Art Deco flair. The kitchen was fantastic, and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect for relaxing. Linda was a wonderful host, communicating promptly and making sure we felt right at home. The thoughtful welcome basket was such a special touch—thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to come back!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

A peaceful get away in busy LA. David the host was amazing. Very private space with lots of nice little touches. The outdoor space was an oasis. Thank you !

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

Me, the Wife, my daughter and puppy came for a short stay onbthe weekend to celebrate our 4th year wedding anniversary. One word that stood out for us was "Inspirational". We're going to be looking to buy in the near future and this home gave us an outlook on what it would look like to own a home. And it felt a lot like home should feel. Allison was responsive during our stay, and very helpful with information we needed during the stay. Quiet neighborhood, lots pf people walking their dogs and babies. I worked in the area before too for a time, so I know there are some good restaurants and things to do nearby just didn't have the chance to enjoy them this time as we stayed inside and enjoyed our time with each other. Got to read my book on the front lawn, made some delicious meals for the family, bed slept great. It was very comfortable, chic, and accomodating. If you want a peaceful serene stay, this is it!

The home was great and met all of our needs. Although not guaranteed, we really appreciated being able to get into the home a bit earlier than originally communicated as that helped us with some coordination. The team assisting during our stay was responsive and would check in to make sure we had all we needed. While not exactly within walking distance, you are pretty close to disneyland that it is still pretty convenient. Overall, we had a great stay and it checked all the boxes for me and my family
