Beautiful place to escape the bright lights we all experience so much in a peaceful star filled few nights we got to experience. Here for a passing in our family it was comfortable knowing we could come back and let the world go quiet. Watching the sunset on the water is a must here! Very beautiful walk to the water behind the house.

Pat and Nell were such wonderful hosts. It was the perfect mix of function for a nearby swim meet at St Mary’s and relaxation like a mini vacation. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the shower is wonderful. Although we didn’t use the laundry it was so nice to have accessible units so we could dry my son’s swim suit and towels in between sessions. The location is just beautiful, filled with lots of history which Pat was so gracious to share with my boys and I. Highly recommend.

Incredibly peaceful and comfortable. looking forward to returning in warmer weather and for a longer stay. We were seeking a quiet place for renewal and relaxation and the little yellow cottage met all our needs. We stocked up on local seafood from nearby Warsaw to cook, woke up with the birds for breathtaking sunrises and soaked in the amazing hot tub with an incredible view. As a bird geek in training, I had an amazing assortment to watch and enjoyed the views from the dock and the deck each day. We experienced a heavy downpour for a great deal of our stay,but a trip to town and hunkering down with our books, puzzle and more hot tub were the perfect antidote. We might share the space with friends or family next time, as there was plenty of space. However, our trio of 2 humans and our puppy pal might just escape alone again! Thanks for sharing this letter slice of heaven on the "Rivah." We'll be back!

This is our fourth? fifth? stay at Sundar's lovely spot. Private, gorgeous beach out back, great expansive views out front with ships in the distance. Home is very comfortable. We are always there in November so don't swim, or kayak, or fish. Just enjoy the comfortable home and the walks on the beach. Sundar is always very responsive and available. Kitchen has everything you need. Appliances are great. Beds are comfortable. No clutter of owner's cast-offs which many airbnb homes have. We will be back next year!!

It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. It was great to be close enough to the water to be able to hear it at night. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was great, and the living room furniture was perfect to hang out and read or chill out and watch tv. Cheryl and Elliott were very responsive any time I messaged them. I appreciated the clear instructions about checkout.

Lauren's house is so peaceful and relaxing. The views are spectacular from both inside the house and the private dock situated in front of it. We especially loved the view looking out at the bay from the upstairs enclosed porch off one of the bedrooms. It was wonderful being able to bring our dog into this dog friendly rental, he was so happy to be able to run around in the fenced in yard! Lauren was a great host. regularly checking in to see if we had any questions or concerns. We are already looking to coming back again in the future to this amazing place!

if you need a place with privacy and respite with beautiful sunsets this is the place to go. we took our dogs and it was great for our dogs in that there was an outdoor deck that was fenced in as well as a yard area for the dogs to go to the bathroom in a little spot on the beach to take small walks. I also took my elderly mom and she appreciated the ramp as well as the low shower in the main floor bedroom. this place accommodates elderly, dogs, kids, people who want to do water activities, or people who just want to get away and rock in a rocking chair. there were a lot of games and activities in the house for probably ages 12 and up. host was absolutely fantastic as well

My daughter found this gem online to book for my 65th birthday and a family get-together on the Northern Neck. We stay in Airbnb homes quite frequently all over the world and this is the loveliest home we've had the good fortune to stay in. Christine is the most gracious host and this home is special because she has made it that way for her family. It's a huge difference to stay in a vacation home that the host rents and a home that the host lives in. Christine's eye for beauty is exquisite and the home is comfortable as well as beautiful. It seldom happens that you say, "I wish the house had (fill in the blank)" and this house has it. The river is a gorgeous backdrop and there are kayaks to use. The saltwater pool is a great addition and a reason to hang at the house. And there is everything one needs to knock out a meal or if you don't want to cook, plenty of places to eat in the area. All in all, this house is a 15 out of 10!!

It feels like home on the water. Fenced yard for our pup, a pool and beautiful dock … and the water. It’s the only place we’ve found that has it all. As my sister said when she came out our second morning there was”it feels like home.” It is by far the best place we have found to relax and recharge.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and you could really tell that the hosts put a lot of effort into making it comfortable and welcoming. There were so many activities for our family to enjoy—my kids especially had a blast with the scavenger hunt game and the variety of board games. Even though the weather was a bit cold and it wasn’t the best season for it, we still had a great time kayaking. My family and I really enjoyed our time here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the summer. We’re excited to see what more activities there will be to enjoy then!

Simply beautiful place, from the spotless interior to the breathtaking view. Brittany was the best host I’ve had! She was incredibly friendly and accommodating with check-in, and communicated regularly to make sure all my needs were met—even left a handwritten card! Even through cold and rainy weather it was a beautiful, relaxing retreat with everything I needed and more, including great restaurants right below. Would love to visit again!

This place was perfect. We wanted a relaxing weekend away and Beach, Please delivered! This place has everything you would ever need and everything you didn't know you needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We hope to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities!!

We really enjoyed our week at Ppb! It was so relaxing and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. There were 11 of us and plenty of room. The house was clean and accommodating. The pool was perfect for hours of fun! There is a public boat ramp right down the road which made it easy to take our jet ski out every day. The beach is quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again!

Space was great for our family and larger than depicted in photos. Access to the beach was easy and stunning.

I just want to say if you and a love are looking for a weekend getaway this is the place. we had such an amazing time here. The farm was amazing we had an entourage following us everywhere we went the animals were awesome. Our smiles and laughter never left us. I wish we had more time to explore but for the time we had to spend at the farm was an amazing time and experience. We are definitely planning our next visit and highly recommend to anyone that would love to getaway to the farm

What an amazing spot! Tons of room for our family. Great outdoor space, especially loved the porch to drink my morning coffee or get a perfect view of the sunset. The beach area was perfect for children and the fishing was insane. SO peaceful and relaxing! Lucy was responsive and helpful with anything that we needed and she made great recommendations when asked. Definitely coming back!!

The cottage was as described and then some! The pictures showed a good sample of the property. The host was very welcoming and pleasant to chat with. There was a binder inside with recommendations for sights and places to see. We were able to enjoy the sunset off the pier while swimming in the water. The natural beauty and tranquility of the land made the stay so worthwhile.

Ryan’s home was lovely. Perfect for our family. Ryan thought of every detail to make our stay seamless and relaxing. His home was clean and well kept, but the personal touches made it even more lovely. We will definitely be back.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Loved this place, exactly as advertised. A beautiful place in a beautiful location on the water. The house was perfect and exactly what we wanted and the family enjoyed every minute. Jeffrey was very responsive to any questions and provided everything needed. Would definitely recommend it and would go again.

Wow! What a fabulous loft! Karin paid attention to every detail. The loft was well-stocked and had everything you need! Most impressive were the immaculate nature of the space and the VIEWS! The balcony was the best place for a morning cup of coffee...secluded, private, peaceful, and beautiful! This loft is brand new and so clean! Karin also allowed me to check out late and was an excellent communicator! Check in was easy and her directions were clear! Thanks for an amazing stay, Karin. I'll be booking next year, same time!
