This four bedroomed house was in a brilliant location and very close to the beaches, pubs and town centre. The house was over three floors which helped with spacing out the two families. There was a double bedroom on the lower floor, a double with en-suite on the first floor and then a further two king bedrooms on the second floor. There is only one parking space but we found alternative parking for the second car on the cobbled street outside. The house has plenty of space and well equipped with crockery and utensils. The bedding and towels were all clean. The WiFi wasn’t great especially with no phone signal. All in all though a Lovely home in a great location.

Mike was very quick to respond to all communication and provided accurate instructions how to find caravan easily which was appreciated in the dark. Very clean, comfortable caravan with well stocked kitchen in a beautiful area. Caravan less than a minute walk to cliffs with beach below for sunrise watchers.

Beach View cottage is in a stunningly beautiful location. The view from the front across the estuary is lovely, and it’s only a pleasant short walk to the sand dunes and a wide sandy beach. What is unique about the beach is the lack of other people - it’s like having your own private beach. The cottage is roomy and well equipped and has a decent sized smart TV. Simone was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive and communicated effectively and quickly. Alnmouth is a lovely village with plenty of places to eat and a sandy beach next to a large car park. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to Alnmouth along a safe tarmac path. We had a lovely weeks break in what is a charming tranquil place.

Fantastic comfortable house very close to the beach. We had a fabulous, relaxing holiday.

Myself, Mum and 5 year old son just stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely break! David is a responsive and thoughtful host, replying quickly, arranging for the heating to be on for arrival and even leaving lovely treats for us to enjoy! The place is absolutely spotless, super clean and well organised, it has everything you'd need for a short stay. Would definitely recommend! We ventured to Cresswell Beach and White House Farm in Morpeth which is a must if you have little ones. Lovely memories made... as well as some sand castles!

Superb location, beautiful sea views and stunning sun rises both days of our stay! Immaculately clean with everything we could need, and really well stocked! The heating system was fantastic which is a must in the winter months! Would definitely stay here again during the summer time the kids absolutely loved it!

We booked the caravan the morning we needed it as should have been staying elsewhere but due to illness we couldn’t, so booked in a hurry but everything was so easy and we were very impressed with everything about our stay, our grandsons thought it was wonderful, can’t fault anything and definitely worth a 5 star

What a beautiful view of the sea, caravan was lovely. Bed was so comfy, the location was great, nice and quiet. Will definitely recommend.

Another great stay at the lodge. Welcome pack was much appreciated. The views are beautiful. Great to be able to sit out and have breakfast with the uninterrupted view of the beach. Absolutely gorgeous caravan . The lock box for the key isn't the easiest place to access if you have trouble bending or if the ground is wet This caravan is beautiful, fantastic location, parking space and its at the quieter end of the park. We absolutely loved our stay at Julie’s Caravan. The Caravan itself was so clean and very homely. The location was perfect, the sea view and the morning sunrise was beautiful. We loved it so much we didn’t want to go home. Definitely recommend and will be 100% booking again in the summer.

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. Felt like home as every little detail had been thought about and was really cosy. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location right next to the sea with wonderful sunrises strolling along the beach. Beautifully decorated and well kept accomodation. Close to some fabulous attractions. We enjoyed Woodhorn Colliery museum, saw dolphins at Newbiggin as the sun set, a fantastic boat trip to the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne from Seahouses, Warkworth Castle and beach, and a stop in Amble. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who kept in good communication throughout and were really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place to others looking for a base to explore Northumberland and all it has to offer.

The Rockpool is a fantastic home away from home. Beautifully presented and a superb location. We loved having such easy access to the beach for our dog - she loved running on the beach. It was a lovely relaxing base to explore Northumberland and all it offers. Thanks.

The accommodation was superbly appointed, spotlessly clean and absolutely everything you would need! The Prosecco was very welcome - thank you. We have stayed in lots of places and this was the best by far! We would not hesitate in recommending to anyone! Thank you so much.

Our family of seven enjoyed the stay here. We walked to Q'Kurdi Express Pizza and had amazing takeout food, especially the kabobs. Overnight parking street parking was right outside, the public sign limits the parking during business hours but no limits overnight. There is a pub just below and down the street a bit, we had entertainment watching some of those people leave at night from the dining room windows. Great experience.

we found the accommodation as per shown, the beach was a great thing to see each day and the whole of the area , the local town , plus the North East as a whole is very clean , it puts most of the UK to shame. The people were at all times very friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Stewards Cottage. The location is perfect - peaceful and with great views but also so close to amenities in Berwick. The cottage was cosy, spotlessly clean and the log fire (with logs supplied) was great. We'd definitely love to go back.
