George is a wonderful host and explained all the housing stuff clearly, very good hospitality overall. Great man to discuss all the subjects and stayed a short period, its worth to be for it.

Convenient and good value. A bit noisy due to traffic, bit nothing a decent pair of ear plugs can't sort. I would say though that description says 2 bedroom, but one of the bedrooms is living room/bedroom. All good though and plenty of space.

Manny was great! was very flexible and made the process and experience very nice and easy!

First of all unfortunately i didn't get a chance to meet Sheila as she was out of the country at the time of my visit. I would have really liked to have met her. The location of Sheilas apartment was perfect for me as it was close to the metro and the bus to and from Newcastle were only meters away. The room itself is really large and bright and there was many comfortable seating options. The bed was so comfortable and i slept so well during the 10 nights that I stayed there. Jesmond is a very well to do area of Newcatle and there are a variety a shops, pubs and restaurants near by. I will definitely stay here again the next time that i am visiting Newcastle and I hope that next time I actually get a chance to meet Sheila in person.

I felt at home immediately. I unfortunately had to leave earlier than I'd hoped, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and it's owners to anyone. They were responsive and flexible and understanding with my changing timeframe. If I needed to come back, it's be top of my list. Thank you again. Rich

The flat was as described , clean and quiet , I felt like at home … definitely I would rent it again once I’m coming back to Newcastle

Really good instructions, very welcoming and was one of the quietest places with the most comfy bed I have ever stayed in (Slept like a baby). The house was spotless and completely as described. Although very quite, right on the door step is the train station, main bus routes and a large retail park. Overall I can fault my stay at all and will definitely use again when staying there if available. Oh and the price almost too cheap, might make you think its not a great place but when you add the price to the standards all I can say is outstanding!

Cristina was a model host. responds immediately. clean bedding and room provided. parking at the front was always accessible. there is plenty of fast food and bakeries within walking distance. a supermarket nearby too.

I have been hosted by Cristina for the entire month of March. She truly has been a lovely host, her place and the room made me feel comfortable in Newcastle from the beginning of my journey. Although it's outside the city it is very manageable to reach the centre and also the sea. Definitely recommended

Had a Fantastic stay . It was perfect for what we needed. Location is brilliant just a short walk to the sea front. Check in was very easy, house is lovely & clean, beds comfy, had a great sleep. Paul is very responsive to messages, and goes out of his way to help in any way that he can. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks Paul

Great house to stay in The host was great with check-in instructions and always responded to any of our questions . The house had everything you needed Beds where comfy Spacious house Clean and tidy (smelled fresh) Location was good £5 taxi (uber) to the city centre only 4 minutes drive Nearby shops, takeaways and restaurants 2 minutes walking distance to all of them Supermarket (Iceland) 5 minutes walking Great place will defo 100% be coming back to you NCL

Sandra was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Her hospitality truly set the tone for our stay. The shared kitchenette was a fantastic addition to our experience. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the amenities listed were readily available for us to use. Our bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The decor was inviting, and we appreciated how clean and tidy everything was. It was easy to settle in and relax. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.
