This is the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment is homey, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. Every amenity is provided for and the neighborhood is walkable, safe, and close to so many great places to eat. William’s lovely home is our preferred go-to when we are in the area.

This unit was extremely clean and well setup. The hosts provided ample information to make our stay easy and eliminate the need to ask questions especially when it came to entering the property and check in. The landscape was beautiful and the home was so cozy. Suzanne and Dan were very kind and helpful — super nice people. My sister and I enjoyed our time and if we are ever back in this area we hope to stay here again!

For the price of a hotel room, we got a whole apartment plus a rental car. We could make our own meals or find restaurants within an easy drive (also walkable probably outside of winter weather). A comfortable place on a quiet street. The kitchen is well equipped.

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible downtown Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the breathtaking views. The large windows in the living room offer a panoramic look at the city skyline, and I could spend hours just gazing out at the lights at night and the lively streets during the day. The space itself is just as impressive—stylishly designed with a perfect balance of modern amenities and cozy touches. The furniture was comfortable, and everything from the kitchen to the bathroom was spotless. It’s clear the host put a lot of thought into the details, from the plush linens to the high-quality appliances. I loved the host they were so nice and kind and I will be back soon !

Super nice place and looks brand new. Can get background noises from other apartments but not bad.

Very close to the bus lines and to Logan Square, which has a lot of nice cafes, shops, and restaurants. Michael was a great host and really responsive!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and Karen was by far the best host I’ve ever had! From the start of our trip, she was incredibly responsive, guiding us to a parking spot and ensuring a smooth check-in process. Throughout our stay, she kept in touch to make sure everything was going well, which we truly appreciated. Wayne was an awesome host! Ease of entry and for those that go in the winter months when it snows, he has someone come and clear the walkway and driveway. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is your spot! Thank you for having us!

BART is a great host. My friends who travel from overseas is not aware of the check in time, BART responded right away and let them into the house. Really appreciated what he has done for us. House is super clean. Location is great, restaurants nearby. I will recommend this place to other people!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house near Lake Michigan! The private beach access was a highlight, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The house was clean, well-equipped, and just a short walk to the beach. We could hear the waves from the back porch. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

Staying at Mary’s place was wonderful! It had everything we needed for the holidays and she was easily available for any questions. Only a 5 minute drive into town! I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful experience we had! Charles & Jeremy were great hosts - the house was exactly like the pictures, with lots of space to spread out. The peaceful surroundings were great for relaxing and looking out the many windows at the wildlife. Thanks for a great visit!

Train is right behind it but surprisingly didn’t bother us at all. Absolutely stunning interior. From wallpaper, to the light fixtures is really beautiful. Had plenty of pots and pans, has an Alexa in the kitchen to directly play music, check weather for the day- which I love (have one at home)❤️ The big windows bring so much light and life to the home. Double headed showers really are a game changer and are huge. Looks like the pictures but honestly is a lot more eye satisfying in person. Loved our stay.

Nice and clean. Right near the river. Wish it was a little warmer weather for the use of the deck. Had everything we needed. Very nice host. Gave great instructions and had no problems.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The location was ideal—close to the L, restaurants, and coffee shops, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also appreciated the host’s recommendations for local spots, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago, and I would absolutely stay here again!

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

Matthew’s place was amazing! Great art, we played games, and enjoyed the views. His record collection made for a fun night of varying music tastes!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

From the beginning, John was very communicative and remained so throughout our stay. The place was perfect for us and we enjoyed celebrating Christmas Day with our kids and grandkids there! The kitchen was well equipped and we made the most of it. John had placed holiday decorations out in advance of our stay (and told us he would do so giving us the opportunity to say "no") which added to the Cheer. Very charming place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it.

I loved my stay at Fernanda's! Right off the bat, Fernanda was very responsive. I made a last minute request and Fernanda was very kind with her messaging. I was on a work/play weekend and it fit the bill. I loved that the place had a gated parking! A huge plus in the city and with the remote control access I was able to come and go safely during my busy trip. The apartment was spacious and as listed-cozy! I loved curling up on the recliner and reading. I was also able to comfortably work on my computer from the dining room table or kitchen bar top. Bedrooms had space for belongings and the bed I slept in was very comfortable. Espresso machine made this coffee addict very happy. I'm looking forward to another stay!

Had an incredible stay at the place. The area was amazing and peaceful and plenty to do. Matt was a very accommodating host and was very helpful and available if we ever needed something!
