We had a fabulous stay at Daniel's beautiful house. The house is extremely spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for 9 adults (aged 22 - 85!) to sit and chat, eat, drink and play games. The position of the house is fantastic for the pier, beach and town and there was plenty of parking on the drive and on the road outside for our 4 cars! Daniel was a very responsive and helpful host, answering all our questions and even arranging an 11am check out for us. We can't wait to return to Pier Avenue for our next family mini break, to see the outcome of the building work being done on the outside of the property and to see house not covered in scaffolding! Thank you for a fantastic stay in beautiful Southwold.

lovely place, especially the conservatory area. great for us as we were staying with multiple generation and there was plenty of room to have our own space mixed with some large socialising areas.

Glowing review. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 children and we'll behaved small dog, our apartment was really lovely. The grounds around the Hall are just incredible. The Hall is steeped in history, grade 2 listed and has been brought back to life by the current owners Tim and Boris. The apartment was really well equipped, with a rainfall shower and excellent country location. Cromer beach is about 6 miles away. We aim to go back in the summer to enjoy the Hall in the sunshine. Thank you to both Tim and Boris for all the hard work you have put into the Hall we loved it and hope all future guests enjoy it as much as we did and treat it with the respect it deserves.

The house was the perfect spot for my friends Hen Party. Such a spacious house so none of the guests felt on top of one another. Imogen had lots of recommendations of suppliers to use so we used a private chef and cocktail masterclass host from the books which were fantastic. The location of the house is right on the coast which was lovely especially when the sunshine came out. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of household products (i.e. toilet roll, bin bags etc). One of the best experiences we have had staying at someone’s rental, thanks so much for having us! X

A beautiful lodge to spend Christmas with my family. The hot tub was an added bonus. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Christine was contactable if required and responded straight away.

Stunning house and location. ideal for our work trip and hot tub and pool table added some evening entertainment.

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.
