My friends and I have stayed at Glenn’s twice a year for the last 5 years. We keep coming back because it is perfect for our needs. There plenty of bedrooms and beds, it is well furnished, it is easy driving distance to restaurants and attractions and there is plenty of space for 4 or 5 (or more) of us. It was really cold all week so we really did not want to get out. We stayed warm and comfortable in the house and we had everything we needed to prepare meals there. We plan to be back in the summer. Glenn is super easy to work with.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! We loved it so much, this was our 2nd stay. Group of 13 friends just hanging out for the weekend. Things that stand out include the absolutely pristine bathrooms and the fully stocked kitchen. All the pans, utensils, cutting boards, baking pans, etc. you need. Lots of places I've been to don't have things like measuring cups but they have everything. When we had questions, response was fast. Nice common area for everyone to hang out in. Just a great place.

Josh's place is beautiful and very spacious. We had way more room than what we needed but took advantage of the extra space. Can't get any better than having a fire in the fire pit going while listening to the creek run behind us. It feels secluded but so close to town. We will definitely keep this place as a must rent when we visit again.

Roberts house was an excellent stay for us. They have a fully loaded kitchen with many seasonings for cooking, pots and pans of all sizes, a grill, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The house is cozy inside and out, the beds and sofas are really comfortable too. We came to visit the Tail of The Dragon which is not too far away and there is plenty of parking available on site. I would not hesitate to rent out this Airbnb again!

I have stayed at many AirBnBs, and Joan’s was by far the VERY BEST ONE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! There should be awards for this home. I can’t rave enough about it. Accommodating is the number one adjective I believe describes her cottage because there is not a single thing we needed- Joan has thought about it ALL; she has to be the most thoughtful host ever. Personable and cozy are some other ways to describe this home- we didn’t want to leave! The bird watching and porch is so very inviting and peaceful. The bath is gorgeous and has everything you need for it. The towels were heated, there were robes, clean linens… games, every cooking item you can think of, coffee, precious and thoughtful things left out special here and there just for us- I mean, you think it…. She DID IT. Absolutely AMAZING. 10/10. The price shocked me for how much of a TREAT it is to stay here… must mean Joan is a humble person, which is VERY rare these days. Can’t wait to come back! 😊

We visit Helen often and look for rentals that are close to town, the river, and are comfortable… we hit the jackpot with Kendra’s River Suite for Two. The beautifully decorated room, gorgeous peaceful riverside seating and many owner thoughtful touches made our stay extra special! We will be back!

What a lovely stay! We really enjoyed making a fire and cooking by the river. Such an awesome location and only a mile from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. I’d highly recommend Donnie’s stay to anyone looking for a private get away in the mountains. We will definitely stay again.

We could not have had a better experience with Karen and Greg. All of the reviews raved about their hospitality, and there was not one moment, I did not feel at home. Coco, their dog, is an absolute sweetheart The beauty of the property can only really be understood once you are there. This is a great place for a couple to get away. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband likes to explore and we couldn't have chosen a better spot for his birthday. We had plans to drive around to various nearby waterfalls (we made it to a couple) but the mill offered so much to discover, we didn't want to leave. We loved the waterfalls, history, and trails around the site. The bed was super comfy. It's definitely quirky, we were glad to not have a TV, etc. Groceries were close by as well as parks.

Mike and Karen were wonderful hosts! They greeted us upon arrival! Made us feel right at home. Even though they live above the apartment they were never intrusive and gave us our space and our privacy. They even gave us fresh eggs as we were leaving. Love the frog garden!

We came for a travel ball tournament and was there pretty much to sleep and head back to the ball field. But we could definitely come back to just relax for a few days. Great place to stay!!

Roger is an exceptional host, he went above and beyond to assist us when there was an issue with our online booking. Cabin was very clean and had great views. Definitely plan on visiting again!!

We booked this Airbnb last minute, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! Tucked away in a beautifully secluded spot on a peaceful creek, it was the perfect retreat for our family with four small children. The setting was serene, with the soothing sounds of the water creating a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor space was a dream—our kids had a blast playing cornhole and frisbee golf, while we enjoyed the tranquility of nature while enjoying a smore. The hosts thought of everything, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. If you're looking for a private getaway surrounded by nature but still packed with family-friendly fun, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Sandy's place was perfect, exactly as described very beautiful and peaceful and really close to Ana Ruby Falls and Helen great location. the cabin itself was gorgeous and the river flowing by was very peaceful. Sandy's is an amazing host will definitely stay again.

This cabin was just lovely and everything I wanted as a getaway vacation with my husband and our two teenagers. Very cozy vibe inside. The views were so serene, and it was truly beautiful and peaceful . We all enjoyed our time there, and would return in a heartbeat! Everything was well stocked, well cleaned, and had just about everything you would need while there. We made sure to stock up on food and beverages before we got there, and cooked inside and grilled outside a couple of times too. The roads leading there are very windy, and at times narrow and steep, so I would definitely recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle when coming. Other than that, we had a great time and made some great memories! We would definitely love to come back.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the cabin, we went for a relaxing getaway, and we definitely had it. It’s well decorated, and very cozy. The hot tub was perfect with the cold weather. We used it multiple times. Karen and Bryan were very responsive and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
