This place is worth the money!!! It is a great location and very peaceful. Less than 10 minutes from Ellijay. And Savannah is an excellent host. She had everything you need plus snacks and drinks. We seriously only needed clothes (although there is a washer and dryer). We will most definitely be back!!

We visit Helen often and look for rentals that are close to town, the river, and are comfortable… we hit the jackpot with Kendra’s River Suite for Two. The beautifully decorated room, gorgeous peaceful riverside seating and many owner thoughtful touches made our stay extra special! We will be back!

We could not have had a better experience with Karen and Greg. All of the reviews raved about their hospitality, and there was not one moment, I did not feel at home. Coco, their dog, is an absolute sweetheart The beauty of the property can only really be understood once you are there. This is a great place for a couple to get away. We can’t wait to go back!

This is my second time staying at John & Shannon’s and I already can’t wait to return! It has everything, plus some, that you would need! Less than 10 minutes to downtown Helen!

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

Very central to Helen, just walk out of the door and Town is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet in the evenings.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

Secluded and peaceful, exactly what we needed for our getaway. The cabin was beautiful and cozy and the hot tub and fire pit were nightly activities. 15 minutes out from downtown there was always something to do. Definitely saving this listing and coming back.

I have stayed at Danielle and Erik Helen property a few times now. My family kept telling me how great they thought the property was during our stay and how they loved that we were within walking distance of multiple restaurants and store's. The house had plenty of room for a large family with 7 adults and 2 kids. We had a great time hiking during the day and relaxing by the fire pit in the evening making s'mores and playing Cornhole. My family is already asking when we can come back. I look forward to another vacation at Danielle and Erik property. Thank you for letting us stay at the Helen house and we will be back again one day!!!

Thank you for opening your place up for our stay. The house has plenty of space and is as described. Leah is very responsive with her messages and easy to communicate with. I have stayed at many AirBnBs, and Joan’s was by far the VERY BEST ONE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! There should be awards for this home. I can’t rave enough about it. Accommodating is the number one adjective I believe describes her cottage because there is not a single thing we needed- Joan has thought about it ALL; she has to be the most thoughtful host ever. Personable and cozy are some other ways to describe this home- we didn’t want to leave! The bird watching and porch is so very inviting and peaceful. The bath is gorgeous and has everything you need for it. The towels were heated, there were robes, clean linens… games, every cooking item you can think of, coffee, precious and thoughtful things left out special here and there just for us- I mean, you think it…. She DID IT. Absolutely AMAZING. 10/10. The price shocked me for how much of a TREAT it is to stay here… must mean Joan is a humble person, which is VERY rare these days. Can’t wait to come back! 😊

This was a great location for the first weekend of Oktoberfest. Our group loved being on the river and having the ability to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

The views off the top floor balcony are stunning! A great view of the sunrise over the lake. The house is very large and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a long stay. Well stocked utensils and cookware in the kitchen. A great loft area that turned into our prime hangout spot. Patricia is very quick and responsive and the check-in/out was a breeze.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful place. Amy was really great, and the condo was perfect for our group. Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

The place was clean, cozy, and absolutely exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice! The property was gorgeous and we even got to feed the trout off of the bridge! The hosts checked in on us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking to hike, there are plenty of good hikes within 20ish minutes of the place which was super convenient. It was the perfect place for a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. We loved every minute!

This was a perfect location to enjoy Helen, and the surrounding areas. Just a couple minute walk to downtown Helen. The hosts were very responsive and professional. They thought of all the little details in the condo. They even had some spices, cooking oil, and coffee available. We loved our visit to Helen, Georgia. Would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend to others!

Loved loved loved this condo! We will be booking again and coming back with family. The bedrooms were spacious and both large with large bathrooms. Extremely spacious for two couples and maybe a kid or two :) the place was extremely clean. Only suggestion I have is to extend check out to 11 so you can get a reservation at the black sheep down the road on your way out of town! They did extend this for us and we were grateful!
