We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

lovely little place to stay. Close to town centre and also main roads to visit anywhere in Doncaster. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Would also book again should we need it in the future.

Such a great place for a big group as there is ample space . The house suited our needs well- the big garden is beautiful and we all had such a lovely weekend together at Cocking Hill house

Lynley and Matt’s place accommodated a large family of 7, 2 children and 3 dogs perfectly! Lots of space, big spacious rooms, private and secure garden and big driveway! We came to stay due to a family funeral and wanting a hub to base ourselves but also accommodate seeing family and spending time together. The place is very well thought out, clean, spacious and perfect for a family get away. Lynley and Matt are super responsive hosts, really understanding of our situation and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything as described in the add and very helpful when requested late check out. Would 100% stay again would of booked the week after if was available but unfortunately was fully booked

We had a wonderful stay at the Bumble Bee Barn! Susan was a very attentive, helpful host and made me feel right at home for a perfect break away! The stay was clean and a beautiful place with an incredible bed and goodies on arrival! Located in a lovely area with lots of walkable places to eat! Would definitely recommend and would love to return 🥰

The studio itself is perfect for solo travellers, couples or younger families. It’s is perfectly equipped in all areas and is very homely without being overwhelming. East Leake is a lovely quiet village with a whole host of amenities including one very good pub, The Nags head. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again. Thank you!

We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

The property was spotless, well-maintained, and even more beautiful than the photos. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-stocked amenities, made our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful and relaxing. Raffaele was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. lovely peaceful spot in the countryside, had everything we needed for our family of 4 with two young kids. bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. the kitchen/dining space is compact but there is a nice bench in the garden for relaxing and stargazing in ample space. would recommend! thanks Julie.

The place is a lot bigger than on the photos. The secluded garden was brilliant for my dog and the big field opposite was an added bonus to walk him. It is very peaceful and I would definitely book it again. Gabby was very quick in replying, when we got lost and needed fire-lighters for the log burner.

I know the area and needed a place to stay. The home was welcoming and warm. Everything you could need was available. It was clean and tidy. There was plenty of space, so if I had been travelling with family it would still have been big enough

We had the best stay at the Garden Cottage, what a beautiful home with the most beautiful surroundings! Stephanie couldn't have been more helpful and onhand, and we absolutely loved Annabels cafe a short walk away!! Will be back for sure, thank you so much!

Conveniently located (access to M1) yet nestled in a quiet and natural area. Self-contained home allowing us to take care of all our needs very well. Best part: the duvet which felt like a cloud ....

Great stay at Hunter's cottage for myself, husband & our dog. Five pit trail right on our doorstep, so lots of walking & accessible right from the back gate. We ventured out to Hardwick Hall which had lovely views & tried the local chippy - be warned that when they say large portion of chips they mean large! We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay & the hot tub was lovely! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or revisit ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosewall Cottage. It was extremely peaceful and the cottage cozy and comfortable with everything we could have needed. We loved seeing the chickens in the garden and listening to their funny little noises! Lia was very responsive and sent a brilliant mini video showing the street view of the property, making the cottage super easy to find. A fantastic place to stay for my uncles 80th birthday surprise. Thank you Lia, you are a great host.

we had an amazing time, we feel so relaxed and refreshed. I actually cant believe others have had the cheek to give a 4 star or less!! they could not have been better if they tried!! on our 1st full day we met Andrew, rocky and Bella! plus the spaniels they have! there was so many leaflets and a review book in the cottage so all guests can easily find other things to do! yes it is isolated so if youre not looking for that space and quiet time this isn't for you! alton towers is only 1.5 hours away in the car, plus Skegness too! the local village is a 5 minute drive! everyone was welcoming aswell.. the way Sarah cleans this cottage is IMMACULATE! clean sheets clean towels supplied!! a complimentary bottle of wine and fresh eggs too!! Google maps doesn't like the post code so it is literally one of the first properties on the left hand side as you come off of the main road!! we are booking again! with the children. thankyou so much for all your hard work Sarah and of course andrew xxxx

We had the most amazing Christmas at Loxley Lodge. The lodge itself was incredible and had exactly what we needed in terms of kitchen/bathroom supplies. It was set up really well for our two dogs and the location is just fantastic!

Andrew was very responsive in the lead up to our stay and helpful with any questions we had, the place itself was amazing - the main room is incredible. Hot tub area is really lovely too. Only downside is that two of the beds are sofa beds in the main space and only 4 bedrooms. We were 12 people, but 3 of the bedrooms are big enough to fit an airbed / cot / toddler airbed though so you don’t have to use those if you don’t want to. Kitchen has lots of saucepans but no roasting dishes or baking trays so if you are planning a roast then add some foil ones to your shopping order also lacking forks we had to share 😂 but brilliant stay and would definitely recommend!

The chapel is absolutely beautiful, the photos look lovely but the place is even better in real life. We went as 4 couples and all managed to find the chapel easily, the check in instructions were perfectly clear. Dave & Donna were lovely and always responded to my messages promptly. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the whole chapel was very clean and smelt amazing. The kitchen was the perfect size for a group, had everything you could need. The hot tub and the pool table were a great addition. I would recommend this place to anyone, whether a family gathering or just a group of friends wanting a nice place to spend time together! The pub around the corner is great too, very lovely staff! I would definitely stay at the chapel again, it was perfect!

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.
