The place is big and was perfect for our office party. Everybody enjoyed their stay and had everything we needed. We will be back definitely in the summer.

Great space with multiple rooms for a group trying to stay together

We enjoyed our stay again this time. We had great weather to enjoy both the pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed walking along the long drive and relaxing on the porch. We did not have any interuptions during our stay so it was very private. No sounds of city life here. We can highly recommend Byrdie's Suite.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable night. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Amazing place to stay. We were there for a soccer tournament and Fawn was amazing and helped us out tremendously since we drove in from Texas! Was very responsive and house was perfect!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Carolynn is an amazing host and the house is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with essentials. The surrounding land and lake were fun to explore. There are some small trails to hike near the lake. It was also easy to get into town as needed. Highly recommended.

Her home was AMAZING! Better than I even expected from her listing. The game room was awesome to have for the teen girls. The house was lovely and really inviting. It was well equipped, beautifully decorated and provided the perfect home away from home. We were there for my daughter’s wedding at a venue just blocks away. So, the location was spot-on. Nicky was a very responsive and friendly host. We would definitely be repeat customers. The place was perfect for the first couple nights of our honeymoon. Super close to the quaint town of Farmville. The surrounding area was peaceful, serene, and private despite being near a road. The inside was cozy and the perfect size for my bride and I. Kay was very friendly and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House!

I’m all for historical homes and this one just topped the cake. To actually have fun, not worry about tvs and other things we enjoyed our time and relaxed after dance competitions. Highly recommend.

Alex's place was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed slept great. Wonderful mattress. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Loved the antique furniture scattered throughout the home. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen to cook breakfast. Great coffeemaker. We really enjoyed the television in the living room. Will be booking here again.

Great location in relation to where we needed to be. Clean, simple. Small cute little place. Appreciate the allowance for a one night stay, but felt like we paid for 2 nights with the fees.

This farmhouse was more than expected plenty of starters for the kitchen area and bathroom. We lost power during our stay due to a winter storm and the owners were on top of everything brought candles etc and up to date on the outage. Even offered to do our laundry so nice and the place was very comfy felt right at home. Would recommend to anyone great stay! Chris & Vicki Smith
