It's a lovely spot right in the park, so you can go for walks or take shortcuts on paths to the Moncton Coliseum area, which was our destination for the visit. It's cute and has comfy beds, a nice deck with views to the park, and a nice living room with TV. It doesn't have a full kitchen but there are small appliances and coffee/tea supplies. I will definitely want to stay there again.

Our group of ladies truly enjoyed our stay at the Lavender House. The accommodations were very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area was very peaceful and we enjoyed a trip to the dunes. Lori was very helpful with all of our questions in advance. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to someone else

What a place! Immaculate throughout, attention to detail in everything they do ~ we felt right at home and loved the private location. Even though it was a winter getaway, we enjoyed an outdoor fire pit going for a walk, checking out the nearby ski hill, tubing. And even did a quick little jaunt to Charlottetown. This property is conveniently located between Confederation Bridge in Charlottetown short distance does the Cavendish and North rusticle areas. We have stayed at a number of Airbnb properties in Prince Edward Island and this is by far top of our list . There was great Wi-Fi., lots of towels and things to do there besides just relaxing and enjoying a group of friends on an escape get away from Nova Scotia. The house were very responsive and gave us a couple of suggestions of things to do in the local area which we did end up doing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . I have been in the bed-and-breakfast and innkeeping business for more than 20 years &this place deserves 5*

Jamie’s chalet was the perfect home base for skiing at Poley Mountain—just across the street from the base, making it incredibly convenient. The quick access made it easy to pop back for lunch or take a break with the kids, which was a huge plus. Inside, the chalet was a true ski retreat—beautifully decorated with unique, ski-themed art. The beds were comfy, the large dining table was perfect for meals and board games, and everything was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras like cozy blankets and board games. The fireplace made it feel extra cozy, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Jamie was an exceptional host. When our littlest one wasn’t feeling well on our first night, she went out of her way to help. Her kindness and understanding made a lasting impression. I would highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay while exploring the area.

Perfect for two small kids 4 and 6 their mum and grandparents. Walked to hill and didn’t need to find parking at the hill. Took a couple of walks over with their gear and straight into their lessons. Could Go back for rest/snacks/ in shifts and very comfy seating. The little ones liked the spring ladybugs. We somehow came away with a tube of hot sauce when we packed up! Oops. But perfect for our family vacation

Despite of cold weather it was really warm, nice and cozy inside! Beautiful nature around and amazing sunrise! House has all necessities and a lot of interesting books.

Andrew was very nice, showed us everything we needed to know, and was there when we got there.

The Owl's Perch was an absolutely wonderful experience. Karen has created an oasis of beauty and tranquility. The campsite is everything and more than one needs to have an easy and peaceful time. The lake is gorgeous, surrounded by wonderful, wind-swept white pines. We took my two-year-old son, we all had an absolute blast. I grew up canoe camping in North-Eastern Ontario and this was like a balm for the soul. We also had the pleasure of meeting Karen's partner who gave us a wee tour of the beautiful property. Very much enjoyed meeting him. A kind and interesting person and a great host. 5 stars.
