Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

Wir waren zu fünft (vier Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) zwei Wochen in Pietrasanta. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und hat einen tollen Garten mit Terrasse. Es war sauber und es war alles da was man so braucht. Lediglich der Weg zum Strand und in die Stadt war etwas länger als wir gedacht haben. Mit den Fahrrädern war es aber trotzdem gut machbar. Frederico ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem hatten wir hier eine tolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! 😊

L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulitissimo. dotato di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Lorenzo è stato un host molto gentile e presente e ha cercato di venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ritorneremo

Charment petit logement typique et dans son jus. Matteo a été très serviable et avenant pour notre passage éclair dans la région (une nuit). Nous avons été contents également de trouver un très garage pouvant accueillir 2 voitures dans ce quartier piéton.

Wir haben zu viert ein paar wunderbare Tage in dieser unglaublich schönen Unterkunft verbracht, unsere Erwartungen wurden definitiv übertroffen. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich, die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, für alle Gäste auch aus anderen Parteien gab es genügend Platz auf dem Grundstück. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und mit dem Auto gut zu erkunden. Bei Taxifahrten muss man sich auf recht hohe Preise einstellen, daher ist man besser selbst mobil. Die Kommunikation mit Alessandro & Gabriella war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, bei sämtlichen Anliegen konnten wir auf schnelle und freundliche Antwort zählen. Vielen vielen Dank, dass wir bei euch zu Gast sein durften! Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen zu diesem besonderen Ort.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sarzana. The place is lovely, well furnished, and was super clean. Thanks also to Alessandro and the hosts for being super helpful, friendly and proactive hosts who offered many recommendations of places to visit locally. Francesca’s place is a gem not to be missed. Francesca’s communication was great and we were sent really clear instructions on how to arrive. Our flight was slightly delayed so we were arriving later than expected and Francesca’s mother was kind enough to come out in the rain to meet us and show us where to park. The location is perfect in the larger of the 5 towns, easily accessible to the beach with a 10 minute walk by road or 5 minute short cut down approx 150 steps (we managed these easily with our 6month old in a baby carrier, however for those less able to manage the steps the road walk has no steps). The balcony is a perfect spot for breakfast or an evening glass of wine with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the ocean. From this location it’s very easy to visit all 5 villages via foot, boat or train. We travelled with our 6 month old and found that Monterosso was the best for children due to its beach and it’s much flatter than the other villages.
