Giordano is the definition of a SUPER HOST! Our transportation was delayed and arrived almost 2 hours late. Although, he does not live in Rovinj, he patiently waited for us outside. We arrived at night, so this was comforting to us. Giordano helped us bring the suitcases up and went over all the instructions very clearly. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine! The place was even better than described. Spectacular view and very well equipped, including a washing machine. Also, very clean. Location was perfect! NOTE: You have to go up about 4 flights of narrow stairs. For elderly people or people with physical challenges, the stairs may be a bit much.

ha a prioritásban első a tenger és a tengerpart, akkor válaszd ezt a szállást, de kocsival 10 perc a város és van jó tömegközlekedés is. Szezonon kívül ingyenes parkolás.

The best spot to stay at in the city. Great accommodation, great hosts and withinvreach of door great spots. 10/10 reccomend

Il soggiorno da Lino è stato molto bello, la casa era molto attrezzata e non mancava nulla. Pulizia impeccabile, ottima posizione per visitare Kamenjak, parcheggio comodo dentro la proprietà, privacy e silenzio nei dintorni. Ci ha particolarmente sorpresi la grande ospitalità di Lino e moglie. In definitiva alloggio consigliatissimo!!!

Es war einfach alles perfekt. Katarina ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft zählte zu den schönsten, die ich jemals über Airbnb hatte.

The loft is a beautiful apartment in a great central location. The check in instructions were very clear which made the whole thing easy. The apartment is beautiful and bright and was super clean. The building is very characterful but be prepared to walk lots of steps. We will definitely stay again when next in Rijeka.

Ubytování bylo útulné a velmi příjemné. Stylové mořské dekorace, čisto, dobroty na mlsání, základní vybavení jak v kuchyni tak v koupelně. Lokalita byla velmi klidná, vhodná k procházkám a relaxu. Přestože jsme byli opodál od různých památek a zážitkových míst, všude se dá během chvíle dostat autem. Dostali jsme od hostitele i tipy na výlety, což bylo super. Ubytování doporučujeme a rádi se sem někdy opět vrátíme :)

This place is amazing! Super cool layout and really felt looked after and classic Italian. Location is unbeatable! Right in the center of the town with plenty of places to see and do. Our host was amazing and very helpful with everything. Would go back again in a heartbeat. We are very happy!

Wir hatten zu viert eine wundervolle Zeit in Milkas und Igors Haus. Fantastisch sind die Badebuchten, haben wir meist jedoch mit dem Auto aufgesucht, und auf dem Grundstück der wahnsinnige Gemüsegarten, wo wir die leckersten Tomaten 🍅 genossen haben sowie Paprika, Zucchini etc. Besonders toll war auch die Außendusche und dass wir umgeben von grüner Landschaft waren.

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst: das gemütliche und geschmackvolle Haus mit abgeschlossenem Garten in dem der Hund frei laufen konnte. Sehr ruhige, friedliche Umgebung, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Grüne, duftende Wälder und Wiesen, klares Wasser, eine reine Freude. Alica ist wirklich ein 'Superhost': die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit war super, sie hat uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt und mit Kostproben regionaler Besonderheiten. Insgesamt eine tolle Mischung aus freundlicher Betreuung und angenehmer Zurückhaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect localization, reactive host. Most of all very confortable bed and pillows, and calm area of Pula. The surroundings are beautiful. The weather is not amazing in October but we still had a great stay thanks to Sara's recommendations.

The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Abbiamo trovato Natasha e Samuele due splendide persone, vanno oltre le aspettative già dai primi contatti con Natasha; ti fanno sentire a casa con la loro accoglienza speciale e inattesa, anche con gesti e con doni di benvenuto inaspettati! Kit da bagno come nei resort, compreso di mascherine per dormire. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio e di ottimo gusto, sopratutto la camera da letto/soggiorno con finestrone vista mare. Ma anche la cucina super accessoriata gode della stessa vista per poter fare colazione o pranzare. Perfetto per due persone. Siamo rimasti in contatto con Natasha e Samuele nei giorni di permanenza ricevendo preziosi consigli e informazioni relative a attività e luoghi di interesse nei dintorni. Sicuramente torneremo e consigliamo! E cmq Trieste è una splendida città e si mangia e beve molto bene!

io ho trovato personalmente ottimo l'alloggio di Claudio e fantastica sia la sua cortesia che la sua disponibilità (doti non piú scontante). Mi ha mandato i "video tutorial" per spiegarmi alcune cose dell'appartamento e sono stati molto chiari. Spero di essere stato un ospite educato e rispettoso quanto lui lo è stato con me. VIVAMENTE CONSIGLIATO.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.

L'appartamento è molto bello e posizionato in una posizione ottimale. Facile da trovare e comodo anche per il posto macchina nel garage. Dotato di tutto ciò che serviva, ed anche di più, incluso ciò che serve per un turista di passaggio. Veramente gentile e disponibile anche quando ho dovuto modificare la prenotazione per motivi personali sopraggiunti all'ultimo momento. Lo terrò presente anche per il futuro.

We had a wonderful stay at Tea’s place! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating, offering us an early check-in since the place was ready. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to beautiful beaches with stunning views. There are also restaurants and a supermarket nearby, which made everything very convenient. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend Tea’s place and would love to come back!
