Eine kleine Oase ist dieses schön gestaltete Cottage. Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Alles ist sehr großzügig und offen gestaltet. Vor dem großen Wohnbereich mit Küche und Esstisch war eine große Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten und daran anschließend eine Rasenfläche mit einem Pool, welche sich bis zu einem Fluss hin erstreckte. Hier hatte man auch die Möglichkeit, ein Kanu zu nutzen. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte ein integriertes Badezimmer, das zweite Schlafzimmer ein separates Bad. Neu installierte Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern rundeten das Ganze ab. Sophia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat auch eine Safari für uns gebucht, welche ganz fantastisch war. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastic Karoo getaway, peaceful and quiet, beautiful cottage with everything you need. Bit of a dirt road to get there, but I was able to do in a small car without any issues. I had to do some remote work while on the road and this was a great place to hunker down for a bit and do some work while experiencing a bit of Karoo life. No wifi but cellphone hotspot was fine for work, just had to move my phone around to get the best spot. Graaff-Reinet is about 1.5 hours away. Long stretches of empty road in this area, but bow and then you find a nice Farmstall next the road that is like a little oasis of Cape style food and culture, I loved it.

Melissa was very friendly and provided us with good restaurant recommendations. We were only a 10-15 min drive from Addo National Elephant Park which was very convenient. The accommodation was spacious and the fully equipped kitchen was a great addition to our stay. Thank you.

Without a doubt the best Airbnb we have stayed at in South Africa. The service was exceptional, giving us upgrades left and right, drawing maps for fastest travel and even preparing a personal breakfast. The view was phenomenal and they prepared fruits and selfmade lemonade and many more things! If you’re lucky enough spend a night there, do not miss out on the massages in the spa!

This is an immaculate apartment with spacious rooms, by the bank of a river with sporting facilities. The host is welcoming and very helpful. Restaurants and the Addo park nearby. Strongly recomended..

Der Bauernhof von Mike und Nita ist wunderschön. Eine liebevolle Oase der Ruhe und des Friedens. Man ist wirklich Gast im Leben der Beiden und sie lassen einen daran teilhaben. Sie sind beide sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Freude zwei Nächte bei ihnen gewesen zu sein. Das Frühstück ist übrigens auch wunderbar und die Lage ist für den Addo Elephantenpark ideal. Bettenqualität ist hervorragend.

A tranquil and peaceful unit, evening fire outside and watched wildlife inside the Addo Park. Bumpy road for 6km but just take it slowly.

Unterkunft hat mehr zu bieten gehabt als erwarte. Man hatte sehr viel Platz und alles war sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns bei der Organisation für den Addo Elefant Park geholfen.

The place was clean and secure. Host was in good communication all along. Shops and amenities were nearby and it was safe to qalk at night. House was clean and impeccable.
