Cute roomy place, close to town, big front yard, fun pool with a beautiful waterfall. Overall wonderful experience.

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house and deck were so Nice. Seeing the deer every morning and evening was such a treat. The massage chair was awesome. The hosts answered all questions quickly and were always kind and helpful. We hope to return in the Fall. Thank y’all for everything

Great stay near Bandera. Very close to restaurants, groceries. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, and the huge porch is the best for star/deer watching.

Great place. Very clean and organized. plenty of blankets! It has a cozy patio area to sit and hang out. Everything was great. No complaints!

Had a great, relaxing weekend getaway here. Felt right at home and the view and location on River can't be beat. Loved all the hummingbirds, swallows, and deer. Will definitely be back.

From the very first contact in October to our arrival in April, communicating with Dario was exceptional. Everything was "Top Notch" throughout the entire process, making our planning and stay smooth and enjoyable. The property was pretty much as described in the listing. It offers plenty of room for a family that needs space or for those planning a family gathering. The home met our needs and expectations over a 3-day stay for a family wedding in the Brackettville/Ft. Clark Springs area.

We had an amazing experience, home is beautiful and had everything that was needed. Definitely will be rebooking in the future when in the area.

So thankful Heather’s house was available on a super short notice as our other host cancelled last minute. This home is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space for our family of six. The fenced in backyard is nice and peaceful and the community park and pool were a huge plus as well. Heather is a very kind host and quick to reply to messages. Would recommend to anyone traveling to San Antonio.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. but it was still quiet enough to feel like you weren’t close to anything. The hosts were amazing. So quick to respond and extremely helpful! I highly recommend here for your stay in San Antonio!

Bringing my kids to a town very close to my heart was made even better by this beautiful home. The pool, 3 bathrooms and amazing surroundings made this the perfect place to spend a summer vacation with our family.

This is a great place and has many extras one can enjoy in the privacy of your family and or guests. It has plenty of bedrooms, space for all to rest. Has a grill, laundry room and all appliances worked. The pool, back yard, games and game rooms were a hit. Thank you for a great stay and for being such great hosts.

It was just what we always look for in a rental. very secluded, quiet and felt like we were the only ones there. It was also close to some great places to grab a bite to eat.

This house was beautiful, the kids loved the pool. Host was super attentive. Answered any and all of my questions. The house was exactly as described in the photos. I loved that the laundry room had towels both for showers and restroom. Lots of space and beds! Will definitely book us we ever come to San Antonio.

We rented this home for 5 1/2 weeks to escape Alaska’s cold and it was better than we hoped. The back patio and pool area was wonderful, and the heated pool was definitely appreciated. The location was great, close to theme parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. Walter was quick to respond to any questions; and also accommodating and allowed flexibility (with a fee) for extra guests. We had 16 family members and three dogs for a large portion of our stay and never felt crowded. We would definitely stay again if we find our selves in San Antonio.

Ms. Blanca is the best. She always respond for your inquiry and give you tips too. Her place is clean and organize. we never ask for an additional towels or anything because we brought ours. location is great. everyone loves our stay and we had a good time.

Kaeli & Richard’s guesthouse was absolutely beautiful & peaceful. We stayed here for one night and felt very comfortable. The ranch was really pretty and neat to see. We definitely recommend this guesthouse and would love to come back!

We had arrived to Bandera with another AirBNB booked, however, when we had arrived, it wasn't satisfactory. It was after 8pm and was incredibly disappointing. I immediately started looking for another place to stay, and contacted Colleen about this listing and if there was any chance we could get in last minute. She immediately responded and we booked it. We loaded all of our stuff back up and headed over. She greeted us and was incredibly accommodating. The place was pristine clean and PERFECT. This quaint little place had everything I want in an AirBNB. We have a sleep number bed at home, and we were surprised to find the king bed was a sleep number!!! We will definitely be back! And FYI... if you have dogs (we didn't have ours with us) they have a wonderfully fenced yard, a dog bed, and feed bowls for your pups! Thank you, Colleen, for allowing us to stay last minute.

8:42 PM We reserved the cabin & checked in within 20 min of each other & they made it so easy & were more than accommodating. They even had kayaks we could use free of charge.

Beautiful home . Lots of room and felt right at home. Host were great and very responsive. Even had snacks to welcome you. We would definitely stay here again.

Mia is an amazing host. The home is nicely decorated and feels homey and relaxing. We had everything we needed. In this situation we had an extended stay and Mia was extremely helpful extending our stay. This is beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The decor inside in relaxing and peaceful. Mia is responsive and even gave a heads up when her lawn care people were going to be at the home. You cannot go wrong staying here. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. HEB is only 2 miles away. Sea World is 9 miles away.

Peaceful, all are very friendly and interesting and very helpful. Did not need anything or want anything that was not provided... Beautiful people and interesting and helpful and friendly

Thank you for hosting us and our sweet goldendoodle. It is a charming and authentic home in the heart of Kerrville. Love the original photos of the home at its beginning. Great backyard and authentic furnishings. Be cautious of the slight (1/2 step) change in elevation between some rooms as it is an original adobe home. Check out Rita’s Tacos for delicious breakfast and lunch options. We went twice! Great stay!
