Great stay at this location! Would suggest to arrive before it gets dark as there is little to no light outside. Great view from balcony. Had some issues using the TV but nothing major. Others mentioned but the 2nd bedroom with the 2 beds, the door isn’t able to close. Home has great charm!

We stayed here for a wedding nearby in Villa del Paraiso and it was perfect. The condo was very spacious and the views were amazing, the only thing is you do have to go up 2 flights of stairs which are narrow, it was a bit hard to go up with all our luggage. Otherwise we had no issues and will definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was so convenient as we were so close to the beach and popular restaurants. We did a day trip to el Valle which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and there were plenty of places for all our guests to sleep. We called Rafael a few times and he was always ready and eager to help us. We really felt like he took care of us like family. Our number one priority was safety and we felt very safe in the gated community.

Maryanne's place is a relaxing, quiet oceanview casita very tastefully decorated in a charming Mexican style. Maryanne is also a very responsive and accommodating host and the neighborhood is quiet and secure with 24/7 security. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again!

The host Adriana was great, great communication, we had a little incident but was taken care of right away. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful safe quiet place to enjoy their mini vacations. Good job Adriana keep up the good work ❤️

We loved Las Gaviotas and staying in this particular house was fabulous. The panoramic view of the ocean was incredible.

Everything was great, the place was very quiet, the people were friendly, the view was beautiful, the place was comfortable and the communication with the owner was excellent.☀️🌻💜🙏

Fay & family were wonderful hosts! Very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is and Los Gaviotas is always perfect. The small apartment is cozy and perfect for just two. There is no privacy door for bathroom but didn't bother us! Was on the higher end of price compared to other larger properties we've stayed at in LG but considering it was holiday weekend and knew the price going in and was very happy to pay it over the holiday. Thank you, Fay for a wonderful visit!

Irene and her husband were incredible hosts. Very welcoming, warm and friendly. The studio is just as described. Clean and spacious for a single person or couple with all of the necessary amenities. Will definitely be staying here again.
