Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con home theater en Nuevo Vallarta

The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

El Departamento muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario, el servicio en general es amable. El único punto a mejorar, es por parte del Edificio, es la alberca, se encuentra descuidada. Tiene una vista muy bonita, tomarás muy lindas fotos y es climatizada, pero le faltan muchos azulejos y se le despegan fácilmente hay que tener cuidado para no cortarse. El agua el día que llegamos no estaba muy limpia y el templete de madera para salir y entrar a la alberca tiene maderas sueltas, pusieron listón de precaución.

El departamento de Nicolás es muy bonito, amplio, tiene excelentes muebles y decoración… Está ubicado cerca del club de playa y una de las albercas más grandes, todos los espacios y amenidades nos encantaron… Nos trataron de maravilla en Bolongo y Nicolás súper atento en todo momento, sin duda regresaremos a este increíble lugar!

Mitch's place was exactly as advertised, centrally located and easy to spend time in. The pool was a quiet evening reprieve from the busyness of Puerto Vallarta. We would stay again.

Mirian provided excellent service on our stay answering our calls and messages very quickly. She was very helpful and allowed us to have a great and comfortable stay !

Great spot, fantastic host! The place was exactly as pictured and everything inside is obviously brand new. We opted to add the resort package to our stay, which includes the onsite pool. The building is right in the middle of everything - lots of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The host couldn’t have been nicer and more communicative.

Anjuli and her team were responsive and helpful. The other residents and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was lovely! Place was super clean and had all the necessities to feel at home!

The place was great! The location and overall amenities of the building were very enjoyable. There are few lounge chairs at the beach for all the apartments, but there are plenty of people renting umbrellas and chairs. The rooftop pool was warm and the hosts were very responsive at all times. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice place. Rooftop pool is awesome. Relatively short walk to beach. Need to take cooler and chairs to beach because the chairs available there are just a few and usually occupied. Very nice place, looks like new.

Everything about the stay was great, the apartment and complex were amazing and had a ton of amenities. Check-in was very smooth and the host was very nice.

We loved the apartment! The wrap around balcony was great to sit out and watch the action in the harbor. The staff in the complex were very welcoming and friendly. Good people. The area was very walkable to lovely coffee shops and restaurants. The Campomar restaurant just a few blocks away was one of our best meals! We didn’t walk to the beach but took a taxi just across the street down to the Malecon and another to a bus stop in the Romantic Zone for a whale watching trip. We had a great time and enjoyed our time spent in the apartment. I would recommend.

Our vacation stay at Enrique’s Icon Vallarta 19th floor condo was amazing. From the communication prior, to Enrique arranging one of his team members, Karina, meeting us upon our arrival and welcoming us to the building. Karina was also very responsive throughout our trip, and even helped us extend our stay by 1 night due to an unexpected airline cancellation. The condo had amazing views towards the Banderas Bay from the living room, and the bedroom balcony had nice views of the Cruise harbor. The condo also had everything we needed, such as a large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, pots/pans and a filtered water dispenser. The Icon property was beautiful, with plenty of pool chairs, two large pools and access to the beach. It was also within walking distance to multiple grocery stores. We try to come to PV as often as possible in the winter, and will definitely consider booking at this condo in the future. 5 stars!

Perfect spot for us as we were with our young daughter and in-laws! great spot for families to stay together. The condo itself was clean + comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nice that its groubd level and right in front of the pools! The Bolongo resort is nice and the staff are friendly, but the food quality could definitely use some improvement and the hours were not convenient as we had to wait until 9am until breakfast. We preferred eating off property, but that wasnt an issue as there are lots of options close by. The spa ammenities are very well priced and the gym is super nice! We would dedinitely stay here again!

Where do I even start? My friend and I stayed here for 9 days and we fell in love with Kent’s home. Best Airbnb ever. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is a dream. We would watch the sunset while listening to music on the Sonos almost every night. Kent is by far the most welcoming, responsive, kind, and thorough host I’ve ever met with amazing local recs. The condo is designed beautifully. I loved how much character and charm there was. It’s on a hill, but we enjoyed walking up and down for extra exercise. But when we were tired, Ubers were quick and cheap (we are talking a few dollars from the romantic zone areas). There is also so much to do close by. The street below is a little noisy, but we didn’t care at all. I’m a super light sleeper and I didn’t mind. I even played my white noise through the Sonos! The curtains are also blackout. The beds are quite soft, but it was comfortable nonetheless. We cannot wait to stay again. I could go on and on.

Paulinas place is absolutely stunning. The views cannot be beat and the location is perfect, close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Paulina is an amazing host who is quick to reply and help if you have questions. It is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable, there is nothing else needed as you enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

Absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for what we wanted and a very enjoyable environment. The apartment was the perfect size for the stay. We would come back.
