Great place, clean, spacious, well equipped. Definitely this is a place that I widely recommend to stay while in Riviera Nayarit. It has a great location from the beach and to go to many places north and south.

excelente lugar y excelente precio,la casa es tal cual las imágenes y aparte de las amenidades que ofrecen tienen bastantes accesorios para playa que puedes usar como sombrilla, sillas plegables , carrito plegable para transportar las cosas y muchas más cosas. no dudaría en rentarlo nuevamente. muuuuuy recomendable!👏👏

Our stay at Casa Cinergy in Puerto Vallarta was unforgettable! The home surpassed its stunning photos, blending traditional Mexican architecture and furnishings with modern comforts. Lili warmly welcomed us and ensured we were settled, while both she and Fabiola were quick to respond to our messages. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance, plus a pharmacy and convenience store just a block away. For farther adventures, Uber was a breeze, including to and from the airport. We cherished our time on the outdoor veranda by the pool, which was my favorite spot in the house, and we enjoyed meals at the al fresco table. The only downside was construction noise from 8 AM to 8 PM, typical for PV, which bothered me more than my family. Overall, Casa Cinergy offered a perfect blend of charm, convenience, and relaxation, making our trip truly special.

This location was perfect for me. Quiet, safe, beautiful and only 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and gas stations ! Alhan(owner) is a excellent host. His communication was incredible. He’s on top of everything. I had a small water issue,so he sent a plumber the next day. I needed things for the house. He sent me a box to be picked up at the bus depot. Honestly this house has everything you can need to live comfortably. The only negative for me is the bed. I needed to purchase a bed topper and now I say it’s perfect! Overall I love this location.

Excelente trato de César, simpre atento y dispuesto, accesible en todo momento. La casa muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario para pasar días increíbles, la cercanía a la playa inmejorables, la playa y el mar padrisimos.

Punta Esmeralda is a beautiful, safe, well maintained community. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing deck and views of the Bay of Banderas. We were delayed at the airport on arrival, but our host Maria patiently awaited our late arrival to the Villa, completed a walk through and explained everything we needed to know. We had some challenges the first couple of days but Maria responded quickly to our concerns to ensure we settled in comfortably. The restaurants in the area were great, including the one located at Punta Esmeralda. The Sunday Market and food vendors in La Cruz should not be missed. If you’re thinking about spending time in this area and you’re active, you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking to enjoy the pools, have a relaxing massage at the spa, meet great people or just chill and read a good book, this is the place to be! Our experience was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning.

It’s the perfect spot as a home base. The listing was exactly as described and Hector & myself made the best of Google translate. Note to self, learn Spanish if you’re going to stay down here for any amount of time, at least the basics. It’s just a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to go south into PV or north to the other beach towns. There was a wide variety of places to eat at and all were very positive & happy. I’d check into Hector place again in a heart beat!!!

Comfortable bed & nicely furnished! A bit of a strange layout. We weren't prepared for how far away groceries etc were compared to last years trip we did. Extra budgeting for transportation would be helpful. Coffee in the room would have helped us be ready for our first day walking to get groceries. The room was very clean and organized and well maintained. Pool time was very relaxing and the hot tub, when hot, was great! Wish one pool would have been a bit heated to be enjoyed. The only downside is that the condo is farther from restaurants & shops than expected. Certainly got in some exercise just walking!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The complex is secure. You get buzzed in and out by security. The marina area is super safe to walk. Lots of good restaurants. The best part is looking over the marina. Watching the yachts move around. Hopefully we can come back again to this amazing place again.

El lugar muy bonito, limpio y ordenado, tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. La estancia fue excelente y la atención del anfitrión fue muy buena.

Anfitrión súper atento,falta un poco más de atención sólo a las cosas mínimas como aires Acondicionados y tv en recámaras sólo eso, pero todo lo demás bien.este lugar está súper cómodo para salir en familia porque cuenta con varias albercas cómodas para todos.

We spent a month in San Pancho and there are no words for how incredible this place is! Hacienda San Pancho is a short 10min walk to town which has everything you need - incredible restaurants, an amazing beach, easily accessible taxis, lots of recreation opportunities, and so much more. We are in love with San Pancho! This place is quiet since it is removed from town just a bit. It is also very private and felt very safe (it's a gated community). Just be prepared for some uphill/downhill walking as this unit is at the very to top of the community. Many unit owners have golf carts but we couldn't find a place willing to rent golf carts to Hacienda San Pancho, sadly. The beach club pool is unbelievable, especially at sunset. The condo was moderately stocked with necessities. It would be great if they had beach chairs and an umbrella available, but you can also rent these daily on the beach. And lastly, the internet is not reliable. We used our phone hot spots. We cannot wait to return!

We highly recommend staying here. Valeria is a great host & was very responsive to all of my messages. We were a group of 3 adults and stayed for 7 nights. There was plenty of room as the condo can comfortably host 8 people (3 bedrooms each with an ensuite, 2 king beds, 2 double beds,dinning table seats 8). The beds were very comfortable with clean linens and extra blankets. The outdoor patio was nicely furnished and we enjoyed morning coffee out there as it is surrounded by lush vegetation and wildlife. You can’t really see the ocean but the views are still fantastic. There was lots of hot water and decent water pressure. The kitchen had the amenities for cooking simple things. San Pancho has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes and taco stands. The walk into town along the beach is about 15min and the walk along the road and across the pedestrian bridge is about 20-25min. This condo is on top of a hill so be prepared to walk up and down a lot (we enjoyed the exercise).

Great location. Staff/front desk were amazing, incredibly helpful, best ever. If you're planning on cooking you'll need all food items except maybe salt and pepper. Foil, zip locks, bring them. Also coffee. Pretty sparce. Cooking utensils are there. Clean condo, beds very comfortable. TV is LG TV. Stations you've never heard of mostly. No local cable. American grocery just downstairs. Construction across the street but daytime, weekdays only. Bedroom is like a Las Vegas room, totally dark. Slept in the first time for years. Felt good!

Max was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we asked. Condo was great and staff were helpful. Pool restaurant service was a little spotty but overall were helpful. I would use this place again!

El lugar es hermoso y los atardeceres en el club de playa fueron espectaculares. El depa necesita una manita de gato. Pero es muy cómodo y la pasamos maravillosamente bien. Estuvieron al pendiente todo el tiempo a pesar de ser año nuevo y fueron súper súper amables.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my teenage boys and we LOVED it! The condo is immaculate. I have stayed several places in PV and love the Romántica Zone- I loved how spacious this condo was. The layout was great and the views are unreal. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning and we would rest in the afternoon and watch the sunset in the evening. You can see the entire city and ocean from the living room. The pool truly is the most amazing pool I have ever seen. The view from the pool is breathtaking. Make sure to watch the sunset and night swim. Location is great. Walkable to all the great restaurants and shops. You are right next to the highway- but anywhere you stay- if you’re in the heart of the city is noisy. Street noise doesn’t bother us at all. You can’t hear it from the master bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend Marcelo’s place. Faby responded right away to any questions we had. She is AWESOME! We loved it!

Muy satisfecho con el hospedaje ya que se encontraba tal cual lo publicado y con una limpieza y orden excelente, buena ubicación y seguridad dentro y fuera del condominio! Buena atención y excelente equipamiento en cocina y baños, sin duda un gran alojamiento! Único detalle es que el elevador nunca funcionó y complicó muchísimo el moverse con maletas y bolsas todos los días y subir y bajar los 6 pisos para cualquier cosa que se ocupaba, en esa parte si muy mal y poco amigable para personas con alguna indisposición ya que nunca se pudo solucionar durante la estancia !
