The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Leonardo and his mother are wonderful hosts and this is a terrific place to stay. This lovely home comfortably held our two large families and the outdoor area was just great for kids to run around and play in. The super large kitchen is absolutely amazing and had everything we could ever need to prepare large meals. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but still close to the ocean and the surrounding towns. We visited Loreto both days and it was very easy to get there by car. Don't think twice if you're considering staying here. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We stayed two nights and I wish we had stayed a week! Thank you so much Leonardo! We can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Carmela ci accolto di persona,dandoci la possibilità di fare check in prima. La zona è molto tranquilla, la descrizione della casa rispecchia la realtà. C'è tutto quello che serve per fare delle vacanze serene. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche i nostri due cani non hanno avuto problemi di adattamento. A piedi si arriva al mare (no sabbia ma sassi e perlopiù spiagge libere e non attrezzate). A Marina Palmense non ci sono attività serali per il dopo cena, quindi bisogna spostarsi in auto ma a pochi km ci sono vari paesi che offrono svaghi. Per una vacanza in piena tranquillità consiglio VIVAMENTE questo alloggio.

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

De woning is meer dan geweldig! Qua hygiëne beste tot nu toe. Maar ook de ligging, faciliteiten en inrichting meer dan we hadden gehoopt. De twee badkamers en het zwembad pure luxe. Eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en qua communicatie top. Bij aankomst een mooi pakketje met lekkere dingen en fles wijn en bij afscheid nogmaals verrast met een afscheidscadeau. Ongelooflijk lief. Een vakantie om niet te vergeten.

I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.

Het huis is lopend te bereiken via een steil straatje. Met de auto kun je er niet komen, maar je hoeft maar circa 100 m te lopen om er te komen. Groot voordeel is dat er geen auto’s voor je deur langs kunnen en dat het heerlijk rustig i. Dat is zeker fijn als je buiten zit en geniet van de tuin die in hoogte verloopt (meerdere terrassen). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn dat er meerdere badkamers zijn en de slaapkamers zijn allemaal ruim bemeten. De woonkamer is niet heel groot, maar zeker ook niet klein. De keuken is niet zo groot, maar heeft wel alles wat je nodig hebt. Vanuit het huis loop je zo het oude stadsdeel in, waar je je enige eeuwen terug in de tijd waant. Dit deel moet je zowel ‘s avonds bekijken als overdag. Het stadje heeft alle nodige voorzieningen (restaurants, supermarkt, cafe, etc). Christine is enthousiast en reageert altijd en meestal ook snel. Haar antwoorden zijn uitgebreid en dat geeft een betrokken en betrouwbaar gevoel.

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We enjoyed our stay at Lemonvilla. House on a hill with wonderful views. Marcus was very helpful with detailed instructions on local excursions and excellent restaurants to drive to. The house is very well equipped, new and clean. Thank you for our stay.

un séjour incroyable. Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Ein sehr schönes und mit viel Sorgfalt renoviertes Haus in der Nähe von Senigallia. Schöner Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Oleander und Rosmarin. Der Poolbereich ist durch eine Mauer etwas vom restlichen Garten abgetrennt und so vom dort aus nicht einsehbar. Durch die Mauer liegt er aber windgeschützt, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Schlafzimmer sind schlicht aber schön eingerichtet und die Bäder alle sehr ansprechend geplant. Die Küche im Erdgeschoss ist wirklich schön. Hier haben wir regelmäßig gemeinsam gekocht. Hier war es schade, dass 2 Gasflammen leider nicht richtig abblieben. Die Küchengeräte (Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher) sind in die Jahre gekommen und könnten erneuert werden. Der Rest war wirklich schön! Wir hatten etwas Problem mit dem Warmwasser und konnten zwischenzeitlich nur 2 der 3 Duschen benutzen. Auch das W-LAN ist nicht im ganzen Haus verfügbar. Leider hatten wir knapp 2 Tage gar kein Internet. Sehr schön, wir würden wiederkommen!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war super geeignet für 10 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern (mehr wären auch möglich gewesen) und durch den Garten ein Paradies für uns. Da da Haus nicht klimatisiert ist, wird es in den Schlafzimmern auch Nachts teilweise nicht kühl, dafür gibt es aber in jedem Raum Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist ein wirklicher Traum. Vor allem die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Brians lokalem Mitarbeiter Andy war grandios - er hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben und bei allem umgehend geholfen :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in casale in 18 adulti e 4 bambini per due notti. Il soggiorno era completamente perfetto! Host è super gentile e disponibile. Il posto è meraviglioso. È fantastico per i grandi gruppi. C’è tutto il necessario, pulito ed è organizzato molto bene. Molto adatto ai bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Sirolo. Das Haus ist Gross und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist altmodisch und es hat sehr viel altmodische Deko und Sammelwaren. Ich war ein bisschen überforderd. Aber das Aussenleben und der grossen Park mit pool macht das alles wieder gut. Schlussendlich lebt man draussen. Carlo war der beste Host die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben. Immer erreichbar, schnelle Reaktionen auf sms sehr fürsorglich und freundlich. Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Il casolare è ampio ed offre immensi spazi verdi intorno. Ogni stanza ha la propria privacy e il proprio bagno, ad aeccezione di due stanze che lo condividono (ma questo per noi non è stato un problema). Lo spazio comune è comodo e spazioso, dotato di microonde e macchina per il caffè. Abbiamo condiviso il casolare in gruppo, eravamo in 13, senza intralciarci proprio perché gli spazi interni ed esterni ce lo hanno consentito. La pulizia di tutto lo stabile e anche degli spazi esterni era veramente impeccabile, si vede che c’è grande cura. Il pezzo forte la piscina, anche questa sempre pulita. Marica e il suo papà che si occupano della casa sono stati gentili e disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dandoci consigli su luoghi da visitare e posti dove mangiare. Noi cercavamo un luogo di totale relax e lo abbiamo trovato! Consigliatissimo.

Famille très chaleureuse et disponible… fabio et Lucia sont très réactifs et ils donnent des supers idées d activités à faire dans la zone! Le logement possède une très chouette piscine, environnement très au calme. Maison dans le style rustique italien avec les équipements nécessaires. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui aiment la nature, le village de Sarnano présent à côté de la maison est très mignon, chouette glacier, bar pour les apéros et restaurants…

Wir haben uns gefühlt wir im Paradies! Die Gartenanlage, die Pflanzen, die Terasse und der Pool sind einfach wunderschön. Es war sehr heiß während unseres Aufenthalts und daher haben wir Garten und Pool sehr genossen. Mit Google Maps findet man das Haus leicht, man muss viele kleine Sträßchen in Kauf nehmen, aber dafür ist man mitten in der Natur, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, Palmen etc. Die Strände in nächster Nähe sind sehr langweilig, aber in 30 Minuten ist man in Numana & Sirolo bei den tollen Buchen des Kalksteingebirges El Conero, es lohnt sich wirklich dorthin zu fahren. Ansonsten gibe es so viele nette Bergdörfer, die wir gegen Abend besucht haben, z.B. Loreto, Osimo und Torre dei Palme. Auch eine Fahrt nach Assisi lohnt sich wirklich, wir haben selten ein hübescheres Dorf mit tollem Ausblick und so vielen berühmten Kirchen gesehen. Obwohl es Juli war, war es vor allem in den Dörfern nie voll. Grüßt bitte die kleine schwarze Katze mit den weißen Pfoten von uns :-).

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!
