Beautiful Airbnb.. very warm and welcoming staff and the rooms are so clean and tasteful. Just a minute to the beach and The Rock restaurant which we went to and thoroughly enjoyed the novelty. We would highly recommend this great spot in Pingwe,

Loved Stefania’s cozy place right in the heart of StoneTown near both Emerson hotels. Loved to hear the neighborhood kids playing outside - it was the sound of unbridled joy. While western kids are labeled as ADHD because their parents want to give them drugs to be quiet, these kids are allowed to be free to release their energy and just be children. Loved all the friendly faces around. It was lovely. Thanks to Stefania as well as her helpers, Sara and Rama!! Great team!

Brenda and Ire's place is a true home, not an apartment that is only rented out. Lots of quirky decor, very colourful, we loved it (family with two teenage daughters). The girls could just walk around by themselves in town, it is all very friendly. Comfy beds and shower. The rooms were a bit hot in January, but manageable with the extra fans provided. Ire, Omar and Salum were very helpful and kind. Brenda wasn't around, but provided timely and extensive communication ahead of our stay. We have been coming to Stone town since 1994; and even with the mass tourism now firmly established on Unguja, Stone town somehow manages to keep its own spirit and this place reflects that spirit. Great stay, we were very happy to come here.

Our 5 day stay at Zuhura’s Airbnb was outstanding! From the start, Zuhura was incredibly kind, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. The place itself was immaculate and wonderful. It’s central location was perfect, putting us within easy walking distance of many beautiful spots, malls and restaurants making the area convenient and enjoyable. Unsere Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Alles war blitzsauber, bestens ausgestattet und genau so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Die Lage war perfekt – etwas abseits der riesigen Touristenhotels, sodass wir unsere Ruhe hatten. Das Frühstück war super lecker, allerdings wurde auf Allergene leider keine Rücksicht genommen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Marco, Antonio und Mara – alle drei waren unglaublich herzlich, und Mara hat uns sogar frische Kokosnüsse vorbeigebracht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay. The resort matched the pictures & was in walking distance to the beach. Mohammad was very friendly & took us to some good restaurants. He walked us to the beach & was available to come back to get us if we needed him to. He also took us to the resort where we were staying for the rest of the time we were in Zanzibar. I would stay here again.

What an amazing house Joyce has! Spacious, rustic with beach vibes and artistic decor. She made me feel like her family from a moment we've met. Meals together was a highlight of my stay. Got to know wonderful Joyce and other travellers from around the world and had a lot of giggles at the large round table at meal times 😃 The garden, beach and views are incredible. The cheff cooks the most delicious food ! I can't wait to come back with my sons 🥰❤️ Thank you Joyce for everything ❤️ ♥️ 💖

Utupoa made me feel so at home, that I didn't want to leave at all :) I stayed for a week and felt so welcome. Joyce is an amazing, kind and very cool woman! With soo many interesting storys, I could listen to her for hours. But not only Joyce was great, her staff was lovely as well and helps with everything. The food is very delicious and freshly cooked. Utupoa is so, so beautiful with a fascinating garden and a huge mainhouse, with lots to see. I love, love, loved the view! The beach is great aswell and much quieter than other places, with viewer beachboys. Snorkeling is awesome with plenty of sealife to see. Mnemba Island is not far away and a must do for diving or snorkling - breathtakingly beautiful! I enjoyed the dinners with the other guests and Joyce, we had lots of fun. I met super cool people :). Utupoa is a home away from home with so much character, heart and sunshine. I would go back any time and hope I can one day. Asante sana Joyce!

Zanzibar house, fait parti d’un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. Le logement est très propre, cuisine équipée (avec cuisto sur place pour le déjeuner et le repas, c’est le rêve!) Quant à la vue, face à la mer dès le matin pour passer des vacances de rêve Une personne de référence est sur place, et joignable! Rien à dire, je conseil fortement

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

The dream village porte bien son nom. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable, dans un cadre paisible et idyllique. L’hôte et son personnel étaient d’une gentillesse, d’une serviabilité et d’une hospitalité sans nom. Merci à vous d’avoir rendu ce voyage exceptionnel ! 🙏

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!

Simone is an amazing host, very friendly, go out of his way to assist and make you feel very informed and very welcome. The house is on an amazing location right on the beach with immaculate views. The staff are all very friendly and we had an amazing stay. Will come back for family holidays here and definitely recommend to anyone going to Zanzibar.

Loved staying so close to the beach. Nice place 10 min drive to Stone Town!
