Meri and Agust are wonderful humans, they went beyond usual hospitality to host us. Agust made sure we have everything we need and gave good suggestions on where to eat, which places to visit and when. Meri is the sweetest - she visited us while we were staying and got us Balinese food and desserts. She even made sure that our departure was smooth from the Sampalan port back to Bali. Lastly, the villa is everything we imagined it to be. 100% recommend staying here.

I would rate this property higher than a 5 if I could. Beautifully designed, laid out and decorated. Everything was stylish, functional and comfortable! The pool was great and it was easy to find somewhere to eat and drink if you didn’t feel like cooking. We will absolutely be back and will book a longer stay next time. Thank you for giving us some design inspiration for our own Airbnb back in NZ.

Staying at Susan and Mark's place was fantastic; the location was perfect. The Villa was great for multiple families and was walking distance to most places. Highly recommend this villa. It feels like home and still has some of the traditional Bali vibe, which we appreciated. Mark organised a great snorkelling tour, and the team servicing the villa were excellent.

An asolutely top notch view set in a quiet and peaceful rural village setting at the top of Nusa Penida. The lovely husband and wife staff team of Kadek and Komang made sure we were well looked after. Komang is a great cook and made delicious indonesian cuisine for us, so be sure to book her in for a meal if she has the availability. There is also a local massage business that will come out to the house. It's a great context for a massage, particularly if you open up the doors to let the breeze in. Such a relaxing spot. There are plenty of geckos, frogs, and insects around, and the geckos in particular have free reign of the place at night, so just a heads up if you aren't keen for that kind of thing (they won't bother you, but they will stare at you!). I personally loved their company. The surrounding gardens on the property are lovely. Highly recommend, and if I ever get back to Nusa Penida I'd love to spend more time at House in the Sky.

Fantastic stay and outstanding service. The beautiful hosts accommodated us so well. We had problems with the pillows and they came and replaced them! They helped us book bungy jump and also our swim with the mantarays with private transfers. They got us bikes and even booked our ferry for us. They are seriously amazing and we will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic stay (except for the rain) ☔️😊 but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the comforts of our home, the host were extremely friendly, they came in every day supplying us with breakfast, every day when we went out we came back to a beautiful clean villa, they were fantastic. The villa is exactly the same as the pictures, Thank you Megan for letting us stay in your beautiful villa 😊

Overall great stay! Always lean into the locals, they know the ins and outs when it comes to the island. Anything you want to do or anywhere you want to go, ask the host! Thank you so much!!

Stunning location and beautiful house. We are a family of 5, with 3 teens, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we really didn’t want to leave. Details: The house was clean and well kept, every bedroom had air conditioning, and the sea breeze and fans in the main living area gave respite from the heat. We enjoyed sitting outside and there was plenty of shade (or sun if you prefer). The furniture was comfortable & pool was clean and a good size for us. The beds were comfortable so were the pillows. We had breakfast included, which was freshly prepared for us by Ketut & Kadek who excellent hosts. They organised for massages and scooter rental for us. The place was a 5 minute walk to Sandy Bay which served delicious food, cloud bar (delicious cocktails) and sunset bar which also did food and drink. All in all a great stay, we will be recommending to our friends and hope to come back someday.

Gus and team were amazing hosts and the villa is not too good to be true - it’s actually as amazing as it looks. Not only did we get free pick up and drop off, the team went above and beyond. The breakfasts were delicious, inclusive of fresh juice, the rooms were spotless, the views were breathtaking and the massages were some of the best we’ve had. The experience overall will be one we’ll remember, all thanks to our hosts and the stunning villa. All I can say is book this place - it will not disappoint!

Wij verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen in de woning. Het eerste contact verliep heel vlot met Yoseph. Hij stuurde veel info over ontbijt, activiteiten op voorhand door. Nadien verliep het contact ter plaatse met Rosa. Zij wachtte ons ook op op het strand waar we aankwamen en antwoordde op al onze praktische vragen ter plaatse. Dit was echt top. Ontbijt was super lekker! Accomodatie is zeker niet meer splinternieuw, maar is goed onderhouden en proper. Het personeel in de woning is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden via Rosa de gegevens van een ‘truck’ driver zodat hij ons telkens kon brengen naar onze uitstappen. Echt top ervaring! Heel mooie villa en heel ontspannend

Stunning villa - 4 large double rooms, amazing views over the sea, and perfect. Local shops and restaurants close by that deliver, and getting around the island is simple enough. Host is very friendly and helpful in organising any aspect of the trip whilst there too - from days out to taxis to get around.

Fantasticcc house! Beautiful view and super helpful planner on the front in (Reebok). Please note: any charges have to be paid in cash, which we didn’t realize and the ATM was far away. We really appreciated the help from Made, Putu, and Komong and wished we had more interactions with them besides just serving meals. Breakfasts were amazing and Putu was fantastic at helping us coordinate boat trips, scooters, etc. Thank you all!

Honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed! The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. They picked us up from the harbour and drove us to the villa. The villa was magical, the location, the sound of the sea, the view, the space, the interior, the comfy beds! Definitely go! You can order delicious food to be made by a chef and nice places nearby. Just make sure you bring a bit of mosquito spray, but the staff do spray the rooms and put down the nets as an evening turn down. Thank you driftwood for a special time :)

Amazing place to stay! Bailey was very responsive, has great recommendations and was a nice touch checking in on us through our stay The views from the villa are insane, the pictures don’t do the view justice. Kadek and the team were incredible. Very helpful and always making sure we were ok. If we needed help or wanted something they would make sure we got it. Kadek is super friendly and will do anything for anyone. We really appreciated everything she did for us! This is one place we’ve stayed and really found it hard to leave even after booking an extra night! Thanks for everything Bailey, Kadek & Team

It is a nice private Villa set back from the noise. Easily accessible with scooter which is provided by the host at your request. Kitchen is shared with second mirrored Villa which wasn't an issue for me. Host was easy to get in touch with about any issues and were accommodating to help me with any needs. Would stay again

We had a wonderful stay in Kylee’s Villa. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Fantastic space with beautiful surrounding, peaceful and relaxing. The view was spectacular, walking out every day looking over the beach and watching all the surfers. Made and Kadek were amazing hosts, so helpful organising scooter rental, washing and Nusa Penida Tour, as well as the great breakfast everyday and efficient cleaning daily. Made’s Banana pancakes were so yummy! We love the islands and never wanted to leave this villa, will definitely book for longer next visit! Overall we had a perfect stay and I would recommend everyone to stay at the beautiful villa ❤️🤩

Gede a été un hôte super ! Nous avons adoré la maison et nous nous y sommes directement senti comme chez nous. L’hôte est très réactif par message, et les services qu’il offre sont plus larges que la norme à Bali. Nous avons adoré ce séjour à Nusa Lembongan, bien plus paisible et chaleureuse que Nusa Penida. Enfin, petit plus qui fait la différence, il y a une machine à laver disponible dans le logement avec de la lessive ! En bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Gede, et nous vous le recommandons chaudement !

Amazing location with beautiful views. House was clean and in very good condition. Special mention to the villa manager, kakul, who was very friendly and accomodating (same with kadek and the other staff member). He went over and beyond to make sure we’d have a great stay and even helped me recover a missing item after I had left the island. Highly recommend!

A wonderful place to reset from our hectic everyday lives. Maya and the team are wonderful, always available but not intrusive. Local building in neighbouring plot did not affect our stay, it was almost finished (April 2025). The team fed us breakfast and evening meals, all tremendous value. Get yourself a scooter, book Villa Nusa and completely unwind - we did and have no regrets. Simply superb, and what a view
