Sam’s place looked just like the photos which is not always the case on rental sites. It was very clean and maintained well. The layout of the house is nice with 2 en-suite bedrooms on different sides of the house plus a third bedroom. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing! The beds are very comfortable. The house has a nice feel to it. There is a lovely elevated gazebo in the back of the house with beautiful views.

Mallory’s place is gorgeous and very convenient for a stay in Sedona. We were a group of 3 friends celebrating birthday milestones and it was perfect for our needs. Mallory was a thoughtful, responsive and kind host. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and had an enjoyable stay. The place is a short walk to Chapel of the Holy Cross, and very close to other hikes in the area. The hot tub at night was such a treat after busy days of hiking and exploring! I would highly recommend Mallory’s place!

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Wil and Katrina were very proactive with providing instructions and information. We really appreciated the provided breakfast food, it was a nice treat!

Peaceful, quiet, private and a very comforting place! Enjoyed the view and all the amenities the host provided. The host is friendly and responsive. We all enjoyed our stay! will definitely come again.

Our stay was honestly very peaceful. It was beautiful and we stayed right next to the river! My favorite part is hearing the water right outside while sitting on the patio. I’d definitely stay again! The road in does take a couple of minutes to actually get to the property but the views are beautiful and town isn’t so far away. We hiked devils bridge and also took our pups with us! The dogs LOVED the place. Highly recommend. Only “negative” thing was that there was no firewood to start the fireplace inside. But it was no big deal. Everything else was perfect. Thank you SOTH!!

We had a great stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly cleaned. We felt right at home when we arrived. The house was plenty big for our group of five. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook and we did several meals there. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. The backyard was a nice safe fenced area and my kids ages 8, 5 and 2 were able to play. We enjoyed the fire pit with the wood provided. We would definitely stay there again and have already recommended it to some friends.

Natalie's airbnb was what I anticipated from the booking. It provided adequate space for me for my 2-week stay. Everything was extremely clean, which I appreciate. The large screen TV was a bonus. I liked the comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom provided space for me to spread out my own toiletries. The kitchen included utensils that I needed. Natalie was quick to respond when I had a few questions. Fun place!

Cozy little apartment home. Quiet & perfect during our stay! Loved it!

Came here with my mom for a mother/daughter getaway. Would highly recommend this b&b to anyone staying in Sedona looking for the perfect relaxing stay. The views were magnificent, the decor outstanding, and the food absolutely delicious. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly we didn’t want to leave!

This bed and breakfast was perfect in every way! The bed is super comfy, there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and fridge full of refreshments in the main kitchen. The homemade baked goods are so delicious, and breakfast was yummy as well! The location is ideal, really short walk into uptown Sedona. I’d highly recommend for small families or couples.

Great place to stay, would highly recommend! Room has killer views, very comfortable and private. Well decorated and had everything we needed. Great location within a short drive to many restaurants and hiking areas. Grounds were well kept and had many cool sitting areas to relax and hangout. Breakfast was a great touch, food was excellent and it was nice not having to worry about going somewhere each morning. 10/10!

This is a great peaceful spot with beautiful views and walkable to local trails. Had all the amenities we needed and very responsive host. Thought it was a great find!

Karen's rental was the perfect place and location for our stay (my 2 granddaughters and me). The property was quiet, peaceful and a great location in Sedona. Our privacy was respected and we enjoyed visiting with Karen and Bruce. Karen gave us a wealth of information on trails, restaurants, and things to see and do in the area that only a local would know about. Karen and Bruce were welcoming and gracious and wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend this property for a Sedona stay!
