My best Air B&B stay by far. Stayed in larger upper space with family and continued on in lower studio as a couple. Wow—the views, the wildlife, the trails starting almost at the door and the thoughtfully arranged amenities and accommodations were all impressive. Sue was very responsive and went out of her way several times to help us out.

My stay with Lars was amazing! Such a wonderful Host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and cozy. The location was perfect and we were able to go on a few hikes leaving right from the home. Lars was very responsive and assisted us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sedona that wants a comfortable stay with a nice host!

Pamela’s studio is lovely! It feels very private, is thoughtfully furnished, and is very conveniently located. Check in was very easy. I ended up not arriving until 2am due to flight delays and cancellations. Pamela was very understanding and it was not a problem. This was the perfect place for my week long stay in Sedona. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect little place to relax during our stay in Sedona. There's not a full kitchen, but enough to make coffee and tea in the morning, and keep things in the fridge for quick meals. The outdoor area was wonderful. Whether we made a fire in the fire pit, or just sit outside to look at the stars at night. It's close enough to town to walk around, or find a place for dinner. Be prepared, the shower is small, but the bed is very comfortable.

Highly Recommended! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was a very comfortable space and there was beautiful scenery all around. B & B were friendly and helpful before, during, and after our stay! 10/10 I would recommend to others and would stay there again!

If you're looking for a beautiful and peaceful get away, book this AirBNB! It looks even better than the photos and is very tranquil. The property attendant, Amigo, and the 5 alpacas really made the experience for us! (Unfortunately, we did not get to meet the tortise but we heard he is great too!) We sat by the fire pit one afternoon just relaxing. Plus 30 min north are some great wine tasting rooms. There is a great coffee/breakfast place 2 miles away (Thanks A Latte). We would absolutely come back!

We had an overall great stay at Edie’s place. It was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. It was close to so much in Sedona!

We loved our stay at Nikki's place. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked. We especially loved sitting on the very private deck, surrounded by greenery with the fountain bubbling below us. Very relaxing and peaceful. We also appreciated that we could walk to a hiking area. So many trails branched off from there that we could have chosen any length of hike we wanted. We took a two-mile hike that went through a scenic desert area and along a creek with some nice views of rock formations in the distance. We appreciated her list of places to eat, as well. We would definitely stay at Nikki's place again.

Tarika's AirBnB was probably the cleanest AirBnB I've ever stayed in! The location was peaceful and private, with a nice yard out front. Great place to stay in Sedona!

Allison's place is really nice. It's very clean, comfortable, lots of natural light. We loved it.

Christina was very responsive and provide well detailed instructions on arrival, parking, entry into the space, etc. All was as described and just as shown in photos. The location is easily accessible and close to downtown Cottonwood and an easy 25 minutes to Sedona. I would stay again if and when visiting the Sedona area again.

Park Place was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Jim, Dawn and Brayanna were very responsive. The place was very clean. The hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities. Sedonuts is right across the street! My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here!

It met all of our expectations and needs. Ashley was a great host, responded to all my questions and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The place was beautiful! Everything was fresh and clean. Andrea is very easy to communicate with and friendly. The spot in town is beautiful and feels private. There's groceries nearby. Overall a great experience!

We had an amazing stay in this bedroom. It was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with calming Sedona vibes. The bed was super comfortable. Our host Patricia was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. This place was the perfect home base for exploring Sedona, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

5 stars across the board! We were caught in a winter storm the two nights we spent and it was gorgeous watching the snow fall out the windows and on the towering rock structures outside. If we had to be stuck inside most of the trip this place was where I was glad to be! Very clean, bed like a dream, gorgeous views, and amazing location!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as described but better. The views and the outdoor spaces were exceptional. The location was perfect; very easy to get to and from the places we wanted to see. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Kimall and Trea were the perfect hosts and so helpful with recommendations for anything we were interested in doing or seeing. The fresh flowers throughout the space were a wonderful bonus!

Jina's place is wonderful : I highly recommend!! JIna is friendly and responsive and has created a space that is comfortable, relaxing, clean, and functional. She communicated clearly with us and her guest instructions were thorough. We cooked and ate most of our meals here and the kitchen is way more well stocked than any other airbnb where i have stayed, both in the way of those food items you don't really want to have to buy (cooking oil...), and kitchen equipment.We spent a fair amount of time relaxing both indoors and outdoors. Jina has 2 outdoor spaces for guests that are pleasant: we watched a beautiful sunset while sitting on a lovely terrace. The indoor space was cozy with comfortable furniture. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable- I used the mattress topper which added to the comfort of the sofa bed. Jina's neighborhood is quiet and is a 5 minute walk to a trailhead with access to multiple trails- it meant no parking hassles and the trails had beautiful views.

Easy to find, close to everything if you drive, perfect amount of space for a solo traveler. The washer/dryer was not working during my stay, I could manage without and host offered to cover cost for a laundromat but you may not have the time for that depending on your plans. I didn’t realize how close it was to the busy main road, which is convenient for getting around but maybe not quite a serene escape if you’re looking for that

Everything was exactly as described, the recommendations for hikes and restaurants were excellent, host was proactive in reaching out. This location was perfect for getting to several hikes and shuttles, super easy walks. Also walking distance to grocery and several excellent restaurants. Vespa and Stagecoach were our choices… a great stay, thank you!

Wendy’s place in Sedona may have been one of the coolest Airbnb locations we have ever stayed at. That view from the bed was INSANE! We have’s that the trail was accessible from the back yard and we had access to some really beautiful evening walks without the hassle of parking. The bed was super comfy and that shower was amazing. I regret only having one night here. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This was an excellent, clean & comfortable base for a few days in Sedona. The studio is just a few minutes walk away from a hidden trailhead near Sugarloaf mountain so you can hike straight from the front door. Note that the property is about half a mile further from the main road than Airbnb shows. This might be an issue if you were hoping to walk to restaurants etc.

This studio is a five-minute walk from trailheads and a five-minute drive from anything you might need (groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). Tim was very helpful and communicative, and even allowed us to check in a bit early. The kitchen has all the basics you will need. It was really convenient to do our laundry and it dried quickly in the Sedona sunshine on the deck (there is also a dryer). One highlight was enjoying the hot tub in the morning listening to the many birds in the area. It is close to neighbors but feels pretty private in the backyard. We would gladly stay again!

We had a great stay at Halliday House. The grounds are gorgeous and the garden room was exactly what we had hoped for. A great space for a weekend getaway.
