This was the perfect place for a Nashville getaway! It is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, but two separate houses. It ended up working out perfectly. Both houses were extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Only a 25 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay again if we come back.

If staying in Clarksville TN while visiting Ft. Campbell perfect spot, close to a Walmart and fast food places. Would recommend especially if you have kids.

Thank you Jessica! We enjoyed our stay in Ashland City. The beautiful home is secluded on a riverfront surrounded by trees and a couple of neighbors. Plenty of space for guests and complimentary amenities. Nashville was not far away, there was plenty of views to admire on the drive and plenty to do in the city. Look forward to coming back to Tennessee and staying in Ashland City, thanks again Jessica for your hospitality!

The treehouse was a perfect getaway for my husband and I’s 8th anniversary. The place was immaculate, beautiful and just as described in the listing. Wilson was quick to respond, very accommodating and helpful. We had an issue with the tub on our last night there and he was fast to respond and had multiple ideas on how to fix the issue. There aren’t many places really close by, but that was kind of our reasoning for picking this treehouse. There was one restaurant, Shady Cliff, with really friendly staff and we enjoyed Monday night karaoke with the locals. Only downsides I would mention: lots of new build construction that was loud with the big garage door open (nothing owners can do about that though). And the road getting to the drive is very steep and rough. It took 2 attempts to get out in our car. (Not a deal breaker. But good to know in case you have a small vehicle) Overall, great place. Would 100% stay again and refer friends!

Tijdens ons verblijf in Springfield hebben we genoten van ons verblijf. Een schitterend dorp!! Als een filmset. Het appartement was ook prachtig. Echter, wel op grote afstand van Nashville. Dat wisten we vooraf maar het was toch ruim een half uur rijden. Voor ons was het geen probleem. De prijs was ook in verhouding met de locatie. We zijn meer dan tevreden over het prachtige verblijf!!

I travelled from Illinois to meet family from Alabama for Thanksgiving. It cut everyone's travel time in half. We brought with us all of our groceries and made all our traditional Thanksgiving favorites in the well equipped kitchen. We spent 2 days enjoying family time with a view of the lake. The last night we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. One other comment everyone had was the excellent quality and number of towel available.

We were in town for a robotics competition and really enjoyed this comfortable house. So much better than a hotel and loved all the space and the fenced in back yard for our dogs. Also had full access to the garage which was really helpful for a very rainy weekend.

The true test of a host is how quickly they respond when issues arise. There were a few hiccups during my stay and Donovan and Melissa were right on top of everything and handled the issues very quickly. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was so much more than I expected.
