Timothy is an amazing host and the house is truly fantastic. Our group of 8 had ample space and everyone was fascinated enough with the Airbnb that we all decided to stay in for most of our weekend playing games, sitting on the deck or watching a movie by the fireplace. Highly recommend this place, it’s a great fit for all ages with lots of activities to do!

Truly, a wonderful place, very comfortable. Very modern and updated great amenities outside on the patio love that they harvest honey/beehives on property. The Private membership Pool one block away is an incredible amenity. Nestled in Martinez amongst all of the beautiful trees and hills absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this location and most definitely will rebook one in town visiting family. Hosts were very quick to respond to any text message extremely comfortable.

My family (parents, grandparents, and kids) stayed at this great waterfront home in March 2025. My kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and kayak! We liked the well appointed kitchen and having lots of space to spread out across the five bedrooms. The only downside is that’s it’s a bit on the well used side and could use touch-ups here and there and one bedroom is a loft so we had to be aware of the noise level downstairs. That didn’t stop us from having a great time and using this as our jumping off point to the city (15-30 min depending on traffic) or North Bay for hiking, oysters, and wine.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I was in town for ~2+ weeks for a race. The location was beautiful, peaceful & private…but most importantly SAFE! I could easily drive to Novato center to get to Whole Foods for groceries, gas, pharmacy etc as needed. Since I was in town for a race I needed some special recovery treatment (athletic deep tissue massages, Accupuncture, hydration IVs) — Novato center is so cute and has it all! Kelly was an amazing host, she recommended using the patio on a sunny day and was overall just incredibly kind and helpful. I do want to emphasize the safety of this neighborhood- several other racers stayed in different areas and had their cars broken into. This is NOT a problem in this neighborhood so given crime issues in California I highly recommend this home and area. Home is exactly as advertised: -heat (but no AC) -4 bedrooms w 3 bath: master is bath not a shower ensuite; 3 bedrooms share the 2 remaining bathrooms. -Big kitchen, living room, dock!!

We loved Stan’s place. The water toys were awesome and easily accessible. Perfect location for our 3 kids at Christmas!! The house was nice, clean and very comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen supplies and entertainment. We would go back again in a heartbeat. Our hosts were friendly and responsive making sure that we were comfortable and had everything g we needed!

We had lovely stay. Brian and his wife were very friendly and easy going.

Great location on the canal! The house had a sauna, jacuzzi, pool, kayaks and a paddle board. All the toys for an active stay unfortunately, it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the water toys. We however enjoyed the fire pit and the jacuzzi. We also had a movie night on the comfortable sectional and huge TV in the family room.

What a beautiful spot! I was in the Bay Area for a Celebration of Life service, and this place was the perfect cozy place to rest. The bird life on the canal is amazing; heron's, egrets, cormorants, pelicans, several varieties of ducks. Highly recommend. Enjoy!
