Li's Place was much larger than the pictures, and the attention to detail was exceptional. Even upon arriving, snacks were waiting for us. The sunset over the Pacific Ocean was beautiful. I highly recommend Li's place and look forward to a return stay in this amazing SF home.

This was our third stay at this location, which says a lot about how much we have enjoyed our stays at Corria's property. She is very easy to communicate with and makes sure our stay is comfortable. Alameda is such a lovely city with great dining options within walking distance and the outdoor space on the water is really spectacular. We are tremendous "birders" and often spend the mornings spotting ducks and shore birds from the private waterfront and enjoying the hummingbirds buzzing over our heads! We are always very relaxed staying here and enjoy the easy access we have to family living in the area. We look forward to our next stay.

We have had a comfortable and pleasant stay here for nearly a week. My son had a Taekwondo winter training, and Mia's place was not only clean and cozy but also very convenient for everything. I went jogging several times in nearby trail and found the surroundings very pleasant. Additionally, Mia and Victor were always responsive. Hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at Tesfay’s place. The location was fantastic—close to excellent restaurants, Lake Merritt for outdoor activities, and convenient access to BART or the highway for trips to San Francisco and other nearby attractions. The unit was spotless and well-appointed, featuring a spacious bedroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Bay Area!

Kelly’s place is wonderful! Enjoyed the property right on the waters. We were greeted with a beautiful sunset on the water, a bottle of champagne and fresh cut flowers! The house was just as advertised, the living quarters were comfortable and beds and beddings felt like sleeping on clouds! The live plants found around the inside of the property the furnitures and higher end dishware and cookware made our meals that much more special! So appreciative of owners sharing their home with us, we totally enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the water and back yard amenities! We’ve been to several Airbnbs and this one I would describe as classy comfort!

Foremost is what an outstanding host Brian is. He was consistently responsive and helpful, and always good-natured. Whenever we needed anything, Brian was very quick to provide it. The apartment was more than adequate for our needs--I especially liked the walk-in closet and the view of the plants on the back deck. The office space was good for getting work done, and the futon couch there could have served as another bed, though the space is open. There is a step up to the bathroom, which has a nice roomy shower, and everything very clean. Also a step up to the kitchen, which can handle one person at a time. Fridge, range, microwave--all clean and of recent vintage. The neighborhood was quiet, even with a handy laundromat and coffee shop just around the corner. We also liked how close we were to Lake Merritt--good walks. We would definitely stay here again, and hope that we'll have the opportunity.

The place is nice & clean close to everything you need … quiet at night felt very cozy …great for a romantic getaway. I would definitely come back again

Exactly what I look for in a place to stay in San Francisco. Clean, quiet and a safe neighborhood.

It matched the description and was just a 5 minute walk away from the Paramount Theater.

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

I spent a week here when my own apartment was under renovation. It was great! Very cozy, but had everything needed to live my daily life uninterrupted. I got to meet LaurieAnn and she was very kind. I will stay again if I need a place in Oakland. Thanks LaurieAnn!

Second time I have stayed here and it was clean and well provisioned. Check in easy and when I reported a light out in bathroom it was fixed within hours. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. .

The apartment was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would rent the unit again for my next trip to Oakland.
