Nadine's house is clean, cozy, open, light, and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely re-book if we are back in the area again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

My family had a great stay at Melyzza’s place. It’s a very spacious multi-level open plan home which we found to be very comfortable. A cozy living room/media area and an additional flexible use space (exercise, lounging) area added to everyone being comfortable. I give Melyzza’s place very high grades for the open floor plan, comfortable bedding including a very roomy master bedroom. Being close to a variety of restaurants and shopping definitely added to an enjoyable stay. Melyzza was a great host. Responded promptly to a booking jam we were in and took care of us in a first class manner throughout our stay. I highly recommend Melyzza’s place!

The house was absolutely beautiful and enough space for us all. The location and neighborhood was great. The only thing was communicating with Derek wasn't great. Didn't receive check in code til after 4pm. Sent multiple messages to him and he read them but didn't respond. Had to call a few times before iI was eventually given the code. Overall I would definitely stay at his place again.

This was my third stay here. Always a great time! Very clean. Lots of fun in the pool.

The outside setup is perfect for a get together. Lots of rooms and extra sleeping spots inside. Chris was responsive and helpful with everything.

What a beautiful home set in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you might need is available which made my time there feel like being at home. Megan was a fabulous host and I certainly appreciated her attention to details and her responsiveness. I would highly recommend this home the next time you visit Royal Oak.

we needed a place that offered walking distance to the big mall and other nearby shops. location was great, with a cozy living room and well-equipped bathroom. plenty of space to stretch out for the four of us: a married couple with two adult kids.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

I don't know if I'll ever be ok with 700.00+ for less than half a Friday, full sat and half a sun. with that said, it's nothing personal. overall it's a beautiful place with a beautiful view and my girlfriend and I were absolutely thrilled about being there. I think if the hot tub was included in your stay, and not paid separately for, it would be even better.

The location of Sam's place could not have been better. It is within walking distance of downtown Royal Oak, so it is easy to experience everything this town has to offer. Sam was very proactive in addressing any issues that came up and really showed that he wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. We would certainly stay again the next time our travels take us to Royal Oak.

We needed a place to stay on short notice due to a plumbing issue. John and Astoria were so kind and responsive and worked to get us in even though we booked super late in the evening. Can’t thank them enough! The house itself was extremely comfortable and clean and was perfect for settling in with pets. The backyard was easy to access for our pup and there were dog beds available in one of the closets. We also appreciated the main floor laundry and the comfy beds. Also, the house is set further back from the street, so it was nice having that added privacy. We’d happily stay again, just hopefully under better circumstances!

The decor and space of the home was cozy and very comfortable. Cheryl was very kind and left breakfast for us! We thought the treehouse would be a little closer to the house, (about an acre away from the main house) so my adult kids were not happy about being in a separate space entirely, especially with no bathroom. I thought it was darling though.

We stayed at Ashley's Place for a mini-family reunion. The space was everything we hoped it would be. Ashley was very responsive to all of our inquiries. The retreat center area was so much fun. The shuffleboard, hot tub and the sauna met and exceeded all of our expectations. We even had a family dance party with the awesome Sonos sound system. Most of our memories were built around a gorgeous kitchen table, that comfortably sat all of us. It was a great space for games, family dinners and connecting.
