Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

I came with a group of girls to visit DC and Andy was a very responsive host, always trying to help us feel as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the large space that was there and it was comfortable for us.

Just a terrific stay in a spectacular house with an amazing host. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Will’s property for four nights in March 2025 with a group totaling nine people. Upon arrival, we found the property clean and free of clutter. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to Union Market and the metro, allowing for easy exploration of the greater DC area. Will was an exceptional host, demonstrating prompt, friendly, and professional communication throughout our stay. Will graciously accommodated an early check-in and late check-out, which gave my party extra time to explore the DC area before our departure. I would highly recommend this property for groups of 5-9 people and would gladly return if visiting the area again.

We have stayed here before. We were not disappointed on our second visit. The neighborhood is very good, although there is a busy street in front. It’s roomy; comfortable for multiple people. It’s light and airy and looks onto big back yard. Would be great place for families with children. The kitchen is well stocked, and I love that cabinets have labels for easy use. It’s well organized too. I had no trouble getting quick answers to any questions I had. We would stay again!

We enjoyed the house and its amenities. The beds were super comfy, perfect combination of firm and soft, with a variety of pillow types to choose from. There was plenty of hot water for 6 showers every morning, and we were all getting ready about the same time. When the dryer squealed and I notified Ruben, he immediately offered to send a repairman with our convenience in mind. He responded quickly to any questions from the very beginning of the reservation throughout our stay. My sister especially liked having a ceiling fan in the master suite. My 92-year-old mother was thrilled with a ground floor bedroom and a half bath right next door. We often gathered around the table in the kitchen area to make our plans, and though we didn't cook much we appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The quiet neighborhood made us feel safe and let us sleep well.

The property is amazing. Everything about it was perfect for our large group. The outdoor space is spacious and extremely welcoming. It proved to be the ideal place for everyone to sit and unwind after a long day of exploring DC. Would 100% stay again.

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better; right in the heart of everything, with several great restaurants, shops, and activities just a short walk away. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Kenny, the host, was fantastic. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions quickly. It made a difference knowing we had such a responsive and helpful host. We had a wonderful experience overall and are already looking forward to coming back to stay here again. Highly recommend!
