This was a really lovely caravan - even more spacious than it looked in the photos. It had everything we needed and more. We have 3 very young children and it was great for them - lots of toys and books and puzzles which they loved and a great garden for exploring. It was very comfortable and cosy inside and we loved the nature walk on the site too. Everything about the stay was fantastic and we’ll definitely be booking again.

Nick was extremely flexible and responsive and welcomed us warmly, providing some great recommendations about the local area. The house is unique and full of light, we slept soundly on the comfortable bed and enjoyed watching the stars under the skylights. The listing was super accurate and clear and the location is easy to get to, nice and quiet and really quick to get in to Margate if you want more hustle and bustle!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

If you’re a creature of comfort, and enjoy relaxing in peaceful surroundings, then this is the perfect place. Set far from the main road on a farm, we felt in an oasis of serenity. The cottage was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool were ready for us and easily accessible, there were fresh hens eggs and marmalade left for us by Jane, and a small jar of fish food for the wildlife in the adjacent stream. The bathroom was stocked with essentials and towels, and the bed was extremely comfortable with weighted blankets. The large bedroom windows let in a huge amount of light as well as providing a lovely view. As well as the plethora of board games and jigsaws in the cottage, the games room out front had a ping-pong / pool table and other activities. Jane was very helpful and checked we had everything that we needed, we were made to feel well taken care of. With plenty of things to do and nature around us in every direction, we’ll definitely be repeat visitors.

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

We had a lovely Xmas stay at Maggies home, the house is very spacious and located directly on the coast, perfect for walks with our dogs, we had a great time and would definitely return for another stay.

What a fantastic place to stay! Myself and a group of friends attended the property for a girly weekend away. The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. It was immaculately clean and had everything you would need and more for any length of stay. It is situated within walking distance of lots of amenities and fun things to do . Claire as a host is super helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we had very quick responses to any questions we had. It had a very homely and warm feeling meaning we all felt very relaxed. It has everything you need to have fun as a family or group of friends. We were very sad to be leaving the property and will definitely be revisiting. It's a must stay!

Absolutely beautifully decorated & very importantly the beds very comfortable and beautiful bedding.

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

Such a brilliant place- very clean, lovely hamper of breakfast bits left for us and obviously the hot tub! Quiet area, easy to get to Whitstable and Herne bay. Had a great time.

What a lovely place! I travel frequently for work and this is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Big thanks to my lovely host Rob who was super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely return.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Johanna’s place is lovely, in a quiet neighbourhood and is in a very convenient location, she is a great host who catered to my last minute request, highly recommend!

My friends and I had the best time at Jacqui's place. We had a girls weekend with 6 moms and our 6 daughters all under 3 years old and the place was absolutely perfect. Lots of space so we never felt on top of each other, the en suites in every room were a nice surprise--we knew there were a lot of bathrooms but didn't realise so many of them were en suite! There was a living room already filled with toys when we got there which made the weekend so much easier, plus a second living room for the adults to hang in and not have to look at toys once the kids were asleep! The house was really well equipped for us, the beds were all incredibly comfortable, and it was nice having a dining table big enough for everyone to sit at. Location was great too-- it was great being able to look out the windows and see the sea, and it's very walkable into downtown Margate. We're already discussing when we can visit again!

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

The property is very well kept and feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Plenty of space to park and a comfy bed for all that stayed. We had an issue with leaking water above the boiler but Sat and her team of maintenance guys came around straight away and resolved the issue promptly. Sat is extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Wouldn't hesitate is choosing this property again if I'm working in the area.

Amazing home, would definitely stay again. clean tidy and perfect. 30 second walk to the nearest sand dune, or 2 minute walk to the main car park/straight onto the beach. local bars/pubs and shops. very near Rye town. Highly recommended

James was a great host;- very proactive, responsive and thoughtful, yet unobtrusive. The house is spacious in a good quiet location and very clean. We stayed with our two young children so appreciated the stairgates, high chair, travel cot and enclosed garden. The beds were super comfortable and we all got a great nights sleep!

A lovely family home, low doorways, open fire, well equipped kitchen, warm, quiet, comfy and calming.
