Nice bright and modern condo in a quiet residential neighborhood. Condo is exactly as described with good Wi-Fi and AC. Would recommend having your own vehicle to get to central La Crucecita or Santa Cruz areas. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

Me gustó mucho quedarme en este alojamiento, está poquito escondido para llegar, pero con las instrucciones de Diego me fue muy fácil llegar, también el horario de llegada fue muy flexible. El lugar fue muy cómodo para dormir, la cercanía con el centro de la ciudad fue lo más increíble, pues pudimos disfrutar más la ciudad✨

Impresionante vista desde el Loft, día y noche espectacular, los servicios adicionales super comfortables, la ubicación con Taxi o auto privado es cerca de el centro y de los muelles, dispone de todos los servicios para pasar los días, cocina, agua caliente, planca, AC, mosquiteros y Parking. Muy recomendable por la privacidad de los alrededores.

Está muy tranquilo y cómodo el lugar, te puedes mover en taxi o transporte público al centro de Oaxaca, sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

The place is really nicely located, the complex is really great and the unit itself is decent, 2 nice bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade, don't expect to cook all your meals here. Miguel is great, super responsive and takes care of any issues immediately!

I had a great four weeks at Roci’s place. The space is beautiful and comfortable. Roci herself is a very hands-on host and was very helpful in my acclimation to Oaxaca. The internet in the apartment is strong and I was able to work without any glitches. The rooftop terrace is great, especially in the mornings and evenings. I also enjoyed getting to knowRoci and the other guests. I definitely recommend the place.

Me encantó el lugar, regresaría sin duda!. Muy buena ubicación del condominio, bastante privacidad, el acceso a la playa me encantó. Si tuviera que dejar una sugerencia, solo sería en cuanto al gimnasio del complejo, tenía la idea de hacer algo de ejercicio pero era muy básico, una caminadora estaría genial. Julián siempre estuvo disponible, hubo un inconveniente con la luz, pero pues eso ya está totalmente fuera de su alcance, aún así estuvo pendiente e informándonos como iba la situación. Gracias!

Pasamos unas vacaciones increíble en familia. Vale la pena ir a este lugar. Tiene una llaga única y una alberca espectacular!

El departamento esta muy agradable, primer piso, lo cual, si vas con maletas no tienes que subir escaleras, minimalista pero con mucho espacio para guardar tus cosas, seguridad en el fraccionamiento y cercania con la zona turistica. Un lugar que te hace sentir como en casa.

Gated complex with a pool and a workout room. Also about two blocks away from our grocery store. Enjoy our time, was looking for two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms and this was a great layout and location! The house has a spacious kitchen and largely out. Would definitely recommend this place. We would take an Uber to the beach or the beaches we liked and it was only about $5 to $10.

Excelente departamento, limpio, amueblado y en una ubicación donde realmente todo está no más de 15 min realmente me sentí en casa, además Arturo es un gran anfitrión. lo recomiendo mucho

Thank you, Alejandro and Mariana for hosting us. Thank you for being very responsive to all of our questions! I don't think you can beat all the features for the price. The condo is as pictured, but could use some updates and touch ups. Fair warning... It's on the top floor, so you will be going up and down stairs a lot. You can call the bell boys to come pick you up with a golf cart, but we decided to get some exercise in. The privat plunge pool on the balcony was a perfect way to end our days! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo and would come back!

Lo mejor de este alojamiento es que cuenta con acceso a la playa, las albercas son ideales para los niños. El lugar es muy bonito, acogedor y cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y convivir con la familia. Nosotros llevamos auto así que no tuvimos ningún problema para llegar y desplazarnos. Desayunamos en otro residencial cercano que es hotel y tiene un restaurante que ofrece ricos desayunos ya que el restaurante de aquí estaba cerrado. La playa es pequeña y tranquila, perfecta para niños y adultos

Excelentes instalaciones, me hubiera encantado pasar más tiempo ahí, pero venimos a pasar tiempo en la playa entonces siento que no sacamos provecho del inmueble , sin embargo eso no le demerita lo bonito y cómodo que es, si el viaje hubiera sido con otra planeación y el mayor tiempo se hubiera pasado en el inmueble hubiera sido más rentable para nosotros. tomar en cuenta que hay que leer el reglamento de separación de residuos y preguntar por consumo de energía eléctrica.

Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia, toda la casa limpia y coincide con las fotos . La ubicación está perfecta, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y playa pero te evitas todo el ruido. Agregaría unos trapos en la cocina para poder secar y limpiar , pero en general excelente 👌

If you want to be transported 300 years ago and live the high life of old days - THIS is the place to book. It's old. It's elegant. It's exquisite. And very private - you get the beautiful house all to yourself! A truly colonial way of living with modern day amenities added for comfort. And as if this were not enough - you find a well stocked refrigerator (eggs, beer, wine, juice, milk), phenomenal Oaxacan coffee, small snacks, cereal, fully equipped kitchen and wood-fired grill... You cannot ask for more... We highly recommend Becky's place. We would like to return.

Si buscas un espacio cómodo y tranquilo para pasar unos días en Puerto Escondido este es el mejor lugar, estás a unos minutos de la zona comercial y restaurantes, pero aún así puedes también disfrutar de tranquilidad para descansar por las noches, la piscina es el mejor sitio para pasar la tarde y refrescarte un poco, es un hermoso espacio de la casa rodeado de vegetación y con mucha luz donde puedes tomar el sol tranquilamente. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, tienen todo lo necesario, la cocina cuánta con lo necesario para preparar un desayuno y café! Lo cual te hará iniciar el día de manera perfecta. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en Casa Maya en mi próxima visita a Puerto Escondido

La estancia fue increíble! Mariana y Alejandro resolvieron todas las dudas que nos iban surgiendo antes y durante el viaje, todas las instrucciones fueron muy claras, la villa está increíble la recomiendo muchísimo.

We loved staying at casa Sheela. The home is lovely. It’s spacious and perfect for a family of four. It’s well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the special outdoor spaces this home provided to take breaks during the day. As a host Eddie was very accommodating and an exceptional communicator. He reached out several times to us during our stay and responded very quickly to all our questions. The location was perfect to us. We wanted the convenience of being located at the center of Oaxaca so we could walk everywhere and we understood this meant more sounds and noise (music and cars) at night. It didn’t bother us that much and we all slept and rested well. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Oaxaca.
