We loved our stay at Jay’s place! The home was tranquil, and we especially appreciated having several different common spaces to hang out. The home was spotless, and Jay was very communicative.

We stayed at the Loudon Lake Lodge for our daughter’s wedding at Castleton Farms, which is only 15 minutes away. It was a beautiful, peaceful place to take care of last minute details and recharge after each event. Paul and Michele have clearly poured their hearts into the home and it was fun to explore all of their memorabilia. They are truly kind and thoughtful hosts! We would stay here again in a heartbeat should we be back in the area. Paul and Michele, many thanks for making our big weekend even sweeter.

My husband, 11 month old and I stayed with our best friends for his birthday and it was perfect! There was PLENTY of space and having 2 kitchens made it really easy to cook big meals (my husband is a chef). The view here is one to write home about. Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous sunset colors. We also like to fish so this spot on the peninsula with a dock to Fish off of was GREAT. Oh! And if you’re into bird watching, this spot has some of the BEST to watch the birds over the water. We even saw a bald eagle fly RIGHT by the house. Definitely are going to stay here again come summer time. Would absolutely recommend this to friends and family.

This is a GREAT place for families or groups. Especially those who are active. Lots of room to move around. Appears that the owners are constantly reinvesting and keeping adding to the property and what it offers. Seeing eagles daily was a treat. While we were off peak season, the area is well maintained and worked for us and our extended family coming from multiple locations. This home and location is highly recommended!

This house was amazing! Felt right at home. We were traveling for work and the crew, and I were very confrontable. Location is amazing everything was close and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This Airbnb was so nice and perfect for my family’s Christmas trip. Waking up to the wonderful lakeside view was a plus. It came with lots of cooking essentials like pots and pans and lots of towels as well. Melissa is very fast at communicating and responding even on Christmas Day when I didn’t except a response given the holiday. Unfortunately during our stay the oven wasn’t working but Melissa was able to provide me with other options. I still give it 5 stars as she wasn’t aware and fixed the issue as best she could on Christmas morning. My family and I will definitely be back

Beautiful area, close to the park, met all of our needs

This cabin was just beautiful!!! We stayed out here the weekend that some of our friends got married at The Opal Oak Summit which had breathtaking Mountain Views just 25 minutes away in Morgan County, TN. The cabin up on the bluff above deep water dock made for a gorgeous place to kayak. We enjoyed paddling Watts Bar! And the decking was luxurious and private out from back of house, around the pool, and viewing area above the lake. And the screened in porch off the Master Bedroom / Sunroom dining area were our favorites! But there was even a downstairs for games, pool table, etc! And up by the fireplace was a comfy cozy place to hang and chat. We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend here! I highly recommend this Air Bnb! What a lovely home for Rest and Relaxation!

when i booked penelopes cabin i was looking for one in the mountains with a view well when we arrived it was better then the pictures showed the view was outstanding with it setting on the edge of the mountain it was a place i could live in forever and for her to share it with people i cant thank them enough inside the cabin was 3 large bedrooms large living and setting rooms and everthing in the kitchen that you would need to cook or bake your own meals and the home made bread and jam she left us was very good. all the places we explored was within 45 min drive. cant wait to go back there which we will. thank you again penelope and mark for sharing your beautiful home.

Marianne was very pleasant during conversations and home was exactly as described. Very easy access to Windrock trails and main entrance. The road getting to the home is pretty narrow, but otherwise we had a great time and would definitely stay again 😊

When we first pulled up it was a bit off putting to be on someone’s property with a big house also on the property because that wasn’t expected. BUT once you get into the cabin you would never know it, it felt very private and quiet. Cabin was beautiful, clean, and the coffee was literally amazing. The view from the bed was my favorite part. It’s listed that there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. To be honest I would just bring your own unless you don’t care about cheaper 2in1. The towns shops are mostly closed Mon-Thursday so keep that in mind (chain stores are still open). Overall very good experience at the cabin.

Our stay in this cabin in Tennessee was simply perfect. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the cozy and warm atmosphere of the place. The cabin is incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family and friends. One of our favorite spots was the game room: we spent hours having fun! Also, the views from the cabin are amazing! We recommend it 100%
