Charming place to stay at. Location is perfect; from the train station it takes 10 minutes to reach here, and it stops right in front of the house. We arrived at 9 AM, so we didn't expect to be able to check-in so early. But we could check-in a few hours later, which was much earlier than what's described (really helped us after our long flight). The room is in the attic, so you'll have to climb up 2 floors. Not a good idea to bring large suitcases. Room was spotless, and definitely looks as good or even better than the photos. Every morning we were greeted by lovely hosts, amazing view, and delicious breakfast. Tone always asked us if we needed more of the breakfast items, but we wish we could've eaten more! Christian was helpful with all the local place suggestions too. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this place.

It was a beautiful site. I could get rest for a moment of silence. Bathroom was very clean. Also it is worth it to take a 30 min bus drive to have an little escape from the city. Cornelia 's breakfast is also a worth to ask for. She prepared very finely.

Excellent location, just a few minutes’ drive to restaurants and the laundromat. It’s also very quiet and safe. The host is a local tour guide, very friendly, and offers professional travel advice. Special thanks for the breakfast provided—it was even better than what I usually have at home. Highly recommended!!

Cornelia ist eine sehr freundliche, liebevolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat das Haus und Zimmer mit mit viel Kreativität und Liebe eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben die Unterkunft auf unserer Reise nach Italien genutzt. Zur Stärkung gab es noch ein leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sarah was very kind and helpful throughout our stay! From the moment we booked this Airbnb to using the amenities and even during checkout, she assisted us every step of the way. She even gave the place a quick vacuum and cleaning during our stay, which we really appreciated. The amenities and cooking appliances were very complete. However, one thing we needed but wasn’t available was a hairdryer and an iron—these would be especially helpful for long-term guests. We absolutely loved the bathroom, and the surrounding views were stunning! The only downside was that we had to go to Interlaken to buy groceries. Other than that, it was a really nice experience staying here!

Ce logement est un véritable havre de paix, niché dans un cadre naturel pittoresque et enchanteur qui invite à la détente et au ressourcement. Les paysages hivernaux magiques garantissent une évasion inoubliable. L'appartement est à la fois spacieux et empreint d’un cachet authentique. En plus il offre une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante qui fait immédiatement se sentir chez soi. Esther a été en toute objectivité une super hôte, toujours disponible et attentionné. Elle sait veiller avec délicatesse à ce que le séjour soit une expérience mémorable et sans fausse note pour ses voyageurs. Elle s'est montrée présente, à l'écoute, très réactive, bien gentille et humaine. A l'arrivée, elle m'a récupéré à la gare et pour le départ a tenu à me conduire à nouveau au train, donc toute ma gratitude pour elle. Sur la table et au frigo, il y avait plein de petites attentions gourmandes... C'était un voyage génial à tous les égards! Merci chère Esther, tu es une hôte exceptionnelle !

this place is really special! the views are even more incredible than in the pictures if that's possible. Isabelle had great suggestions for restaurants and things to do and was so responsive. I had never heard of Brunnen before but was so glad we stayed there. it was a great base to go places like Lucerne, Zurich, Interlaken, St Gallen and more. But Brunnen also has so much to offer itself. you could easily spend a whole week there. If you are thinking of booking this place, do it!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect with a fantastic view in all room, the amenities were great, and the host was very friendly and helpful, they also prepared very nice breakfast for guests. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Amazing views, and great accessibility to great hikes. Lisa is such an attentive host, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! A bit of a walk from the bus stop, but beyond that I have no complaints whatsoever.

I had a perfect stay.

This stay is great - quick walking access in Interlaken and all trains and busses - West station is about 6 mins walk, East is 20 mins. 1.5 hrs to Jungfraujoch, less than an hour to Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald, about an hour to Thun. Easy river walk 20 mins to the Harder Kulm rail car. Tall guys, you need to know this: I am 6'4" tall (or 194 cm), and I had to duck in the apartment - my head was literally on the ceiling, and I hit my head on crossbeams multiple times. You will not be able to stand up in the shower fully either. However, I still stayed a full 5 days there as I thought the apartment and location were worth it. The breakfast Gabriela provides is great too - and right downstairs in Cafe Treff! Yogurt, melon, croissants and bread, jams, honey, cappuccinos! Truly a benefit of the stay. Gabriela was very reachable and responsive and even did our laundry for a reasonable fee! I would recommend this stay to anyone, especially non-summer (Americans, there is no A/C).

Coming from a city of sunny Singapore, it was great to be away and that's what their place offer :) Away from all the buzzing city life, and not forgetting the place is really near Vitznau Station where you can get easy with transports!

Es war sehr schön bei Monique und Urs. Sie sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Sie haben uns Kaffee und Kuchen angeboten, haben für uns Tische und Stühle auf den sonnigen Sitzplatz gestellt und vieles mehr. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist ganz toll zu bewohnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests really stood out. She was always available to help and gave amazing recommendations on things to do in the area, which made my trip even more special. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. I can’t recommend staying here enough – Madlen’s hospitality made my experience in Switzerland unforgettable!
