Very nice house, nice view to the mountains. Very close to the train station and ski lift. Highly recommended!

Hugely successful 'once in a lifetime' family skiing trip, largely due to our host John's exceptional help in all matters. There were 17 of us and everbody was happy with their sleeping arrangements. John located us looking lost in town, escorted us up the hill and put chains on our rental car. He was the perfect gentleman, calm, welcoming and helpful. Excellent support before and during our stay. The Racklette John and family produced was delicious, a novel meal and a first for most of us. Lots of little extras, like the Xmas tree and sleds for the kids. So much ice cream we could hardly finish it all! Oh, and the brand new kitchen.

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family. The location for us was ideal. Picturesque, all that we imagined Switzerland to be. The views every morning every evening are amazing. I am sure it is amazing during winter time as well. For us it was perfect and truth be told well beyond our expectation. Waterfalls mountain views, evening cow bells..what more could we want...and connectivity with trains and buses right out the front door 😍😍 we plan to come back with our second daughter. We experienced sunshine, and rainy weather, both had their own vibe in this chalet. Please know that it is away from busy hustle bustle, but if you crave that Brienze is like 7 miles drive (or you could take the bus) and any location is a train journey away! Spectacular and absolutely amazing hosts, In Spite of having researched our visit I believe I had a lot of questions 😜😜 our host was very quick with responses that were full of insights. Loved our stay.

So ein wunderschöner Ausblick und dazu da gemütliche, bequeme Sofa - das war schon die Anreise aus Hamburg wert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche, zuvorkommende Kommunikation und schnelle Hilfe. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos und sehr schön! Parkplatz vorhanden und totale Privatsphäre. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und sehr grosszügig. Die Gegend ist ruhig und direkt am Waldrand für Wanderungen! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Viel Platz, schöne Wohnung, gemütlicher Wohnbereich, gut ausgestattet.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Franks wunderschöner Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung ist super und vorallem der Ausblick ist wirklich ein Traum! Die Kommunikation lief problemlos und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt während des Jahreswechsels mit unseren 3 Hunden. Wir konnten hervorragend abschalten und hatten alles, was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Die Lage ist ein Traum!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Nora war ausgeteichnet. Die Wohnung hält was sie auf den Bildern verspricht. Nora ist äusserst freundlich und hat uns vorab mit allen nötigen Informationen zur Wohnung und deren Benutzung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe dekoriert, sodass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie hat alles was man braucht und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Skibus hält all halbe Stunde direkt vor der Wohnung und hat fast immer noch freie Sitzplätze (sowohl zu wie von der Talstation Titlis). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This place was wonderful. The extra amenities ( makeup cleaning pads, backpacks, umbrellas, slippers at the door, as well as a gift basket- all made it extra nice. The house and beds were very comfortable and the code to get in made it super easy to come and go as needed. The surroundings are spectacular; great access to cute shops, the Coop, and good restaurants. We really enjoyed the nice long walk down by the lake. It was a perfect stay! We would recommend to family and friends!

Good location. Good amenities in kitchen. The only problem was lack of dryer and hot water gets over suddenly.

This the perfect spot if you are seeking a quiet stay, in nature, with plenty of hiking options. Our kids loved the playground and the crostata they serve at the nearby restaurant.

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Es hat von Anfang an alles geklappt und die Kommunikation war schnell und hilfreich wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber dennoch alles gut erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung guten Herzens weiter empfehlen. Danke wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

An absolute hidden gem with a fantastic view. The lodgings were expertly set up and everything about the stay and the amenities was clearly explained. We are so happy we booked here!

This home was absolutely stunning! The views from the large windows were magnificent, offering breathtaking scenery throughout the day. The spacious rooms and multiple eating areas were perfect for our group, providing plenty of space to relax and dine together. The recent remodeling added a fresh, modern touch, making the home feel both comfortable and luxurious. We loved the friendly cows that greeted us each morning-it was such a charming and unique experience. The drive to the house was a bit of an adventure, but totally worth it for the peaceful, secluded setting. While the Wifi was spotty at times, it actually gave us the chance to unplug and spend more quality time with family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

It is our pleasure to stay three nights at Simon’s home. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and garden. The home is very clean with excellent laundry facility . Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Besonders die Zimmeraufteilung ist ideal für Gruppen, die nur aus Paaren bestehen. Dank der Rigi-Bahn waren die umliegenden Orte gut zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Der Austausch mit Yvonne war hervorragend – sie war stets hilfsbereit und ist uns in allem entgegengekommen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Barbara was extremely responsive and although away she continued to be very responsive!!! Her home was perfect for 4 children and 4 adults, we are from the US, we stayed for a week. Barbara provided lots of recommendations including Glacier 3000 which was so much fun for the kids, snow to build a snowman and have snowball fights in August!!! The pool and trampoline were the kids favorite for when we returned home after a day of exploring. Walk to play ground and lake, a couple of great restaurants a quick walk from the home, the views of the lake which is right by the home and mountains was spectacular!! Lots of amenities in the home and very comfortable, from the beds, to the furniture, etc. Barbara made us feel right at home. Thank You 😊

Gerti hosted my wife and I, and it's been an incredible pleasure to travel so far to another country, yet to feel the warmth of home. You remind us of how the Airbnb experience is not just a "hotel", but a perfect opportunity to meet locals like yourself that have a wealth of experience, and not hesitate to share your knowledge and hospitality to a total stranger. The house exceeded our expections, and the hospitality received throughout the day (especially breakfasts) was more than pleasant. To those that may be considering whether its worth the journey up the mountains vs staying in Interlaken town - if you prefer an incredibly peaceful environment and appreciate a fantastic view thoughout the day, the answer is a 110% worth it. Town is just around 30 mins away anyway, and you can always get some groceries in advance if needed. Truly grateful for this breathtaking experience!

Gerti has a sanctuary; you won’t be dissapointed if you book this place. Apart from the amazing views, architecture, one of my favorite parts was a home cooked meal by Gerti after a long day at Jungfrau. It was a treat to come home to especially as we were traveling with little kids. If I ever get a chance to come back, I would love to stay here again! Cheers.
