We had a wonderful stay at Christopher’s beach house. The house is great and in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach and a very comfortable distance to St Augustine. Christopher was also very quick to respond to any communication. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our week stay at Josh's place. It was private, comfortable, and relaxing. It was a friendly neighborhood, great local restaurants nearby, and the floating dock was the cherry on top for us to fish and paddleboard from. It was awesome to have the beach access nearby, the garage ping pong table to entertain my 13 year old nephew, the backyard space for our german shepard/golden retriever mix, and "across the house" bedrooms for quiet times. We loved this spot and look forward to booking again!

Great place. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. We always look stay in the Treasure Beach neighborhood. Beaches are close and its far enough away from busy downtown but can be there in 20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if available.

My first stay at this location was in the downstairs unit. Loved the host, Marty, and the location so much we reached out for this second trip, but in the upstairs. Can’t say enough about the host of course. But the location here is near so many great restaurants and friendly people and beautiful views. Yes, we will be looking to come back next year. Thank you Marty for being so helpful as always.

We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida

My family and I spent a week at Renee and Aloe's wonderful beach house. We could not have asked for more welcoming and helpful hosts. The photos, description and amenities were as described. Everything was spotlessly clean. Just steps away from the beautiful beach and an easy drive into downtown St. Augustine, we really appreciated the house's history and homey feel. Be sure to walk down to the Kookaburra Beachside cafe for excellent morning coffee! Thank you so much, Renee and Aloe!

Beautiful family home! We were able to enjoy a lovely family vacation. it was two different families and what we loved the most was the space! it was spacious and incredibly clean. It was well worth it. It was also very close to the beach or to St augustine downtown. I would recommend this location to everyone visiting St augustine

We were three families staying (9 people in total with three kids), and let me tell you, the place was just right and spacious. Location was great, we were near the Lighthouse and Gator Farms and just around ten minutes from downtown. It was raining on our second day at St. Augustine, so after a quick trip outside we just went swimming in the nice heated pool out back. The kids had so much fun! Way to spend their energy on a rainy day! Hope to back soon!

This listing is simply incredible and Monica made every part of the booking, check-in and checkout as easy as possible. The house is beautiful and spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It was well worth the daily cost to heat the pool so we could enjoy it every day of our stay. The beach is only a short drive away and only 20 min from downtown St Augustine. This was the best stay we have experienced on Airbnb and we will definitely be back!

Great location, across the street from beach access! It was a cold couple days on the beach so the backyard area was great! High fence that blocked the wind! Will definitely be back!

Coastal cabana was the perfect house for us! Although check in was at 3pm, the night before we were to leave they told us we could check in after 10am no charge. This gave us another full day on our trip. Check in was simple, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet, about a 12 minute walk to the beach. The sunrises were magnificent! The heated pool was a plus as my daughter and her boyfriend swam every day. This little bit of paradise was just what we needed to start off 2025.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the sand. The owner was incredibly responsive—we requested additional blankets, and they provided them right away. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

After staying here twice I can confidently say this is one of the best rentals in the area and I can't recommend it enough!

We had an amazing stay! The house was gorgeous, in a nice location—extremely close to the beach and just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and it was the perfect spot for our family. Jaimie was incredibly responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Highly recommend!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Great location that is a short walk to the beach. The pool and yard are excellent and the kitchen is top notch! Beds and furniture are very comfortable. It is an easy drive to great shops and restaurants. Our hosts communicated exceptionally well, were very responsive and provided clear instructions before and during our stay. Their recommendations were spot on. LOVED this house and all the amenities. When we come back to the area, this house will be the first we look into!

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The home had a great layout and really nice outside pool and entertaining area. The beach was only a short walk away. The location of the home is perfect. Downtown St. Augustine was only a 15 min drive so you get a great historic city and beach all in one vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It has a great open floor plan and they have everything you need for your stay. The screened in areas are also really nice to enjoy the view. Response time is fast and check in was so easy. We will definitely be back.

Glenn and Kelly really saved us after our original/reservation host disappeared on us. Airbnb was quick to fix it and it worked out better for all parties frankly. This is a wonderful property close to the beach, spacious, super clean, it was great!

This place was even more beautiful than we expected. The home was well-appointed and very comfortable for our family of eight. The nearby beach was stunning and great for swimming. Technically, you can walk there, but it's a bit of a hike that requires a long u-turn on the road. With small children, we drove the short distance instead, but there was always plenty of parking in the free public lot. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful and quiet community, and an amazing house. We loved our stay!
