Franks place was amazing for our girls weekends. The bars and restaurants near by are great and seem to always be busy. The back yard was perfect and still quiet. The house seemed to have everything we needed and sleep everyone comfortably. The couch was actually extremely nice to sleep on.

Stayed at Joe’s while we were waiting for our new home. Very clear communication, the home had many details well thought out for stays. Bringing our dogs was important and the home was perfect for them and us.

One of the best places we have stayed. great for families and we will be back again!

Very clean convenient house with all the amenities of a spa hotel and the most comfortable mattress I have even slept on!! Great fenced backyard and very convenient to horse show.

Absolutely wonderful time! So peaceful and beautiful. Heard owls and coyotes, saw countless birds and deer. Would be perfect for families since there are so many activities provided. We did not want to leave and will be back for sure 🥰

Wonderful place to stay, I would come back in a heartbeat! He not only allowed us to bring all our wonderful dogs but he welcomed them! Felt right at home. Huge backyard with a great deck for the dogs to run around. Inside was clean and spacious with all that we needed to cook thanksgiving :)

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

James' listing was exactly what my family needed to gather together and celebrate Christmas. We all had our own separate living space and the openness of the kitchen and den area gave us plenty of room to gather together. The pool looked very inviting but the coolness of the season stopped us from plunging in. When we discovered a need for additional towels James was very quick to respond and had towels delivered in short order. Thanks James for a delightful stay.

This air bnb is in a great area and had a private pool! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

We had a great experience. One of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Lots of attention to detail when they prepare the space for their guests. We not only enjoyed the house, but the neighborhood too. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Heidy was very responsive and very clear with directions. I would definitely stay at this house again for another trip to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Andrea & Justin’s place! It was perfect for our family- especially since we were traveling with our 2 year old child. The home is extremely kid-friendly; I really appreciated all the safety precautions around the pool area! Unfortunately it was a little too chilly for us to swim, but we made good use of the water table in the pool area! We also loved the fully-stocked bookcase & playrug in the kids room. Those little extras went a long way in helping our little feel more comfortable & at-home in a new place. The house is SUPER well-located; literally 2 minutes from a park/playground and close to stores & restaurants. 10/10 we will definitely book here again! Thank you, Andrea & Justin!

Emmanuelle met us on day one and was super friendly and inviting. Her cottage is just what we needed. It allowed dogs (we have 3), it had a fenced in area where we could let them off lease and see the horses, and it had a beautiful walking/biking path very nearby. My only nit pick is that the bed is on the smaller size for two adults, but like it said, that’s nit picking. Otherwise, it is a perfect country getaway where you can connect with nature and is only 25-30 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine.

This place was beyond what we were expecting. Only thing that would have been better for us would be more parking. We had a 19 foot boat and had to park in the road to hook up and unhook the boat. But that is to be expected anywhere really. Most drive ways are not long enough to support a 19 foot boat hooked to a full size vehicle lol. We loved it and will be back to stay here very year!

My husband and I spent two nights with our dog. It was a relaxing quiet location. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the cottage. Our dog was right at home and got along well with the neighborhood dogs. Gilchrist Spring State Park was an easy drive from the cottage and we spent an afternoon there. We rented a canoe and paddled, with our dog, for two hours on the river. We swam in the spring and hiked the nature trail. The Off the Beet restuarant was recommended and we had dinner on their outdoor patio, with our dog. The food was great. Overall the cottage and our time in the area were wonderful! We were aware before arrival that the water may have a sulpher smell, and it did. But it was not bad and did not bother us. Also, we were aware the interenet may be slow, but we were able to access what we needed. Thank you Cynthia!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were very accommodating with any questions I had, and our group absolutely loved kayaking to Homosassa river straight from the Airbnb! The location was so beautiful and lush, and I would definitely stay here again.

This airbnb is perfect. Close to St augustine in distance but miles away in peace and quiet. Hosts are wonderful, intent on their guests having a wonderful tilme Want to come back !!!!!!!

I am going to say thank you again to Vicki. he was an outstanding host. and if you love privacy with the conveniences of everything. this cabin is a great place to stay. it has everything you need without being in the hustle and bustle of everything else. Hands down one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! Super clean! Great amenities - including a stocked coffee bar. Perfect if traveling with pets or kids. Plus it’s in a great location! Will be booking again

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!
