I can't even begin to describe this beautiful place. has everything you need, want, dream of. Jay's parents were very informative and helpful with everything. very caring family. the grounds were immaculate and beautiful. sablayan town was amazing and easy enough to get to. we didn't want to leave. if your staying in sablayan stay here. it is amazing!

Perfect for a week of stay with my family.

Our family loved our trip because when we arrived tired from the 3hr drive from Manila, we were welcomed by the calm surroundings of Banak Beach House. We were 5pax with 4 of our lovely dogs. There are not much resorts nearby so the beach area itself felt very exclusive and the tide is low and calm, there are also tiny fishes near shore. The house itself had cute old school decor which brings back memories. While there is no TV, you would not even notice if you are spending time with family but if you really need it, they actually also have wifi. The open area is nice to walk around in and the kitchen had all the needed cookware. The dining and living room is also great especially when there is a cooling sea breeze. place is perfect for my family. my priority was a beach front private home, accessible to my mother who has limited mobility (mostly in a wheelchair). fortunately for me, her place has ramps, cemented and/or tiled area which is super rare for beach front properties. her place is very spacious in a secured area. the beachfront is rocky, so best to bring swimming shoes. but marine life is thriving so it must be really clean. we ordered food from a nearby hotel, and there's also a nearby market. the AC in the living room was not working when we visited but ok naman. very breezy naman ang area. it's cool at night. i slept on her lounge chair in the living area, i was wall rested and ready for the next day. the caretakers were helpful and nice. our senior dog had a blast in her garden. she has sunbeds (chairs?) which i loved. loved the swings... her garden has a shaded area. i would def go back. nakakarecharge ng pagkatao her place. 😊🤗❤

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb last Saturday! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach in Calatagan. The house itself was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating our group, and the layout was perfect for socializing and relaxing. One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. We were also very impressed with the thoughtful provision of trash bags, which made it easy to keep the place clean and tidy throughout our stay. Overall, we had a truly wonderful experience. The combination of the prime location, spacious and well-equipped house, and thoughtful amenities made it an unforgettable weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be booking this property again when we return to Calatagan. Highly recommended!

The unit itself was fantastic, with a stunning sea view and really pretty sunset. It was fully equipped especially the kitchen, we had fun cooking our own meals. The place was spotless, and the shower had hot water (though we only discovered this by accident, assuming there wasn’t any at first because it wasn't included among the amenities). The caretaker, Kuya Mandy, was approachable and very helpful, and we enjoyed the friendly neighborhood pets. The earlier reviews were accurate, it's quite a leg workout to get to the location and the beach. The only drawback was that there was trash all over the place due to the ongoing construction along the shore
