We had a fantastic time at KC's place! He was very prompt with his responses and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was spacious, private, and offered a stunning view. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was wonderfully warm—far better than other Airbnb experiences we've had. The house itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. We also felt very safe in the area. We would absolutely love to return to KC's house and highly recommend it

Larissa and Dave made this visit easy. The guest rooms were conveniently located on the ground floor, so we didn't need to drag luggage around; then up one flight of stairs, there was a well-organized Kitchen with nice pans, plates, china, papertowels and even napkins and basic condiments. There was plenty of space for setting out a meal and easy way to clean up. The deck off the kitchen and the deck on the roof both offered places to sit and drink coffee or a glass of wine and chat, and we felt spoiled when we arrived and the hot tub was warm and ready to use... While this home was on a street corner, there was next to no traffic and it felt quite private. We would come back again in a heart beat, especially when we can get some beautiful sunsets!

The pool and pool house apartment were great. The pool table was a hit with the kids. Lots of room to spread out and relax. We were visiting from the east coast and enjoyed family and friends joining us for meals at the house. Plenty of room and lots of dishes and utensils and wine glasses!!! We loved it.

Victor was very responsive and answered all of our questions clearly. The space was very cozy and clean. Looked exactly like the pictures. We loved the outdoor space and it was perfect for taking pictures and spending time with a large group (we had 7 girls). Would definitely book again if we were to visit SD again!

This home was truly a wonderful getaway. The grounds were so beautiful we didn’t even need to go to Balboa Park. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! My kids loved the game room, theater, and pool so much that they couldn’t pick just one favorite. We will definitely be back and a huge thank you to Daniel and Tony for all their hospitality during our stay 💙

What more to say than wow. Incredible spot, amazing views, plenty of amenities like towels, pots and pans. The Hot ton couldn’t have been more perfect for the view that’s in front of it. Super responsive host, and excellent neighborhood. Not to mention it was pretty close to everything we needed.

Beautiful, well stocked home in great location. Has downstairs bedroom with bathroom in case any of your group has trouble with stairs. We were able to walk to good restaurants and coffee shops, and there was a park practically across the street. Jango was super responsive to any questions we had.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The pool was a huge hit with our kids, and every detail-from the amenities to the little thoughtful touches-made our stay extra special. The self-check-in process was very convenient, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The house is located high up on a hill, requiring a bit of a drive, but it was absolutely worth it. Just as described, the view was stunning, and the house itself was beautiful and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

This home exceeded all my expectations! Everything was perfect for a group - from plentiful towels and outlets, lots of seating, VERY clean and super cozy! - This house is so beautifully decorated, and the backyard is amazing! Just the perfect place to be with family and friends. Sebastien provided very detailed and clear instructions, was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely come back for my future family stays!

My family stayed here for a few days while in town for a reunion, what a great place! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room for three people, a fully functional kitchen, and a porch with a stunning view of the woods surrounding the house. The neighborhood was safe and very hip, and easy to walk around. John recommended the ice cream place nearby and it did not disappoint. The house is also very close by to the museums in Balboa Park, and a very easy drive to several nearby beaches. Communication with John and his son was easy and immediate, they were great hosts! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's Air BNB! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that we could give Alexa commands for the lights, TV, and music. The backyard was amazing with a nice pool, jacuzzi, and sitting area. Paul was very accommodating and worked with our needs. He always responded promptly when we reached out to him. The house was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The neighborhood was welcoming and calm with a park near by. We highly recommend you staying here! It felt like home to us!

This is the real deal... As a guest you will normally walk into a confusing situation but Jason's attention to the simple things "Labels" helped us immediately become comfortable with our surroundings. The property was very private and the enclose that Jason setup allowed our dog run free without any stress to us. If you're looking to disconnect this is the place.

Lydia was a very responsive host and was really easy to communicate with. We were a little skeptical because we knew we would be staying on the property where she lived with her family and were worried about privacy but the cabin is very private and although we naturally bumped into Lydia and her husband a few times, they did not spend any time out their back yard (where the cabin is located) for the duration of our stay so we had the place and the yard pretty much to ourselves which was great. We didn't realize how far away we would be from shops and restaurants. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby town so we did spend a lot of money on ubers but that was our own fault for not doing our research beforehand. Overall Lydias place is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, she even had some stuff in the fridge and cleaning products which was really convenient. Thank you Lydia for a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. Aubrey was fast to communicate and very helpful. We hope to visit again soon.

This vacation was a much needed respite to celebrate my anniversary with my wife (along with my birthday). Rick and Maria were both proactive in communicating with us about the weather and provided us options in case we did not want to travel in the snow for other dates we could attend the cabin instead. We chose to go, and thank God we did, as it was absolutely beautiful (both the area and the cabin)! I spent so much time in the hot tub, perhaps more than I did anywhere else lol! It was so relaxing and simple. There was a restaurant down the street not from far from the cabin where my wife and went twice a day. We also got to go into Julian and walk around, check out the shops, etc. My wife said she would love to come back again! And I agree. The cabin was perfect for a getaway. My wife and I got to read, do Bible study, watch movies, and just enjoy the beautiful weather. Rick and Maria would keep checking in on us :) absolutely great cabin. Would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Tamara's place is as described, looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor areas are peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub is great too. We would return here again next time we are in Julian.

Dillion’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures do not justice. The view is incredible. The house was perfect for a family with a two-year-old. I will highly recommend his place. We are definitely coming back. A weekend was too short, we were sad that we had to leave. We’re definitely coming back and staying for longer.
