Great house and the community was very well maintained. My kids loved the amenities that came with the community, including the pool and the small, but kid friendly beach. Overall, this was the nicest Airbnb house we have stayed in. We’d love to come back.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Christopher’s place! We celebrated my birthday as we wanted to see the wild horses in Assateague and check out some local restaurants. Christopher offered some great recommendations and was a great communicator as well. The place is beautiful, airy, open and thoughtfully decorated. It’s also great for groups. The boat wasn’t available during our stay but the option is a bonus! Thank you so much for everything.

We had a great vacation. The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. We walked to the beach everyday, which we basically had to ourselves. Our dog Willie Boy gives it 4 paws up and one waggly tail (highest rating possible). James is a great host - responsive and informative. Stay well, Don 🎺, Liz 🙏 and Willie Boy 🐾

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful views, and the feeling that you are in your own home. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable with ample space to relax inside and out. There are enough beach supplies for everyone and the kayaks were a bonus. It was one of those stays that you wanted to extend and not leave. We would definitely love to go back.

We fell in love the moment we walked through the door. Despite the weather was cold and extremely windy, we enjoyed our stay. the house was in the most beautiful location and there was so much to do. We enjoyed cooking, playing cards and napping in Shelly's home. Speaking of which, she is a top-teir hostess that cares. She was consistently responsive and you can tell she takes pride in her home. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back!

It was an amazing stay—one of our best vacations. The place is nice and clean. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and in an ideal, quiet location. It was calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out and great recommendations for nearby restaurants and beaches. We would love to rent this place again for our future vacations. We highly recommend it.

We only stayed a weekend but a great off the beach option for a group of 5-10 guests. Clean home, relaxing location, would book again.

We were looking for a peaceful off season rental and got exactly that. The weather was nice enough to walk into town and go kayaking. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is decorated like a magazine. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful. We loved that things were labeled! We’d definitely return.

Wonderful little A frame beach cabin feel. Timothy is very helpful and responsive. We did the dogfish dash and was the perfect little place to stay the night before our run. There is only 1 bathroom which wasn’t ideal in the morning for 4 people, but everything else is amazing!! Highly recommend :)

We had a fantastic stay - other reviews are spot on! The location was easy to find, parking was no problem with two cars, and the views from the back patio and waterfront-facing bedrooms couldn’t be better. We had plenty of space for our group and no issues controlling the indoor temps in winter. Look forward to returning again!

Our stay was perfect! We had a wedding to go to while down there and everything was no more than 30 minutes from us. Cindy and Dave were fantastic and friendly. They made us feel right at home. The house was in the perfect location and made us feel right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I loved the place, very homey, quiet. If you like the pool, the Yacht club is your place as it has the pool and the bar/restaurant area. If you like the beach, you will need to travel 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic to the Beach Club in OC. That we really enjoyed; my grandchildren wanted to go there every day. I enjoyed the convenience of parking with no hassle, access to the beach, the pool and restaurant. My grandchildren enjoyed playing corn hole. My elderly mother came later in the week, and they have a beach wheelchair available free of charge. That was a big plus for us. The staff was really friendly. I will definitely come back again. Last but not least the owner Deborah was pleasant, approachable and quick to respond to what we needed. Thank you Deborah I greatly appreciated. Eva Smith and family.

The cottage outdid my expectations. We enjoyed a gorgeous view of sunset lake that did not disappoint in the sunset department. Large, private outdoor area with tons of dock and yard space. The cottage itself was adorable and very clean! The furniture and bed were very comfortable. Brand new bathroom. I felt very at home! The host was friendly, accommodating and communicative. 10/10 recommend, would stay here again.

We were looking for a home to rent over New Year’s Eve to keep our family tradition of jumping in the ocean New Year’s Day and Frank and Dayles home did not disappoint! With a stocked kitchen, games, dvds, hand soap in every bathroom, even hair dryers and little toiletries, we appreciated their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. We traveled with 5 adults, 3 teens, and two little kids and there was plenty of space for everyone! The location is perfect- 2 minute walk to Lewes Beach, 5 minute walk to great restaurants like Striper Bites and Lewes Oyster House and locally owned shops. Hoping to return soon!

Eric's home was perfect for our portable family Thanksgiving. Everyone loved the stay. Even the 1-year old enjoyed running around outside and exploring a new home. We loved watching the ducks swim by in a drizzle and it was my first time seeing an oyster bed. Wow! I can see that it would be fantastic to visit during a warmer season and spend some time floating on the water. The house was clean and welcoming. My kids enjoyed the snacks and I appreciated the local recommendations. Thanks, Eric! We had a great time and would welcome visiting again.
