Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

The condo offers the best of both worlds in terms of being a short walk or bike ride from downtown Rehoboth, so you can enjoy all the amenities of a fun beach town, without having to deal with parking and traffic! The location of the neighborhood is perfect- located right off a trail but also only minutes away from shopping and stores. I was impressed with how well-stocked the kitchen is and the condo is spacious and clean.

I could not be happier with my stay! My dogs were so cozy and we all had an amazing time exploring the beautiful and fun property. There were so many fun and beautiful treasures of surprise to discover while walking the dogs. We were also lucky enough to get to talk to Leslie and it was such a treat getting to meet her! I was so cozy and felt right at home immediately. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING and we hope to come back soon for more happy dog adventures! From my mom: "What a wonderful little oasis - though the stairs are formidable for an old 72 year old like me they did provide needed exercise. This place is absolutely gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable. The views were superb and the beds were so comfy. Host communication was top-notch. Definitely recommend this place for anyone!

The condo was wonderful. The people were very nice. The beach was beautiful. The location is fabulous! We could walk to the grocery store, liquor store, good restaurants, and nice beach shops.

We had the best trip at Golden Quarter Farm! The home was as described with so many amenities and comfortable for our group of 2 toddlers and 7 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the grounds and spending time outside - the water views were serene, the trails were well marked (the swing was a hit) and there were many places to spread out and relax. All of the instructions were clear and Mary was communicative during our entire trip. I have stayed in quite a few AirBnB’s but this has been the only home that I would plan to go back to. You can tell that the home is well loved and taken care of and we are so grateful we had the opportunity to stay here and make many more beautiful memories.

Beautiful home conveniently located to the beach but just far enough away to have real peace and quiet. The home is against a marshland preserve so it’s nice to look out the screened in porch at the surroundings. The trolley stops in the neighborhood which is also a bonus. It also has some kid friendly items so that was nice to not have to pack them. Wonderful stay for a family to relax!

Ariel and Cheri's place was just what we needed! Spacious but cozy, clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed and the house was organized. They were quick to respond when we needed something and gave great suggestions of things to do/places to eat. We will definitely be returning!

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

All you need is food and clothes. This home was so beautiful inside and out right on the water beautiful views told the owner this was my first air bb rental and they made sure I understood everything from the beginning to the end. They even sent a message to make sure everything was alright. Would definitely love to go back to the area and would definitely get the same house.

I spent 3 nights with friends (5 adults and 1 toddler) at this home, for a long weekend. The home is exactly as pictured and provided for a relaxing getaway. Spencer and Olivia are warm and gracious hosts, very responsive and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations. The home is very well stocked with thoughtful touches - appreciated the welcome basket, the coffee makers, toaster, crab mallets, and assorted kitchen and dining equipment. The individual thermostat controls in each room and common areas was handy and allowed us to set the bedrooms to our preferred temperature setting. In the primary bedroom, sleeping to the sight of Ocean City skyline on the other side of the bay and waking up to a beautiful sunrise was a thrill. We weren’t able to take advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs or outdoor fire pit given how cold it was but the home would be even more fun in the spring and summer. Thank you Spencer and Olivia!

We booked this air bnb for a thanksgiving staycation and it was the perfect, cozy getaway for our family which included 3 kids + parents, grandparents and an aunt and uncle. The space was more than enough for all 9 of us. The master suite on the ground floor is genius for elderly parents. I think the most beautiful part of the home was the high ceilings in the family room. The house is very beachy, and so close to Ocean city, MD. We just enjoyed the low key aspect of this area, it was so quiet by the beaches. But this is what we were looking for. If you come during the warmer months im sure its much livelier in this area. I'm so happy we were able to find this place! We enjoyed using the cruiser bicycles, frisbees and cozy movie nights at home. Anna is super responsive! She even left us a welcome cookie box with a handwritten card. Loved her place and would highly recommend to anyone.

Great stay! Erin’s condo was comfortable and welcoming! Plenty of room for our family of four! Location was great! The screened in balcony was a change for us but we enjoyed it thoroughly! We were worried it wouldn’t look like the photos and tbh the photos don’t do it justice! It felt like walking into a model home. It’s an end unit, with a private front balcony which was very helpful in cutting down hallway noise and a place to store the beach/pool supplies, and a gorgeous view of the ocean from the back. Minimal cleaning instructions were just where to place linens and trash. Would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay in Ocean City! This condo was perfect for our group of adults and kids! Having the beach right there was really fun. We went in the off-season so we didn’t use the pools or splash pad, but the game room and playground on the property were a lot of fun for our 3-year-old! Overall a great stay and are already planning on booking again for next year!

This place has the best of both worlds. The ocean front view allows for amazing sunrises and from the bedroom enjoy the stunning sunsets. The location was perfect, with easy access to fantastic restaurants and activities. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend.
