We have stayed here a few times in the winter. My entire family loves it. It is in a great location (walkable to Bethany) and it has everything you need for a great vacation.

The house was huge and super clean! It was great for our large group.

Our stays at Margaret’s house was perfect, the house is comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful, clean, well-kept home in a nice neighborhood. We learned of it through word-of-mouth and were not disappointed. The living areas upstairs and downstairs are spacious and allowed for great quality time with the whole family. We"ll definitely want to stay there again if it's available for our next trip to the area. I must say that the host was frickin amazing. He was truly a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly helpful and so understanding that I'd want to support any properties he owns. This was an all-around great experience. We wish our trip wasn't so short. There are grocery stores a few minutes away in both directions. My husband walked the pier and said it was really nice. In short, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Point Break! The house was spotless, comfortable, and only a few steps from the beach! The back yard was the shining star of our stay; So peaceful we spent most of our free time there! As a foodie, I knew I was going to be cooking a lot, and I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. Pots/pans/cutting boards/knives/etc. made it feel like home! We’d like to thank Kristin for being such a gracious and generous host, and we’re hopeful to return to Point Break again in the future to make even more memories!

from the start, Ron was responsive and welcoming. he described the house and area well and answered questions quickly. upon arrival we accessed the house with no issues and were pleasantly surprised with the size and layout. everything was spotless and the furnishings were very comfortable with a layout ideal for groups. the beds were very comfortable and I will research the brand for home!! the HOA is serious about the parking regulations so follow the rules. the noise ordinance has quiet hours after 10pm so I can see that being an issue in the summer but with windows closed there was little to no bleed of noise on the street at night. we had a great time and definitely will consider this location again if our travels bring us to this area.

It was larger than we needed, but so perfect in all other ways, we could not resist. So close to the ocean, elevator, etc. Balconies off most bedrooms! Could not view the ocean, but it was such a short walk! Heat and AC both available, and needed each at the time of year visiting. Cozy fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Really, we could go on. Our few guests adored it also. Even had absolutely all beach needs. We are elderly and all was appropriate, except low toilets, but undoubtedly could 'make do'. Was unsure what to do with spare key on exit, but left under mat as Paul was going to do on arrival. Paul met us on arrival, which was a most pleasant surprise! Definitely 5 star!

This was (I believe) our fourth or fifth stay at John’s place (we’ve clearly made it a tradition). Coming here feels like home, the town home is super clean, easy to navigate, and perfect for a day at the beach, relaxation and a movie, or just hanging out and relaxing. I look forward to this multiple times a year since finding John!

Jill’s vacation home was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 1-13. The house was very clean and super cozy! Our family visited for Thanksgiving and we were able to prep our entire meal in the well-stocked kitchen and had room for all of us to sit to eat. The family room and kitchen area were large enough for us to all to play games, watch tv, and for the kids to play with their toys. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away to be able to sit outside peacefully (even though it was cold!) or take walks from the property. Jill was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. I would highly recommend this vacation rental! This was definitely one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.

Steve’s place is wonderful! Soo much more spacious than the pictures show. We had a full house and everyone was still able to have a good amount of privacy. Having 3.5 bathrooms makes all the difference when staying with large groups. Overall the house was clean and inviting, with plenty of parking. This was our first time staying in West OC as opposed to downtown and I was nervous but it was easily walkable or a quick 3 min ride to the OC park and ride or 10 minutes straight to the beach. For any questions that came up, Steve and Rita were just a message away! We had a blast and would recommend booking this place again and again!

This house was amazing. Lots of high end finishes, comfortable and plentiful furniture and beautiful. The fenced yard was a nice bonus for a beach house -- perfect for a dog. You can't go wrong with this house.

Awesome host, always responsive and helpful. The house was pristine and the kitchen was incredible. House was comfortable and modern with plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Jeff was an amazing host and was always ready to answer any questions or help if there where any issues. Our crew enjoyed staying there for the last 3 months. House was very nice. Would highly recommend staying with Jeff. We will definitely come back if we are in the area in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Waldorf. Place was beautiful inside and conveniently located near the boardwalk, stores, and restaurants.

This house was the perfect weekend getaway! Lots of things to walk to and conveniently located but still tucked away on the bay for a very beautiful and peaceful stay. The top deck overlooking the water was our favorite place to sit! Absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and our host was very accommodating. We will be back again!

My most important thing about a vacation is the comfortability of the beds and pillows. (A good nights sleep) Everyone in my family raved about how comfortable the beds were even the pullout couches.Lee and Debbie turned there home to a 5-star location. We were very misled by the pictures….because the place is so big and open on the inside. You have almost everything needed as a backup in your pantry and fridge. Big screen TVs in almost every room…Looking forward to another visit in the future. Thank you…

We had three families with five kids stay and the location was perfect! Having the pool next door was essential! The kids ran back and forth each afternoon! We had to drive to the beach but it only took us 10 minutes. layout was great. host was great. we will certainly be looking at this house again for future trips!

The property served us well for our family getaway. Along with everything else, I found it more "equipped" than other properties ever rented. the location was great and made it easy to get to MD and DE attractions. I would rent this property again.

This charming house is a short walk to the beach and surrounding area of restaurants and activities. Amenities in the home were great and the house was spacious enough for my whole family. The four flights of stairs became somewhat tiring for my older father, but we managed just fine. Tom and Kate were very responsive to our messages and phone communications.

We enjoyed the screened porch and pool area so much that instead of some of our planned activities we just relaxed there. We had a great time!

Me and my family stayed here for Thanksgiving week it was great they had everything you could possibly need . I was so amazed best rental I have ever stayed in . Place was super clean everything looked exactly like the picture. We had a great time . It's a very quiet and peaceful community. Definitely will be going back .

Beautiful home, Christine and Kevin were super responsive, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, house had awesome supplies like a keurig, grater and some many Tupperware, could use a full length mirror
