We loved this house! It has such a cute setup in the back with the outdoor shower, hot tub and fire pit. The inside had everything we needed, and Gordon made our stay smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again when visiting LBI!

Simon was very prompt in getting back with any questions I had. The house was right across the street. Great place to stay.

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful shore home. It’s extra-spacious with a very private first-floor suite with bedroom, bath, kitchen and sitting room. It was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and two young children, providing privacy and quiet for nap time. There’s plenty of living space as well in the main part of the house with two family/dining rooms and an eat-in kitchen for congregating with family and friends. And then there’s the massive outside deck with lots of seating and dining space. But the best part is the proximity to the ocean which is just a short walk away, so easy to go back and forth. This property is very well furnished with lots of amenities. It was perfect for a family vacation at the beach!

The place was a homerun for us and our group we had young, middle aged, and seniors and there was something for all of them to enjoy beach, rides, wheels of chance, restaurants and bars. Crazy how everything was steps away. The unit was spacious fenced in back yard 3 houses from beach and boardwalk. Beds wear real comfortable.

Check in was easy-interestingly enough some towels were provided, even though it said to bring your own.

Our (3) generation family including an aunt, uncle and cousins; thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Heather’s place. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The elevator was very helpful to the grand parents as well as the parents; that needed to carry their littles up to bed. The elevator was comfortable, well lit and felt very safe. We loved having the pool in addition to the beach. There was plenty for all of us to do on the boardwalk, rides and games for young kids as well as teenagers/adults. The beach was a very short walk; it even had live entertainment (tribute bands) a couple of nights. Even though I am a grandparent, I found that I am still the queen of whack-a-mole, winning my grandson a purple stuffed dragon on the casino pier!! Thank you Heather for sharing your home with us! We had a little hiccup getting in and Christine was right on top of it. Great communication and a great stay with a wonderful view. We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

Beautiful house and views!

I was so happy to find such a dog-friendly home. We were greeted with a huge dog bed, biscuits from a local store, spray in case of accidents, sheets to cover the beds in case dogs like to sleep in bed, and a fenced in yard to let them go out. We drove our pups to the nearby dog beach and they had a ball. It was just myself, my mother, and our two dogs. The home had all the necessities we needed and the fireplace was a wonderful added touch. The couches were also covered so we could snuggle with the dogs just like at home. Very close to downtown Manasquan. And Lisa was very helpful and responsive.

Host was flexible when I needed some tweaks to accommodations. She was clear and open about other guests on the property. She offered extra towels or anything else needed. Stopped by to say hello and welcome me to the cottage. Neighborhood and lodging were as expected since I am familiar with the area. I will stay here again! Love the short walk to the lake and ocean and bagel store!

Great location, quiet backyard on lake, dogs allowed. This is a great place to stay. The kitchenette area was perfect for eating in and retreating from the world. Ronna was attentive and lovely. looking forward to going back

Great stay by the beach, easy check in and out

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Gayann’s place was great. She was extremely responsive from beginning to end. Everything was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was amazing and the home was beautiful.

Our family had an amazing week at this property. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and town. Jeff was a great host who communicated well with us every step of the way. It made our vacation stress free and more enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to plan a future trip back.

Husband and I chose Kim's home to share 5 days with our adult children and grandson. We travel often with our youngest son, 15. Older children are married w/ hectic schedules. We see them often, but we can't remember OVERNIGHT, quality, family time in years. I'm a stickler for cleanliness, organization and a cozy/relaxing ambience. Kim's home delivered, beyond my expectations! • Listing/pictures accurate • Family space: Large, open-floor concept with kitchen(fully equipped)/ livingroom(comfortable motorized couches), all overlooking beautiful deck and lagoon. • Both bathrooms were spacious. Main bathroom has a beautiful skylight/new. 2nd is private and attached to bedroom.(my husband & I choose this room) • Bedrooms were all sized well for queen beds and dressers. • Beautiful, oversized deck attached to lagoon, along with, well kept pool. Many seating options • Perfectly located on lagoon. This home made for great memories! Bring bikes.Thank you Kim! Can't wait to rebook!
