This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

Great location. Kitty is a fabulous host. She made sure we arrived safely, offered lots of information for things to do and places to eat. We could walk to several restaurants and our favorite bar Broadway Bar and Grill. The boardwalk is close by that is walking distance. The bungalow may be a small space but has plenty of room to move about and still holds a coziness of home. . that was perfect for our needs. Kitty decorated with bright accessories which gave the place a fun and happy vibe. Beds comfortable and entire house was clean. We will stay again on our next visit.

Eight of us very much enjoyed our week at the Shell Shack. Laura's home was lovely, clean, and spacious. Laura was easy to work with and always responded quickly. The sunset view was second to none! We also were grateful for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood/surrounding area. The bay view was relaxing and pretty from the front porch and we spent a lot of time eating our meals outside. We'd absolutely rent this home again.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Michelle was a wonderful host. She responded promptly and would address any concerns. The house was very clean, spacious, and homey. The location is great. The house is steps to the boardwalk & beach. The check in and check out process was very smooth. We had a Fabulous, Fun & Fantastic time 😊

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

Amazing and GREAT location! 1 block from the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and bars. Nice balcony overlooking a somewhat busy street (Memorial Day weekend). A little noisy (upstairs residents and street) but not bad. The condo had great amenities (towels, sheets, full kitchen, central AC and heat). The unit had beach supplies and a BBQ grill, but we didn’t use those. The building also had a nice pool, but it was too cool to use.

We had a wonderful stay! Walkable to the beach and very awesome location. Clean space, just like the photos. Carol was an amazing host- definitely recommend!

We used this Airbnb to host our friends and family for our wedding weekend. I was able to get ready with my bridesmaids which allowed for the most breathtaking pictures!! Such a great location to stay down the shore. Will be referring other brides in the area looking for an Airbnb to get ready in! This was a gem of a find!

Jayne was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was always available. Beautiful home in great location on the water. The pool was amazing and always warm. I would definitely stay here again next summer.

Fernando’s home had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the pool, crab off of the dock and cook inside or on the grill. The house was clean, organized and the beach decor was perfect to make you feel right at home! Thank you for having my family and I for our vacation, we had a great time!

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

the house is beautiful, well-equipped and the perfect location. only two blocks from Martells and the board walk. Antonietta sent very detailed instructions for all and responded right away to any questions. I would love to cone stay here in the summer.

Stayed for 4 days at this amazing place. Very cozy and relaxing. He always responded in a timely manner and even gave us a later checkout. Very clean and nice view. Would definitely stay again

Lovely house! Right next to the boardwalk/beach. Had all the amenities. Barbara communicated really well! We got to meet her and she was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Jerry's place was clean and cozy. Everything was supplied as promised and it was a great quiet getaway from the city for a couple days. Great place to chill with my family and the dogs! Would recommend!

This cozy 2-bedroom rental was the perfect place to unwind and relax. We were selling our house and looking for a place to escape to for the weekend during the open house and showings and this was the perfect hideout. The large, fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make full meals and the living room set up allowed us to relax watching TV and having a glass of wine. The bedrooms are small but had all the comforts of home with side tables, plugs for charging, comfortable pillows and sheets/comforters. The Hosts were very accommodating in every way with all our questions or requests. We loved to take our dog out on the beach — which was one of the best beaches I’ve been on in NJ! Grocery store is only a few miles away too. Next time we are coming for two weeks!

Katty was a fabulous host! She was easy to communicate with, was proactive in getting us all details needed for our stay, and was very friendly. The home was exactly as pictured and was the perfect place for two families of 4 to spend a week. We enjoyed having separate spaces to spend time- the game room and movie room worked especially well for our group. The accommodations were super welcoming. And the location right on the lake was beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking throughout the week and having lakeside coffee each morning. Katty left sweet touches- snacks for the kids and the parents! She was also super helpful with recommendations for restaurants, ice cream, beach info, etc. We’d highly recommend spending time relaxing at Katty’s place!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.
