This condo was awesome, centrally located, quiet, clean. Liked that this unit parking was undercover. never had to drive car once we got there till we left, used the Wave shuttle, which was a bargain ! got out to aquarium and clear up to Neptune !! first time in Virginia Beach in many years and staying in Ryans place made it so relaxing. Thanks for allowing us to use your unit !!! Cathy And we got to enjoy the Thunderbirds put on a show over our beach on Thursday !!!

Bianka is an amazing host and her work made checking in easy. Thank you for another great stay. I highly recommend booking with her.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

We didn't spend very much time in the place itself nor did we stay very long, but the little time that we did was a real treat! The bedroom was very welcoming, the lakeside view was very beautiful, and the recommendations they left were incredibly helpful! We love coming to Virginia Beach and we would for sure come back to Nataly's place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Emma’s place. The place was very neat and clean and Emma made herself available if we needed anything from her! We definitely recommend Emma’s place!

We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! We absolutely LOVED it here. It was the perfect little oasis. The backyard/outdoor space so extremely peaceful. Holmes and Kim were so awesome to stay with!! They were so nice and responsive whenever we needed anything. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!! 10/10!!

Our stay was amazing! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The Eddi was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location for exploring the area, and we loved the little touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely stay here again!

An absolute gem of a find !! If you are looking for a peaceful, calming, private yet a twenty minute drive from anything you want or need, quality downtime , then this is your spot. The pictures gives you a hint of the breathtaking waterbody but nothing comes close to the reality. Fabulous place ! Highly recommend the host and the property !! We can’t wait to be back !

This is our second visit to this beach condo and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. Plenty of room on the 3 floors, enjoyed grilling out on the deck and so close to the beach. Staight forward and good communication from the host.

Very beautiful house. In a very quiet area. Main Street is close with lots of traffic but the house is quiet. House is very comfortable, and well equipped. We stayed for a week and had everything we needed for cooking, doing our laundry. Lots of restaurants near by, not walking distance but short car ride. Several convenience stores, grocery stores and liquor store near by. my family and I were very comfortable and happy staying here. We will definitely book again if he would have us.

Mandy and Kevin home had absolutely everything you could possibly need and cute little highlights and surprises all around the house. Not yo mention, the beach house was beautiful and the process was seamless due to instructions and communication. well worth it! a definite favorite

Highly Recommend! My first time in Norfolk and I almost don’t want others to know about this place because it will be booked whenever I want to return. Peacefully neighbor and safe for women solo-traveler. The backyard is a dream and everything works great inside the home.

What a fantastic place! I came from Pennsylvania to visit with family. Katie’s place was a great spot for them to come visit. We cooked out on the grill and the kids played in the water and on the beach. The house is absolutely gorgeous and is fully stocked with everything you could think of and labeled! The best part was watching the sunrise while sipping a cup of coffee on the covered porch. It was so peaceful. Oh! And of course watching the dolphins play! I really hope we can come back again in the future, we had the absolute best time! Thank-you Katie and Tim for everything!

What a beautiful and serene space for a women’s retreat! It is very obvious that the home is very well loved as well as very special. We all discussed coming back again because we enjoyed the space, the comfort and the scenery very much. We thoroughly enjoyed the great blue heron right outside the window each day as well as breathtaking sunsets. It was hard to get back to the grind after such a beautiful sanctuary weekend away.

This is a great location near the beach and for walking to local attractions. The unit had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils we needed to cook meals. It was also great to have the laundry facility right next door. The host communicated well and gave excellent recommendations on restaurants to try nearby. We travel to VB several times a year for sports, and we will definitely book again if available for our trips.

We loved Merlyn and Rick's place. The view was amazing, walk to the beach easy and close, decorated perfectly, clean and supplied with snacks and coffee for our stay. Restaurants and stores were close by. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. We booked with Debbie two years ago, and we had to book again. We plan to return to Debbie’s place in the future! The balcony is so beautiful with a great view of the beach sunrise.

The condo was great very clean and more than enough room for my guest and I. The beach was so close we did not have to walk far at all. Crystal was very responsive and made sure getting to parking to checking in to helping us find places to eat and things to do was easy you practically don’t have to look up anything cause everything was in the messages.

My husband and I spent a few days here and loved the ocean views! Most of our trip consisted of walking up and down the beach right in front of the condo or enjoying the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby that were all delicious, and we got to see dolphins nearby! Sean and Rebecca were responsive and gave us great recommendations for what to do since we came in off season (January). We would go back many times over!!

We were so pleased with our stay! The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins almost every single day from the floor to ceiling windows! The location was central to great shops and restaurants and right on the boardwalk too! The condo was clean, had everything we needed to feel at home and Kelly even offered beach chairs that came in handy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean. Beautiful location and view. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Very convenient location to beach, walking / running path and bike riding. Host was easy to contact, friendly and responsive.

We are so happy that we found this place! It's quite a gem - right on a beautiful sand beach and very close to the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge where we enjoyed our walks. The condo is in a large and very comfortable complex with 2 swimming pools, grills, gym and even it's own and quite good restaurant. Trevor and Renee are very experienced, super friendly and easy to communicate with hosts. They made us feel very welcomed and made sure all our needs are satisfied. Extra thanks for proving the utility wagon to bring our things from and to the car. We will be back!
