Charmingly rustic on the outside, with artistic rustic features inside, as well as mod cons. Very comfy beds, great shower! So peaceful & private, & a quick 10 min drive into Bright. Make sure you look at the stars! Easy walk to splash in the river nearby, probably accompanied by friendly Stormy, one of the resident dogs. We loved our stay & would come back in a heartbeat!

Awesome cosy loft that feels like a flash adults treehouse! Beautiful comfy bed and lovely morning sun streams through the avocado tree into the barn loft. Easy access for a private stay and really nice spot for coffee in bed with the tress all around. So easy to get to the motorway to the Mount or up the coast towards the Coromandel.

The Barn was a very comfortable & spacious Airbnb & quite different to the surrounding area- a real country property on the outskirts of Hobart. The gardens were absolutely amazing & l enjoyed sitting for a few hours reading my book in the sunshine. Clive & Ange were always on hand if we needed anything which was appreciated. The location was good for visiting MONA, the countryside & the city centre. Thoroughly recommend The Barn if visiting Tasmania! Thanks again Wendy & Gordon

We had a wonderful stay at the Barn. The spot is nestled in a peaceful and secluded area, which provided a perfect retreat. It is also well located, being 30 minutes from the Tongariro crossing. Tim, our host, was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend staying at the Barn if you're in the area

Loved staying at Meg’s place! It was a peaceful getaway. Loved seeing the horses and foals. Also enjoyed the very friendly dog and cat. The cat gets chatty when they see you and greets you when walking out to your car or coming back to the property. Facilities were great! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Martinsell was such a beautiful, peaceful, serene cottage. It was all it said and more. Marijan was there to greet us with her wonderful smile. The cottage was so beautiful and clean. The rooms were large, and the cottage equipped with everything you could possibly need. And the sheep and Alpaca’s Billy and Sterling were their to greet us every morning, and made our stay just perfect. Never slept better. I echo the past reviews of Spurfield Barn when I say Kim has created a beautiful and cozy space! We absolutely loved our stay and felt right at home. The little touches like homemade sourdough and fresh flowers, made this stay even more inviting. The area is very peaceful and just a quick 5 min drive to the Eltham Hotel, which has the best Chicken Parmy I’ve ever had. It’s also about a 35 min drive to Byron Bay and surrounds. The amenities are clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook. The gardens are gorgeous as well! We hope to return soon and I encourage anyone looking for a little country escape to book a stay at Spurfield Barn! 😊

Dont think...Just book the place! Domenico was an amazing host. Very responsive and available throughout the stay, including at check in and check out. The place is absolutely beautiful and the only regret is we couldn't stay longer. Had a wonderful walk around the orchard through the fruit trees, visiting the chickens and chatting with Domenico about the farm and all the amazing work that went into building this new airbnb accommodation. We were close enough to take day trips out into the Perth Hills, down into Perth city and out to the amazing beaches. And then get back for some quiet time and star watching. Would definitly be back! What a gorgeous stable conversion Samara and her family have created! The decor was warm and trendy, the furniture was comfortable and inviting, the surrounding gardens were stunning and well kept. I highly recommend putting in the effort to run the wood fired tub outside- it’s heavenly and so toasty on a cool evening. Samara went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable, providing rustic fresh sourdough, farm fresh eggs, locally grown flowers, milk and some bikkies. Our toddler loved interacting with the animals too. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful get away. The barn were so spacious and clean! Fantastic place to stay. Brooke (and Boots) were fantastic hosts. Highly recommend . Ps. That view is breathtaking!

Heather was made to be a host and was super friendly, flexible and baked the most amazing birthday cake and other goods for us! Cannot recommend this enough. This is a stunning property in a very beautiful part of the world. The Barn and Barnita are exquisitely decorated, with every luxurious detail thought of. We loved cooking meals in the huge beautifully appointed kitchen then eating on the deck overlooking the creek and forest, floating down the creek on giant inflatable animals ( my family don't believe me but I swear I saw a platypus), and having a sauna then relaxing in outdoor baths. There is so much to do in this area, but honestly we did not want to leave the Barn.

A wonderful and quiet place, it was great to find somewhere just to relax and take in the peace and quiet.

An absolute find. Pure tranquility in outstanding stylish surroundings. The accommodation was of the highest order and we were delighted with everything. We walked, cooked and slept in a luxurious setting. Close to great restaurants and fabulous shopping. Thank you Alex for a memorable couple of days.

What an absolutely amazing stay! Jason was so communicative, and went above and beyond with allowing early check-in, late check-out, and organised fresh flowers throughout the house, which made our stay extra special. Can't wait to return!

Spent last night at ‘the barn’ and was blown away. Surrounded by nature, the barn comes alive with high ceilings, soaring windows that allow the seasons to radiate through the space and clinically clean. My only regret was that I couldn’t the rest of 2025 there. Magic

We had a lovely stay at Anne's. The house was spotless and spacious, lots of places to sit and chat, both inside and outside. An easy walk into town for cafes. Great communication from Anne and easy check in. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you Zoe for the amazing relaxing and calm haven away from all the hustle and bustle of the bright city lights. Tis exactly what we needed. Even our city slicker corgi’s relaxed in the fresh country air, enjoying walks around the grounds and finding new things to sniff and explore. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely well stocked, with all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for all the little extras that made our stay so comfortable. Oh, the bed was super comfy and cosy. I would highly recommend staying at Watershed and Zoe is an amazing host.
