Fantastic location (Cole’s downstairs!) and clean space. Communicated with Liz and amazing host who was kind, extremely helpful, and accommodating.

Clean, modern apartment with quality fittings near the city. A nice outlook towards the Black Mountain Tower, especially at night when it's all lit up. Comfy bed and handy car park down below. Great for a few nights but we found it a bit tight and wouldn't fancy a long term stay.

It’s my second time at Fergus’ place and I’d keep on coming back whenever I’m in town.

Miriyam’s home is perfectly located to experience all Brisbane has to offer and high enough to sleep peacefully when you want to. Extremely comfy bed and some really cool lighting throughout to make it feel cosy. Loved the special touches like umbrellas and slippers. Can’t wait to stay again

We had the best stay at Kaitlyn’s apartment. Everything was as described. Er couldn’t have asked for a better location within the resort. Our kids had the best time playing in the tennis court and the pools and venturing around the mini golf. Kaitlyn was incredible with communication and flexible with kindly letting us check in early as our flight got in quite early in the morning. Thank you for our stay and we will certainly be back!

My friend and I enjoyed our short but restful stay.

I have rented several units in this facility and this one is the best I have stayed in yet. Decent Pots and pans to cook with everything you need to make a meal. A kitchen with actual untensils! I am not picky but other units didn't even have a coffee cup, no plates, rusty pots etc. hahaha... The place is clean. Bed is comfortable,nice TV. Honestly it looks like the place Is cared for and it shows. A taste of Home and everything you need. Thanks again for the effort.

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. Fantastic stay for a quiet relaxing weekend with the family. Communication from host was first rate and extended to the offer of an early check in and late check out without having to ask! This may the stay even more appealing! House is amazing - spacious and clean with everything you could possibly need - comprehensive instructions on how to use everything which refreshingly made total sense and were easy to follow! The photos certainly do not lie! Swimming pool and theatre room were great and well utilised by the children, whilst the adults were able to kick back and relax. Extremely close to the beach, Rye and Blairgowrie shops - nothing was more than a five minute drive. Would highly recommend this accommodation! Rates as one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and would certainly return in a heart beat for another stay!

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

My family has a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, stylish and conveniently located property. Newly renovated beach house with all the comforts of home. Superb customer service from our property manager, Beau. Perfect location for a beach holiday. Beaches 5-10 min walk or a short drive , all stunning. . Main street full of cafes, restaurants, boutiques etc only a 5 min walk. Can highly recommend for friends/ family groups.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

This is the second time I have stayed it’s a great location View to the mountain while eating breakfast is fantastic but no snow this trip hoping for dusting of snow next trip in may enjoy the walk to the supermarket ( 5 mins ) What can you say the pinball machines keep you busy great father and son activity Once again many thanks tony always available for help if you need it

Dani was a great host! The condo was comfortable, spacious for our family of 4 (two adults, two teens) and in a good location where we could walk to restaurants, yoga, and shopping. Dani was responsive and kind. She even messaged when the volcano was erupting during our stay to make sure we could see this once in a lifetime opportunity! She checked in mid stay to ensure we had enough supplies and we all felt very comfortable staying at her place.

Follow the suggestions placed in the room, such as, bring the eco bag they have provided as you might grab something from groceries store on way back after a roam around. A lot of stuff controllable by remotes, ei. the dining lights. Just fyi, as there is many remotes, kinda confusing which is funny somehow😅. Great projector screen with the sound bar makes it more cinematic feels at the comfort of your home. fyr, water heater for the shower is somehow not working. Tried it, tho, eventually showered with a cold water. Love the smell of body wash. Overall, it was a nice stay. Love the maximization of the space and the convenience of the area in which there is nearby supermarkets opened 24hrs, the venice canal and etc. Plus is the hospitable staff from the security to the concierge. Ofc, our host Laarni in which super responsive. Thanks a lot, will be looking forward to stay again with Max Dwell.

Terrific, spacious property in a private gated community. Everything was squeaky clean which my wife especially appreciated. The washer & dryer were nice to have during an 8 night stay, as were all of the "beach toys" provided, including good quality masks, fins and snorkels. We used the beach chairs nearly every day we were there. Can't imagine a nicer condo in the Waikoloa area nor a better host. We hope to return. Stay here - you won't regret it.

This was a lovely condo! It was clean and very well equipped. The bedding and linens were comfortable and high quality. The location was great, and the sunsets were just amazing. Overall a really great place!

One of the best places we’ve stayed! Great value for the price, you really get what you pay for. The host is very responsive, and the fast internet is perfect for working. We also loved the board games and PS4, it made the stay even more fun. Would definitely book again!
